I first smelled the food when I came out of At Home. It smelled amazing and I knew I needed to try it. From the time I stepped into the restaurant it was busy, and packed with patrons. Im a firm believer that if a place is packed and steady customers the food is good. I got the beef teriyaki combo. It came with miso soup and a salad, noodles and white rice. It was delicious! I ate the whole thing in one sitting. I will return!! Yum!

I've been coming here for 12 years now. I think, and it's always been consistently amazing. Food is good services. Great owners are great. It's popular. Some hours some days, but it's worth the wait. Definitely. Recommend this for date, night, family or solo meow

I ordered the Gin Sushi Roll, and it was amazing! The fish was fresh, and I loved the slight kick of spice that added an extra layer of flavor. The tempura shrimp provided the perfect crunch, making each bite even more satisfying. I placed a pickup order, and the service awesome. The staff was quick, efficient, and incredibly friendly. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted warmly and taken care of right away. It's clear they prioritize great customer service. The restaurant's decor was also a standout. I especially loved the anime artwork, which gave the space a fun, youthful, and welcoming vibe while still maintaining a classic Japanese theme. It felt modern yet authentic. The owner was incredibly kind and made me feel right at home. I will definitely be coming back to try more of their menu. Highly recommend this spot!

3/2/23: I still like the bento here. I also had the deep fried spicy tuna maki which was delicious. Great all you can eat sushi place. Attentive and friendly staff. I also enjoyed the lunch box here.

We loved our experience today! We decided to try something new and it worked wonderfully. Not just that it was my mother birthday and she enjoyed her mochi. We ordered three sushi rolls 991, Mexican roll, and Temecula they were amazingly yummy and beautiful 🥰 the servers were very kind and attentive. We will be back with more family

It is one of the hidden gems in which you will find in Temecula. It has excellent service and an amazing selection of sushi and Japanese food. Come for the incredible all-you-can-eat sushi, or simply swing on by for a quick bite. I highly recommend it for families, food lovers, and sushi eaters alike!

So I am in the moode for SAKE🍶🍣🥣 so I thought I would check out this new place.😊 The staff is efficient, friendly and cheerful. The options are endless on the type of 🍣 u can order. 😋 actually they have a all u can eat for $34.00 for all u sushi addicts😍😍 will definitely be back. Food was delicious 😋and on point . Presentation very nice and cultural. 2 👍👍 UP!!

We went to Temecula to visit friends and they treated us out here. OMG OMG OMG!!!!! looking for some sushi and Udon? This ALL YOU CAN EAT sushi is crazy amazing! So many choices! The food was soooo good, so incredibly delicious!! We had a great cheery waitress and we ate our hearts 💕 delight 😊 until we needed to be rolled outta there!! I admit I usually won't eat raw stuff. I usually avoid it everytime the family goes and generally order things that are cooked. I have just started to venture. But since my friends were paying, I did eat, and guess what?? I loved it!!! I'm a believer now. But of course my favorite was the BAKED salmon. It was to die for. Now I'm suspicious of soup or ramen because I'm picky as a soup lover. But Gin Sushi makes THE BEST SEAFOOD UDON I've ever tasted. Oh my goodness! Please if you have a chance, CHOW DOWN HERE!

The serving size of the baked scallop roll was awesome! I also liked the baked salmon roll. This place has good pricing. Feels like you're getting your moneys worth here. The quality is pretty good, although I haven't found my favorite roll yet. Several of the rolls are buried in sauce. The service is great. The restaurant is nice & clean.

First time here with a good friend and a girls' night dinner. We were excited to have sushi. We started with a Jalapeño bomb. It was awesome. We then ordered 3 additional rolls, tempura shrimp and veggies, and shrimp boats. We enjoyed most of it. The baked roll we got wasn't our favorite, but that's not to say it wasn't good for those who enjoy baked rolls. Our original waitress that seated us was sweet. I wish I got her name. She offered us assistance whe. Looking for details on the food/rolls. There were no pictures showing the food on the menus given to us, but she directed us to a qr code that brought up a menu on our phone. This helped. We ended up ordering one additional roll and were enjoying it and our conversation. Seems they wanted us to depart though and hovered over the table asking if we were ready for our bill. We were thinking about possibly getting 1 or 2 more, but felt a bit rushed and as though they wanted our table back. We decided to get the bill a d depart to a new location for the rest of the night.

Good food, nice sushi selection however rice is too much, not so much selection of rice less sushi or sashimi option. Bringing out your food can take time. The section that we were seating was smelly, smelly and stinky. Friendly service who help us. Most likely will be visiting and hopefully they clean the section we were seating.

Did the all you can eat sushi and it was pretty good. Fish tasted fresh and they were bringing the rolls out as fast as we were eating them. Definitely got our money's worth. I would probably go back in the near future.

Tried the AYCE and it was okay. Service was good, but I can’t say that the AYCE was worth it for the price for $35/person at lunch. Fish tasted on the lighter side. We did like the king salmon and the salmon egg rolls, but it’s limited (probably because it is so good)! If I came back, I’d probably eat from the regular menu now that I know which fish I like.

I ate here a few times before the food was good. But today was a bad day for Jin sushi. I had a very young server when I asked her some questions about the menu. She was annoyed. You can tell she clearly dislikes her job. So instead of having a terrible experience, I just got up thanked the male host and went to go eat at another sushi place. These young servers don't get business and are toxic to the owner of the business. Maybe it's the managers fault for not touching base with customers. We customers don't have to eat out. I am a big tipper and repetitive customer. But theirs one thing I don't deal with is servers with bad altitudes. My advise to owner is hire older servers that respect the customer and want to work. Hire someone like John tapper from bar rescue to train the staff to know the value of customer. Hire manager's that are ontop of things. I read a couple other review here complaining about the servers and manager's. Maybe the problem is the owner's son manages the restaurant. Also when I asked to see a menu the waitress looked at me like I was a idiot. Pointed at a QR code for me to scan to see the menu. For one, in this world today you have to be a big big idiot to scan a QR code from a restaurant unless you want your cell phone hacked and info stolen. I ended up here at K sushi. They do not have all you can eat here. They run a half order half price instead and do not skip out on any ingredients or quality. My server was great with a good attitude. I also don't have to worry about QR codes hacking my cell phone.

We have been here a few times, and the first few times we were never charged for my 9-month-old, and prices were much better before. We just came here a couple of days ago, and we love coming here since it's all you can eat, but not only did prices go up considerably, they even charged me for my 9-month-old. Unfortunately, we will be looking for a new sushi spot for the fam. Disappointed as a local homeowner.

Update: a credit card that I haven't used in over a year had the information stolen and this was the last place I used it in over a year. Kinda fishy. No pun intended. My wife and I have been coming here for the last 4 years it has been our go-to sushi place but as of lately the quality and service has gone down. The last nail in the coffin for us was the fact that the owner walked over and started interrogating me about eating one roll off of my brother's plate who got the all you can eat sushi. The owner asked me if I was going to pay for another all you can eat sushi because I ate one roll from his plate that had two rolls left and was going into the trash since we were about to leave. We ordered plenty of sushi for ourselves and to be harassed over a single roll of sushi is ridiculous. That one roll costed you a frequent customer. We will never be coming back here ever again. It seems like this has been an ongoing trend based off of the reviews and if you're wondering why your business is declining that may have something to do with it. The harder you try the worse you're making it.

We’ve been loyal customers of Gin Sushi for years because the fish is always so fresh, and it’s usually one of our favorite spots in Temecula. Unfortunately, our most recent visit was disappointing because of the service we received. My daughters and I ordered the All You Can Eat sushi, and my 10-year-old son ordered a sushi roll and a hand roll from the regular menu. Before he even took a bite, our waitress told us that if he ate anything from our plates, he’d be charged for All You Can Eat as well. We completely understood and immediately took back the one piece of sushi and gyoza he was about to try. We even ordered him his own gyoza. Later, when our hand rolls arrived, I noticed mine (ordered from the All You Can Eat) looked different from my son’s — even though they were the same roll on the menu. The waitress explained that the sushi chefs purposely exclude certain ingredients for All You Can Eat orders, which surprised us since the menu doesn’t mention this. She kindly offered to bring the missing items, and we appreciated that gesture. A few minutes later, a male employee (who we later learned was named Steve) came to our table and, instead of calmly clarifying the situation, abruptly asked with attitude, “What’s the problem?” He repeated what the waitress had already explained but with an unprofessional tone and poor body language. When I asked if the menu stated that All You Can Eat rolls are made differently, he admitted it didn’t. We simply wanted clarification, not conflict — but his demeanor made the situation uncomfortable for all of us. After that, the waitress avoided our table, and we felt unwelcome for the rest of the meal. Toward the end, when I asked about ordering a spicy chicken bowl to go, the same male employee mocked my question and responded sarcastically. His attitude throughout our visit was uncalled for, and it left us disappointed and honestly heartbroken. We used to love Gin Sushi and would recommend it to friends, but this experience really changed how we feel about coming back. If Steve is the manager or owner, I truly hope he reflects on how this kind of treatment affects loyal customers. Gin Sushi has great food — but respect and kindness should always be part of the dining experience, too. And with treatment like this we will most likely not be returning.

Favorite lunch stop for several years. Decided to take my family to taste the deliciousness for my son's birthday. Big mistake. Don't go with a big group, they may not get your order right either. I had to correct the waitress a few times, then she read the whole order back to me, not to the whole table or each person to verify if correct. Cooks made a couple rolls wrong. Three different workers came over to ask what the problem was, including the owner or manager being the last to approach us. I was trying to explain and instead of anyone saying sorry, we'll remake these for you, he said something like "so you're giving up these two". He asked my 17 year old son "so tell me what you want". My son was so uncomfortable that he didn't speak. I had to give it again. We just wanted to leave but my son had not ate yet. He huddled his workers into his corner behind the register to tell them to make sure to take no more orders from our table. It's as if they're being conditioned to be insensitive to mistakes and not have to take any accountability. It was humiliating, this place needs help or new ownership, but we will not be going back. This was a sad night, but we had to brush it off and finish our son's birthday on a positive note.

The food is good but the service has gone downhill. I have been coming here for five years, but this year it is noticeably worse. First, our server asked if she could box our food while we were still eating. Then, while clearing plates, she accidentally spilled soy sauce all over my white dress. She was apologetic, but management seemed indifferent and even annoyed when I asked for soda water to clean it. As I waited for my dress to dry, the manager came over and said, “If you’re done, can you leave? We have people waiting for a table.” It was rude in general and completely uncalled for given the situation. I would not recommend coming here.
