Best affordable pizza in town! Their garlic sauce is so yummy and I love their crust. I always order extra sauce and they never dissapoint 🤤 the jalepeno/mango chicken is good too. And their bread bites, and lava cakes 😍 yum! Staff is always hard working and friendly when I go in
The store is very clean. It was late and the staff was so sweet. She kindly mentioned she forgot to cook some of the food it wasn't a big deal made them fast and we were on our way. We used the online ordering system.

Great customer service! I thought they had made a mistake on my order from a few days prior but it was really my fault misunderstanding with the app even tho that happened they still made me feel a little better about my self . The long time employees really stick their necks out and try to make the customer happy and welcomed Philly cheese steak is a top choice for me Great to have ya in the neighborhood
I come in an order 2 pizzas 10 minutes before closing and had the privilege to watch the manager on the phone tell a customer he would turn his ovens back on and get his pizzas to him. It's the 4th of July obviously this gentleman Hap would like to clock out instead of staying late saving the customers 4th of July party. I think Hap deserves a raise
Domino's pizza is a great alternative to the other pizza places out here. I love the fact they deliver and I don't have to bake it myself. I have lived in Molalla for over 12 years and was so thankful when Domino's came to town..
The order online was really fast! I've had nothing but good food and good service from Domino's no matter WHO is working! I LOVE DOMINO'S!
I'd like to know the schedule of the worker that made my pasta bowl the night of 10/4 because the pasta was made perfectly with the amount of sauce and chicken and I'd like them to make it for me again in the future.
I love molalla dominos they are always on point! Their sandwiches are great and so the stuffed breads as well, my kids like their pasta... the pizza is amazing.
This dominos has been great! It has served me so many times when I’m either too tired to make food after work, or inebriated and can’t drive. Sure occasionally the food isn’t perfect, but the deliver drivers manage to find my house outside town, and the food is always hot.
Great customer service! I called to ask if they would be able to remake my online order for a fee, since my husband took a hour longer to get home from work. They remade my entire order at NO Charge! Thank you Dominos and Trent for helping me out!
So far so good! Happy to have a Dominos here in Molalla. First time I ordered extra sauce/cheese wasn’t added when requested, but a new store can’t get everything right! Customer service was great and I am hoping that excellence continues because we need more business like this to excel here. Note to owner: the dominos tracker is not updating. Not sure if this is due to your end not keeping up with it?

I received an order that had 1 wrong item. I called and talked to Evan. He knew the mistake and quickly offered to correct it. My correct item showed up soon after. The rest of the food in my order was super good as well. You guys have great customer service and great food!!

Food was good the reason was for the 4 star and not five is because I am a little upset i had to walk 3 blocks begging for change to break my 100 dollar bill. I wish I was told before I drove all the way to them that they don't break 100s. I is why the 4 star.
If you're online coupons are not working it could be that they turn them off may need to call the store doesn't say anywhere this happens I had to call the store to find out
Second time for delivery, love the bread knots, pizza was a little burnt on edges. One worst than other. Called in and they took care of it.

Inside is pretty clean and I have never had a bad experience just slow service a few times. Overall, I will be returning every now and then to get my pizza fix.

The food was ok but the people that work there didn't know how to work there own equipment. I ask for a receipt and the look on the girls face was like I ask for the moon. Then the food set on the counter for 7 minutes before giving it to me because the person that worked there could not read the name on the receipt. Not impressed!

Seriously.... Who knows who's pizza that dough is going to. Absolutely disgusting. Now I'm positive I will not come back here.
I am so sad!! The last time I ordered a thin crust pizza with alfredo sause it was wonderful so I ordered it again tonight. It was burned and so hard it just crumbled when you tried to eat it. I called and they happily replaced it, we live out of town so it took a while to come back into town then back home. Burned again, dry and not good at all. I think I am going to rethink Molalla Domino's Pjzza.
Tonight I ordered from Domino's. When my order was added up it came to $23.92. That total was before the $7.00 I was told they would deduct from my bill because they had gotten my last order wrong. My online order never took the $7.00 off, so I called them before completing my order. It was explained to me that to get the credit I needed to order over the phone, okay, no problem. When I went in to pick up my order, the order was correct, all the food was there, and it was just as I ordered. But, my bill was $18.97. I paid for it, but then realized it should have been $16.92. Very nicely, I explained that I was confused about the total. I explained what the charges were when I was trying to order online and that they weren't the same. We talked about it and he tried to explain why it was different, but he couldn't, he didn't understand it either, and agreed I had been charged wrong. Then he just looked at me. I finally asked if he was going to make it right? He then said "what, you want the $1.50 difference back?" I was looking at my bill because I knew it was more than $1.50, that's when he said "it's a buck 90", and he opened the till and threw $2.00 on the counter. He then said using a very rude voice "Have a nice evening" and turned and walked away. This review isn't really about the $1.90 mistake, it's about the rude customer service. Why is it okay to be rude to a customer who's been over charged and is just wanting it made right? I know this is all trivial and of no importance, but I hate poor customer service. I've done a lot of restaurant and retail work, and if that young man had been an employee of mine, he would have be disciplined. His rudeness was completely uncalled for.

I would leave a Zero if I could! The GENERAL MANAGER told me he would fix a mistake and it never came! Called back and he lied saying he didn’t say that. That is absolutely asinine! They always screw up our orders we are fed up! Rather go elsewhere where they can get the orders correct!!!! I’m a business professional and would never talk nor treat my customers this way.
Order lunch here often but no more. Parmesan twists never have parmesan on them the cheese dip is usually burnt and non existent my sandwich is like jerky and heaven forbid you call and try to resolve it they're snotty as all get out and call me a liar. Cool but I'm still hungry.
So disappointing! Have tried a few times. Last pizza had a good three inches all around from crust with no sauce at all. None!! Always lacking sauce and toppings. They also didn’t honor the pick up promotion of 50% off. Worse than the OC location. Just terrible pizza!
When you make a pizza you should add some toppings besides cheese. I got a pizza and it barely had anything on it besides cheese. It's not hard to put toppings on pizza I did the same job when I was 18 and I never got a complaint. You should probably not have rude staff either. I don't think dominos is anywhere near where they were before. I honestly have had dominos a lot through out my life and the one in molalla is the worst dominos I have ever been to.
This was our second and last really bad pizza from them. No sauce at all, about half of the quantity of ingredients for any normal pizza and we ordered extra of everything. When I called and complained I got sorry you feel that way.
Ordered online for curbside pickup. Got there when it said it was done. Checked in like it said to do. Waited and waited. About 10 minutes later I gave up and went inside. Kid couldn't find my order. I tell him it was a curbside order. Took another five minutes he finds it. No apology, nothing. Sandwiches overcooked and hard. Hardly anything in them. The cinnamon twists are all different sizes most tiny. No cinnamon on them just caked to the bottom of the box.
dominos likes to use partially washed dishes to cook the pan pizzas and most of the food they sell is usually expired. oh btw they also dont wash the pizza grates they just reuse them for cross contamination.
Sometimes this location is okay but today they were godawful. My pizza had been tampered with, slices were rearranged to be on top of each other which made things super messy and mushrooms had been added to it. Mushrooms are disgusting. Also, I had chosen contactless delivery so they wouldn't wake my sleeping boyfriend, but the driver POUNDED on the door really loudly. Complete disregard of delivery instructions.
Really disappointed tonight.... I ordered some pasta and like always it was really dry and NEEDED more sauce. So I called the store to find out how I can get more sauce next time. The person on the phone told me it was not possible and the don't control they portioning. I said I would pay for extra sauce. Again told no so I asked about just buying a side of sauce. Again told no! So I asked to talk to the manager and this person who sounded 12 said they were the manager and could not do anything. What happened to the customer is always right? What happened to being helpful and giving the customer what they want? So they said I'd have to call corporate.... well I will. Will also contact the owner and make sure this "manager" is demoted or fired! Wish I could leave a negative star feedback! Don't order pasta from Molalla Domino's you'll just be wasting money! Go to Figaros or Bear Creek Pizza!!!!
Meal was ok as usual, nothing to Wow about. But the customer service and lack of ability to apologize to customers of make it right gets a huge F. Not only lack of but rude comments made by employees make it really hard to want to ever return. $42ish may not seem like a lot to most people, but add that to how much we have spent there in all spent there, makes me want to drive to Woodburn Little Caesar’s, at least the apologies when they mess up.
Honestly, I was annoyed because my husband and I tried to use a coupon online. It said only for online orders and for some reason it wouldn't deliver to our address. I called and asked the manager what I could do because I've had dominos delieved in the past but we always called in. She explained it was a system error and that theres nothing she could do about helping us use this coupon. I then asked her if she could email someone or do something so we can use the online coupons that say order online only? The manager said she might be able to talk with the supervisor about this but isn't sure. I'm just irreseted because knowing that I couldn't use a coupon and her seeing that it wouldn't pull up my address she could've offered me the deal anyways. To me that would have been great customer service than to say she couldn't do anything for me. What really makes her a manager if she can't help customer in that way.
Terrible experience tonight. Couldn't take the order over the phone. Got over whelemed had to get help from manager. She even read the order back. 2 pizzas missing. Ended up paying 45$ for 3 medium pizzas. They wouldn't give us the 2 that they forgot that they read back from the order cause we didn't get charged for them. How is that possible. 45 bucks for 3 medium pizzas!!!! Tipped the driver 5 bucks cause he didn't know. They won't give us the other 2 pizzas or won't give back any of the money. Dissapointed. Not going back. Passing the word on.

After 2 minutes of ordering it the app said it was ready, skeptical, I called to double check if it really was and they swore it was ready. It was 2 white girls in the kitchen (fire them immediately) fooling around instead of taking time to make sure our order is correct. The girl next to the oven wasn’t even wearing a hairnet. Had hair up with hair sticking out the sides, which is a major food safety violation. I will be reporting this. It was cold. We got this pizza for our dogs last night alive and all the manager could do was give us points because they got in trouble for putting “too many toppings”. Your lack of leadership is not my problem. I paid for extra toppings. Save your time and money and go to the Canby dominoes. This was Sunday October 21 at around 9pm.

Delivered to the wrong house with no refund. Ended up going to pick up from the store because they were going to remake it and they hadn't even started it by the time I got there 10 minutes after the phone call.
Taking a break from them. Rude staff tonight. Pizza sat under warmer for 40 minutes before driver was available to bring it. It was dry and all of the Buffalo sauce had hardened. No one bothered letting us know they were running behind on delivery so I called when it had been 20 minutes since an update on the app.. I thought maybe they thought it was pick up or something.. The worker said they were a manager but refused to give their name so I couldn't tell the general manager who I even spoke to.. I literally just wanted it for reference not to get them in trouble.. Really unprofessional. Plus the crust has not been good the last several times. So disappointing because we were really looking forward to having a Dominoes in town!
I wish there was a way to give them no stars order the pizza at 5:00 online paid for it online got a call from my family at home at 8:00 in the evening asking me when I was going to order pizza call Domino's told them my pizza was never delivered the girl on the phone maybe 18 at most said that they couldn't find my order I asked them what is the fastest way to get a pizza to my home for my children who were very hungry at this point she said that was not her problem I offered to buy a pizza to replace the one I had already purchased she then refused to run my card after entering the numbers wrong the first time I asked for her name she told me she didn't have to give it to me I asked for a manager she said she was the manager I told her I'd get a hold of corporate in the morning she said it wouldn't do any good because they are a franchise owned business I asked for the owner's name she's again refused at this point I was so frustrated I hung up I'll still call corporate in the morning but first my husband called to try and get this straightened out because I was too frustrated at the time to deal with it he immediately was laughed at and hung up on. We'll follow up in the morning with corporate as a business owner in this town myself I find the behavior appalling and encourage people to go to Bear Creek which has awesome food along with customer service or the other two pizza parlors in town that do take out anything would be better. I've ordered pizza from 7-Eleven and gotten better customer service than that.
Not good, in fact terrible! After an hour passed waiting for delivery I finally received a text saying the driver left the store with my order. I always track the driver because 1/2 of the time they don’t read the specials delivery instructions not to use GPS once on my street. Up to this point though the drivers that don’t read the instructions have always called to ask for help getting to the house (what’s the point of asking for special delivery instructions if they don’t even read it?). Then while watching the driver go all around downtown (assuming they were making deliveries on the way), the app updated saying the order was completed. When I called to explain I did not receive the order the kid on the phone (who you could barely understand) said the order was delivered). After several minutes of him arguing with me and insinuating that I was lying, he explained the order was still on its way and should arrive in “a few minutes”. 45 minutes later or so, I called again still not having received the order. The same kid answered and argued again that the order was delivered and told me, “go look around!” I then asked to speak with the manager, who refused to take my call (very unprofessional). The kid then got back on the phone and told me I would have to come to the store and pick the order up, “because the driver could not find the house.” Five minutes later, I receive the order at the store. Nothing was offered to make the experience better (a simple - We’re sorry would have been acceptable). Not only did it take two hours to finally have the food ordered, but it was cold, crust chewy as a rubber, wings like they just came out of the refrigerator, and a warm wilted salad… to top it off, I was still charged the “delivery fee” for an order that wasn’t delivered. This store is run by a very unprofessional staff, with rude employees that call their customers liars, and management that will not speak with customers to work through the issues at hand. I started ordering from this store when it opened, not because the product is anything special, but simply for the convenience when I don’t feel like driving to pick something up. I will gladly now drive to the other two pizza options in town, not only for a superior product, but also for their customer treatment and professionalism. There would have to be a natural disaster with this Dominos being the only open option for me to ever consider doing business with this store again. Worst experience ever in a very long time, and could have easily been avoided with a simple phone call from the driver or a professional and customer oriented manager.

Worst experience ever in a very long time, and could have easily been avoided with a simple phone call from the driver or a professional and customer oriented manager.
Taking a break from them. Rude staff tonight. Pizza sat under warmer for 40 minutes before driver was available to bring it. It was dry and all of the Buffalo sauce had hardened. No one bothered letting us know they were running behind on delivery so I called when it had been 20 minutes since an update on the app.. I thought maybe they thought it was pick up or something.. The worker said they were a manager but refused to give their name so I couldn't tell the general manager who I even spoke to.. I literally just wanted it for reference not to get them in trouble.. Really unprofessional. Plus the crust has not been good the last several times. So disappointing because we were really looking forward to having a Dominoes in town!
