Service was good considering the volume of people. The line was way out the door. What do you reviewers expect from a fast food joint in one of the busiest airports in the country?! We had to wait 10 minutes, but we knew it would be that long when we got in the line. Place was clean, food was delicious. Our first meal upon entering the country after our honeymoon.

Usually a long wait but I got there at a good time. The staff is friendly. Pieces of chicken were typical, somewhat smallish. Red beans and rice is good, not overdone. Sweet tea is good too, not so much ice that your cup is only half full but enough to make the tea cold.
Taste just like the places outside the airport. Quality control is good at this location. Service was fast and the line moved well. Just next to gate A16. Has sit down are for 20 people. Ghost pepper chicken wings is on point. Airport pricing as expected.
Located by A16 gate, food is good as always, but as you can see at the pics, there are 3 drum sticks instead of 2 thighs and 2 drum sticks and they were fairly small. Hopefully Popeyes contact me and give me a voucher for 1 thigh! It did come with 2 mashed potatoes so that was a plus.

SLOW! I'm watching my travel companion standing in line. In the past 20 minutes about two customers have been served. This is an absolute pass. I really don't understand why it's so incredibly slow and how they stay in business. But everyone's frustrated and no one's really getting their food.
The lady handing out orders got my partner's order wrong and when asked if it was the right order she blew off my partner and proceeded to tell her nothing. The staff isn't very helpful, it doesn't matter if you're getting close to closing for the day. Not acceptable.
Unpopular opinion to some but Popeyes chicken sandwich is better than that other extremely popular “chikin” sandwich place. The crispiness of the chicken, the flavor of the seasonings, and the bun combine to make it a more satisfying sandwich. The sides are ok and in the airport the service and atmosphere are average.

Food was great but the service was really bad. To start we asked for a sweet tea and a diet coke and the lady working there gave us a sprite instead for a diet coke. No big deal right, a normal person would've apologized and fixed the order but this lady decided to argue with us and insist that we asked for a sprite. Then after we got our order and we were eating in the dining area, one of our sandwiches was incorrect. We asked for two of the same how they got one correctly and the other one not is beyond my understanding. We decided just to leave as is since we wouldn't want to argue with this lady again. My suggestion is to get a friendlier and more polite person. The dining area was really dirty, trash on the floor and the tables all dirty. Thankfully we had Clorox wipes so we cleaned our table ourselves but this place should be cleaner. Hopefully the health inspector is reading this and should take a look for the sake of their customers.
Ordered the 4 pc combo. Got 1 nice piece. There was a tiny leg(4" long), a wing and an unrecognizable piece with almost no meat. Fries and tea were delicious. Overall very disappointing.
I had a disappointing experience at the Popeyes in DFW. While the chicken appeared to be cooked well and the sauces were tasty, something seemed off with the food. Unfortunately, neither of us felt well after eating. I’d recommend choosing another option if you're looking for a meal at the airport.

Food was good, cashier was so rude and she got my order wrong. She couldn't hear me and then gave me attitude because I told her to remake it. It's obviously expensive. They need to work on their customer service.

Place is horrible. Double the price of anything else, $23 for a tender meal, charge .64 for sauce, poor service, poor food quality, dirty dining room, unfriendly staff, unable to provide receipt. Place should be shut down.
A cold 3 piece tender “meal” served an hour before close with the utmost rudest service possible for $20. Board displays only family meal packages to discourage anyone from even considering or asking about actual meals. But….bonus if you ask, the highest amount of gruff and unhappiness you could ever imagine. Sorry for being hungry after a long day of travel guys, please by all means get back to your cell phones and ruin a few other folks days!!! ***Had 5 minutes to take it back and the guy pretended to refund me but the card numbers didn’t match. They lie about they machines being down close to closing time. Enough said about this location. Ate their earlier. Didn't expect much it's in a airport. I already knew it will be over priced. Didn't count on the chicken being dryer than the biscuits. Walked by later to hear they machine don't work while a employee is stuffing chicken in multiple boxes and going home with it
The lady that service good masculine lady , is rude , always have an attitude , seem like she don’t like her job or try to pls customers .. she might need help or need to leave . Piranhas extra stuff and paid and she still never gave it to me ..: and she treats employee even worst
The cashier walked in to her shift with a bad attitude. She said “what do you want.” In that moment, I should’ve just walked away, but I continued to place my order. She was rude as I asked a question about the side, and she also over charged me when the menu showed 13.99 I asked for a manager and she said “I am DA Managa” and I was shocked she would behave this way, so I don’t think she was really the manager. I asked her why I was charged 15.79 and she shrugged and said “I don’t know.” She didn’t want to give me a biscuit although I paid for a large meal. She quite literally tried to debate with me, the customer, who paid $16 plus dollars for a meal. On top of that the chicken was orange looking on the inside, and she barely put any sauce on my food. I wouldn’t order here EVER again. On top of that the kitchen was not clean.i should have gotten my money back.
DONT STOP AT LOCATION IN DALLAS AIRPORT IT ABSOLUTELY SUCKS..... Overpriced crap is what it was. $19 for a 3 piece chicken strip meal. Dry overcooked and employees were just completely rude and unhappy. If you visit Dallas ft worth airport go to McDonald's their prices are actually close to what they are out on the town. Plenty of other options in the airport to get food from. You can go to Fridays and get more food for the same price and actually have a descent meal. DONT STOP AT AIRPORT LOCATION

Severely understaffed. They have one woman taking orders and preparing the orders on a Saturday at 5pm and another person cooking the food in the back. I had to wait 40 minutes for a mobile order. Don’t know why they don’t just prepare mobile orders as soon as they are received; you have to go up to them and tell them your number and that’s when they will start preparing/cooking it. Boneless wings were good but fries were terrible and soggy.
Terrible food, terrible service. I dont ever leave reviews but I felt like I needed to warn others about this place. It’s overpriced, $25 for a simple 5 piece tender meal and the person who took my order was unbelievably rude. I tried to give him the benefit of the doubt, maybe he was tired or having a rough day…but getting sick from the mediocre lukewarm food made me feel annoyed enough to call him out too.
We were so exhausted from the flight and the cashier was so rude, it was a spanish guy(i think) we ordered 2 combo meals and asked for the receipt but they said they’re not printing receipts at the moment and will just come/call us for our order. Guess what? They gave us the wrong order as expected cause we don’t have the freaking receipt!!!!! Bruh, fix your customer service. If you can’t be nice to your customers, at least give them the right order!
Guess I should of checked what pieces of chicken they gave me paid for a 3 piece combo mixed which was just over $21.00. Arrived home and received a breast and two baby wings. Would not recommend at all.

I can say the woman who served me on the 31 Morning in Red Halloween Costume. Refused to give a copy of my receipt.I bought 4 pieces of Spicy chicken breast She was talking with the staff don't care type. She said to make sweet and spicy chicken takes a long time so I said if tell me a time I can come back She refused to. But others are no better but there is one guy very nice polite helpful
The store was extremely understaffed. I waited 10+ minutes in a long line with no cashiers present. The one staff working was incredibly slow. This lack of care for customers is unacceptable. I won't be returning.
Piles of chicken sitting under the warmer. Sprawling line of customers with orders being taken few and far between. Cashier refused to allow me to order a basic combo from the menu saying that the board was incorrect for days and I would have had to order the version with two sides. Weird.
The food was hot and well cooked, but the cashier was so rude! He never acknowledged me, no greeting or a simple smile, he was having a loud and inappropriate conversation with his coworkers, he never asked me what sides I wanted, never received my receipt and didn’t say thank you, as soon as he was done putting my food in a bag and I inserted my card he went to the back to chit chat! This is unacceptable! And by reading the reviews I can already seee that no one makes them accountable for their nasty actions
They are super slow, with no sense of urgency. The woman working the register has a terrible attitude. Unless you have at least 2 hours to spare you will miss your flight waiting for food. There were 5 ppl ahead of me in line and it took over an hour for the five to be serviced. That’s with 2 employees working in the back 2 employees working in the front. On top of this the chicken was not fresh. Many of the menu items were not available.

A helpful construction worker helped me out there…it is not mandatory to order two sides and two rolls or even a drink. Just tell the clerk what you want to eat and pay for that. This was the first visit i was refused a receipt. A red flag in 100 ways, and will be noted.
If that chicken sandwich was any older, it would have been even more dry and slimy at same time. I think you have to order something special to get fresh food!
This place is disgusting, and they messed up our orders. There was hair in the mashed potatoes. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and got a regular. My fries were mixed with my husband's tenders. I don't go to Popeyes often, but $16 for a sandwich, fries, and half scoop of coleslaw? Seems crazy even for airport prices. Super long lines. One register was cash only. Charging so much, at least they could have working equipment and food that us acceptable.

I ordered 3 pieces of chicken (which came with an ice hockey puck - sorry, 'buscuit' - a drumstick, thigh and breast ( had to pay extra money for the breast). The drumstick and thigh chicken were very dry - the drumstick chicken was very very dry and, the drumstick, near black and arid of any moisture. The 'batter' on all three was also so dry and snapped so loud I thought I had broken much jaw. It also had ZERO flavour. First time eating Popeyes and, probably, the last
With only a short lunch break I ran to get some Popeyes at A15 before my flight. As I was in line I noticed one Spicy breast in the basket. I knew for sure they wouldn’t give it out. ( but they did) I was disappointed to find with I got to my gate the chicken was cold dry and extremely small for $12.36. The Mac & cheese was cold. The only thing good was the red beans and rice I called to make the manager aware of this but no one answered the phone. I just wasted $12.00 because it all just went into the garbage. Who can eat this mess!!!!! Totally disappointed.!! Do Better!! The prices you’re charging the food should be fresh & hot!!!

To top it off every time I order ahead here my food is never ready and I have to wait in their long line (formed from them working so slow) just to tell them to start on my order
The only employee working that cashier needs to fix her attitude. I understand being understaffed or busy but yelling and outwardly complaining to customers is unacceptable. Having worked in service before I always try to be kind to workers, but the lady was insufferable. Food was decent.
Slow service, dirty restaurant, burned out employees that yell and crack jokes while 10 people are standing in line to order and another 3 are waiting for food along with 1 person waiting on a chicken sandwich they didn’t receive in their order. The employees need some extra help and some type of moral boost from their upper management. Also, the food made me throw up on my flight yesterday. Do not eat at this place until changes are made. Thank God for Robbie, I got dinner here tonight and he had 3 other co-workers one on her phone talking on facetime the other left and maybe another two employees scurried to back. Robbie had to do the entire assembly and man the front counter. Pretty sad to see someone struggling that hard in real time.

The next time I’m told that they only have fries and legs. This final time they said they only take cash. Who now has cash? I blame the both the personnel and the system.
