The place and the food are excellent, but the customer service is poor. You have to speak loudly or practically shout at the person taking your order when you order takeout, because they messed up my order and gave me a different roll than the one I asked for; and they still have the nerve to say it's my fault, my fault for not shouting so they'd hear me properly and write down the order correctly.

After a long time, the place has improved, and the food still retains its quality and flavor. The parking lot is horrible and has a pothole, which the manager made sure wasn't there. Terrible service from the manager. The servers are attentive, and the place is spotless.

Bad drinks and bland food, I think that's not the worst part, that's something you expect in a chain restaurant. I think the worst part is the service; the staff doesn't pay attention to the customers and seems forced and rude.
