This is one of our go to place for a quick getaway from the kids. We tried a seasonal drink in the menu and had the new garlic shrimp with toast for an appetizer. They were absolutely delicious! My husband had the brisket burger, and I had the California chicken club sandwich for lunch. Birth of which were delicious. I only have 3 stars due to French fries served being room temp and not hot when brought out.

Great night out. We ordered quite a few things from the restaurant. Prime Rib dinner, sirloin with shrimp, lucky duck drink, Ahi Poke, Chicken Potstickers. The prime Rib had a funny taste to it tonight and was sent back, ordered the Pork Chops instead. The Pork Chops were very delicious. Overall the meal was very good and the server was very good to us.

We came here for the 1st time for Valentine’s Day lunch and had a delightful experience! Our server Cameron was super friendly and attentive; Food, drinks and dessert were delicious!!! We will be definitely coming back to try other dishes and we highly recommend this place!!

Early dinner on a Thursday evening. Seated immediately, order taken quickly. Enjoyed a beer while waiting for our food. Waitstaff were attentive and took good care of us. Wife had pizza and it was good. I had brisket burger and fries and was pretty good, although they were a little skimpy on the fries. In all it was a good experience.

Food was just less than room temp, and just didn't taste very good, meatballs were hard and sauce was bland. Service was fine,nice staff, ambiance was okay. Mac and cheese balls were the only things that were hot.

We shared a small pizza and got wings, salad and an appetizer and 3 teas and it was 100$. I think their prices have gone way too high anymore. Food is the same but those prices are insane. I know it should not be that expensive. We didnt even get 3 full meals.

The salads are good. Buuuut The ranch tastes spoiled. Always. And the chili was like pinto bean explosion. Sliders also gross.... bummber...

The food was sub par for the price. The clam chowder was luke warm. Ordered ribs & tri tip. Tri Tip came out well done when I ordered medium rare. They replaced it for me but it was still closer to medium and a poor cut with a lot of fat that was kind of tough. The ribs were ok but I wasn't a fan of the flavor. Our Waiter was a friendly guy but was working the entire section by himself & he had a table of 25 people that had him swamped. It took 25 minutes to get out dessert and tracking down another server to retrieve it for us. Will not go here again.

Has potential but all employees need to be on the same page. This ain’t it. I’ve tried multiple times thinking to try something different. Fish and fries are easy. BJs messes it up. The chips/fries were precooked and dipped in hot diesel grease again. The fish is battered frozen. The waitress only came to check on drinks when she handed out our check. Great vibe except service and mid food.

Stay away! We waited 10 mins just to be greeted, had to wait another 5 or so mins to receive our beverages. Then, we had to wait 10 additional minutes for napkins, couldn’t order more sauce for our appetizer because our waitress had been too busy socializing with her friends. And the restaurant hadn’t been at all busy. And the restaurant had been filthy…. As seen in my pic of the dust particles all over counter.

We were seated and ignored for 20 minutes. As we are walking out because of the terrible service. The 2 hostees with very snotty attitudes didn't say anything other than "have a good night" like they didn't just waste our time. Service to other customers was severely lacking as well, I could tell from the 20 minutes I was there that if anyone ever bothered to take our drink order we were going to be waiting a long time. They were not busy and there many open tables. I can see why it doesn't get that busy here.

I went in with my school for an event dinner this Monday. Waiters were extremely rude and passive-aggressive. The waiter for my table was very mean and laughed in our face for basic requests. Many of us ordered deep dish pizzas to share with eachother. Instead, she brought out mini kids pizzas for all of us. When one of us asked her about it, she told us that we were too young for a full dish and “didn't need all that food,” even though she knew we were sharing (mind you… we are all hungry highschoolers after a sports competition? We are hungry.. and why are you placing calorie limits on your guests?) . Many of us also ordered pizookies. After we ordered, she came back suddenly and informed us that she wouldn’t be giving half of us our pizookies, because we “needed to split them.” I am not sure where she got this rule from. I’m pretty sure she threw away half of our pizookies. This waiter also got angry with us at the beginning of our order, and she left all of our drinks at the end of our table, making us pass them down to eachother. She skipped over me when she was taking everyone’s order. I raised my hand and let her know that I still needed to order, and she scoffed and made sure to lap around the entire table before getting to me. Speaking of pizza, my friend didn’t get her pizza, and when she asked about it, the waiter acted all pissed and told her to “be patient and wait” for her order. Horrible service. I was very disappointed, considering I have been here multiple times on school trips before, and it was great! I think the hostesses need to be retrained or fired. Many of us left hungry and angry.

I had came with my marching band today and it was great! ….Except the horrible service and attitude the waitress gave our whole table (about 20 people). For one instance I had tried to ask for the pizookie that came with my order and I had failed to get her attention so I waited until she came back to tell her. When I asked she smiled and rolled her eyes, telling me that I couldn’t because my order had been closed and that I should’ve listened better and paid attention. Obviously I knew that it came with my meal and had already paid for it, so I asked a different waitress and she very kindly gave me my pizookie. I later saw the waitress who denied my request staring at our table, smiling and laughing to her coworker. Me and my friends at our table couldn’t believe it! So rude! It was a black waitress, that was young, skinny and had pigtails. I am still in shock she was so unprofessional! Other than this all the other workers were kind and accommodating, and the food was great!

Well I gave BJs a second try, I forgot my last encounter and quickly remembered! Service was non existent. Our appetizer was forgotten. Deep dish pizza had no sauce. Our drinks were empty and our desserts were over thirty minutes. Today was my birthday and we were in no hurry so it became more of a joke of how bad it could get. Two and a half hours later we left for good.
