Bien por sus helados, son un buen concepto y además ricos, solo que... Al entrar no sabes realmente lo que quieres pedir si te diriges a la pizarra del menú, este no es intuitivo para dejarle al cliente una buena elección, a mi me paso que llegue y pedí un helado de galleta oreo, y enseguida lo que tenía en mis manos fue un paquete pequeño de tres galletas rellenas con helado 🤣, corregí mi pedido y me despacharon lo que quería realmente, aun que la verdad si eh de comparar el helado que probé, diría que es de igual o menor calidad a un MCFLURRY.

Excelente lugar, algo retirado, pero al menos bien ubicado para llegar a la loma, que si bien se podrá ver chico, en su primer piso donde están los asientos es muy cómodo y grato sentarse ya que se disfruta de la vista y la corriente se aire que circula por ahí hace que fácil se te quite el calor junto con el helado.

This place has gone downhill lately. The products are mixed so poorly that all the Blizzards end up tasting like vanilla Healod. The service is awful; they act like they're doing you a favor by selling you the product. They don't prioritize accumulating points for purchases through the app, and the last time I was there, the cashier acted like Homer Simpson, pretending to enter my phone number and telling me my points would accumulate, which didn't happen—it was all just a charade. The drive-thru service is a little better, although it's clear they lack customer service training.

I'm a frequent Dairy Queen customer, and at this location, they always don't churn the Blizzards properly, leaving the snow underneath white. They don't add much concentrate to give the snow the flavor I requested.
