Homemade bread tops this sandwich as top spot for lunch for me.. Definitely recommend trying ,you’ll fall in love with this place. Has a Panera Vibe but WAY better tasting food 😊

We recently ordered food delivered from your Temecula location. As usual, the food...we ordered salads...was exceptional. As well as having such a good selection of salads from which to choose, the ingredients comprising these salads were so fresh. The specialty lemonade was perfect. I favour lemonade more on the tart side and this truly fit the bill and was the best that I have had in a very long time. Another thing that made this experience so outstanding was the excellent customer service provided. Due to COVID-19, I realize that so many changes have been made to keep in compliance with restrictions. Whereby we would normally go out to an establishment to eat, we have been ordering food deliveries as an alternative. I would surmise that many customers have been placing orders for delivery which has most likely increased your workload across the board. This being said, our previous delivery order prior to this last order resulted in some items inadvertently being omitted. Therefore, when I placed this order I spoke to Jessica who said that she would see to it that all items were checked off and included. In the end, Mike came to the rescue when there arose some problems with this last order bringing a good resolution. I was most impressed with both of these employees.

Seen this place every time I pass Temecula , and I decided to finally come. And I loved it , the location , the vibe is great. Great sandwiches and I loved the raspberry drink as well and I’m normally not into sweet drinks but it was pretty well made and the food was fresh and natural. Really healthy. I love this chain! First time was at their location near Morena Blvd in San Diego. It was my offices go to lunch location. I was so happy when they opened this location up in Temecula and now there's one in Menifee. Their sandwiches are delicious! Even my kids love to eat here.

We don't eat here enough. They have many vegetarian options, and vegan ones as well. Yesterday I had the Abbot's Southwest Salad, which comes with vegan chorizo and Follow Your Heart vegan feta. It was outstanding!!! My husband had the vegan tofu bhan mi Sandwich, it was also delicious. I especially love their focaccia bread. The chocolate chip cookies were fantastic, too!

I have a pooch and sat on the patio; great spot! I ordered with the cashier and the food was delivered outside. It was a convenient place to stop off the 15, on my way to San Diego. I had one of the chicken sandwiches, came with a side salad. Tasty and a good price!

Fantastic sandwiches. They use a foccacia type bread that makes it really soft. I had a BBQ sandwich, which was great. The side salad included was also a nice addition and very good. I also purchased a cookie, it was the double chocolate which was really good. Bathrooms were very clean.

I just wanted to give the waiter in the dining room a 5 star for how great he is at his job and he needs a raise! He took my plate when I was finishing my chips then brought me a napkin without even asking, he then ran outside to give me my N95 mask after I left it at my table! I appreciate people like that! My family and I have been going here for a while now and on Saturday, when they were busy, there was a slight mix up on my order which they corrected right away. They went above and beyond in making sure the rest of our time there was pleasant. The food is always amazing. The people who work there always greet you with a friendly vibe. They work so hard there. The young lady at the front who takes our orders is delightful. To Urban Cafe staff - we are the family that accidently got a pesto chicken sandwich instead of a vegetarian sandwich with mushroom on Saturday. Thank you for all you do!

We love coming here, or to any other Urbane Cafe for that matter. Their service is always top notch, as is their food too. Their fresh baked focaccia is deliciously soft yet firm and great for soaking up the juices from the sandwiches. Their combinations are excellent, often times with an excellent balance of salty/savory with slight sweetness to round out the taste buds. An excellent place for an excellent and less guilty-feeling meal. Only suggestion I could make is incorporating a ham option primarily because we have a family member that doesn't eat the other options and would add additional variety to the protein options. Also, having the rewards system actually tie into the point of sale system like most other restaurants would be nice.

We have been going to Urban Cafe for years. One of the things that makes it so nice is everyone there is so happy to work there. But one of our favorite people is Ryan he is so awesome always a smile on the face .I just go to the register he already knows what to order and Alex is amazing too. Tried this place for the first time today and it was great! Cool, modern decor and definitely delicious food! The staff was friendly and courteous and their beverage machines included some delicious and different sodas and a couple tea/lemonades. Prices are decent considering the sandwich comes with a side salad and the food is fresh and healthy. We will definitely be back! :)

Excellent food! I had the Turkey Brie Cranberry sandwich 🥪! It was excellent! My Granddaughters had the cheese 🍕 pizza and the BBQ chicken sandwich 🥪 off of the kids menu. Only drawback was the lack of shaded outside seating. We went at lunchtime- so understandable!

I recently discovered this place. I love the chicken bowls. Only thing I do want to note is that my sister is lactose in tolerant and she went to order a salad that said it had no milk in it and the cashier told her "he doesnt know why but that meal actually does have milk" yike only compliant for those who are sensitive to milk. 4.9 stars - this review is long overdue. I’ve been to urbane cafe two separate times already and both visits were knockouts. For a casual establishment, the quality of ingredients and cookware they use here are quite elevated (perhaps they use organic or 316 stainless steel?). In our most recent visit we ordered the sweet chili crunch sandwich with salad - usually sandwiches can be dry but this one was moist, flavorful, and left nothing to be desired. The protein was seasoned properly and cooked to perfection. Salad was dressed nicely and refreshing. On another visit we ordered the seared ahi tuna bowl - on the outset it didn’t look appetizing but the tuna melted in our mouths and the whole grain rice, marinated kale, and other greens were moist and complemented the protein impeccably. As an understatement - it was not a chore to chew through a healthy dish. Service was friendly and fast - it is pay at the counter and choose your own seating. There was actually somewhere to park! Available spots in Temecula are so rare. Walking in, the place is SO clean and the atmosphere was happy with great music. Everyone behind the counter was busy and cheerful. I got the So-Cal sandwich and was ecstatic it came with a side salad at such a great price. Good sandwich and salad, beats a greasy burger any day. That being said, they have made changes to the quality of the food, specifically the Southwest sandwich no longer features chicken breast, but chicken breast chunks? Disappointing, but that's Capitalism.

Nice local option for speciality sandwiches, salads, or soup & salad combo. They have daily soup options but no soup & sandwich combo currently. Kids meal options. Tri tip sandwich is very good. Broccoli & cheese was a bit too mild, could use more cheese flavoring. Very sturdy to go containers.

Service was friendly and fast. Nice options for vegetarians. Bread was super soft!! I think it may be baked there on the premises. The only bread option is the focaccia, which is seasoned with garlic and herbs. It you like that, you'll love the bread, if not, I think you're out of luck. I just wished I knew all sandwiches are served hot. Not a fan of hot sandwiches. Btw, you HAVE to try the watermelon mint lemonade....YUM!!

We used to go to the urbane Cafe years ago and quit because we were tired of it. Welcome to a new Urbane Cafe!!! They have renewed and updated for the better.

Very good food and the app made ordering easy. Pick-up was easy (orders are to-go only right now) and the order was correct and had everything we requested. I docked a star because both sandwiches that we ordered were VERY messy and hard to eat in the car (we were passing through the area). I recommend wrapping the sandwiches in waxed paper like many sandwich shops do, to prevent the fillings from falling out of the bottom.

The food here is really good, I always tend to get this barbecue steak sandwich. I know that they're stick here is the facosha bread and that's good as well, the only complaint I would say is that it's kind of monotone in terms of the optional flavor profile you have at the restaurant. But again, what they do they do good and I really have no complaints overall other than it being pricey, but similar to other reviews I've left everything is pricey and it's hard to avoid that nowadays.

Parking can get packed but we found a spot easy when we went. Indoor and outdoor seating available. Friendly staff. If you want healthier options for lunch and are in the area, try this place out.

The name was misleading -__- my mom and I really really really wanted coffee! We we're experiencing Espresso withdrawals and NO coffe at this cafe! But their food was pretty good. I had the chicken lime salad. Really good but man, that protein to lettuce/ spring mix ratio was stingy!

This is my 3rd time ordering from Urbane Cafe and I'm pretty disappointed. Everything I've ordered has tasted delicious but the attention and consistency of quality service is terrible. I ordered the salmon salad and I was shocked to see how small the size of the salmon was. I also paid extra for avocadoes and they forgot to put it on my salad. My mom ordered the tri-tip salad and the tri-tip was stuck together in a glob... I paid $40.00 to get a tiny piece of salmon on my salad. Although we both liked our salads we definitely felt like we got ripped off. I won't be ordering anything from this restaurant again.

I have always been impressed with Urbane. Today was a serious disappointment. Ordered for take out soon after they opened on a Friday. All of our sandwiches and the focaccia bread on the side were hard and stale. The pizza was burnt, and because they used this stale bread, it was super hard, we ended up throwing it out. I have been eating at Urbane for about a year and a half and have never had such poor quality. This is the second time we have had a poor experience at the Temecula location. I will not be returning to the Temecula location again. The Menifee location has always been much better.

I ordered online a cilantro chicken salad. To substitute chicken with salmon they charged $7.30. $28 later, I received the salad, with a thin slice of cold, dry salmon that, to my surprise, came with barbeque sauce. The salad had no cilantro and the vinaigrette was rather disgusting. I will never buy again. For less, I can get a high quality salad at Bolero.

This restaurant is very dirty inside and the staff does not seem to care one bit. The bread choices are nonexistent and not good for people who have an aversion to rough textures. The salads are extremely plain. The last visit we had there were children running all over the store around other customers and knocking over chairs and they were all screaming the parents nor the staff said one word- it was not a relaxing, peaceful, calm environment and I was extremely disappointed with the entire experience. I feel bad for the owners who most likely do not know how badly their staff is running this restaurant.

Good food, I normally get the same thing every time I come in but most times I order delivery. I came in today around 7:00 PM, and after placing my order, I asked who I believe is the shift leader, what else was good or what her favorite menu item was, because I’m open to trying new things. She told me to ask someone else and that she doesn’t like the food there because she’s bored of it. Attitude came off not very welcoming and made me not want to return unfortunately. Really disappointing because their food is pretty good.

Worst service in Temecula! Not even a smile or great when we came in. All tables were dirty and took me asking twice for them to clean one so our family could sit down. Like the food and sodas here but probably won't return. This was our 3rd visit.
