The music they play is amazing! The food is freshly made and traditional. The service is excellent and high-quality; the waiters are warm, friendly, and helpful. The place has a great variety of food on the menu. We tried hamburgers, nuggets, lattes, and hot chocolate, and everything was delicious. The kids really enjoyed the cosmic atmosphere because the decor perfectly matches the observatory theme. The staff was very attentive. Very nice!
The service is terrible... It took an hour for 4 coffees that ended up being lukewarm.
The wait was far too long. The moon rose faster than my club sandwich. Furthermore, the waiters couldn't tell you what the food was made of, and the menu wasn't very clear about it.
We went on March 16, 2024. The service was terrible. When we asked the waiter something, he'd say he didn't know. We ordered a pizza and had to cancel it because it never arrived. They don't provide receipts. They didn't even thank us; the waiter just gave us the bill and didn't come back (it's worth noting that we obviously didn't leave a tip). Improve your customer service and implement an order system, and you'll be incredibly successful. Remind your employees to be the best.
Bad experience I ordered a coffee and a pie, and it took 45 minutes to serve me.
