We came for my daughter's 13th birthday. Im not usually a fan of chains. But yall hit it out of the park tonight. Service was on point. Probably one of the best servers we have had in a long time. Food timing was staged perfectly. Good job.

I went to this location to pick up dinner to take home. There was plenty of parking and easy access to the entrance. I was greeted by a nice young lady who escorted me back to the take out area. Another nice lady took my order and was helpful in selecting my meal as my wife already knew what she wanted. I had to wait a few minutes for them to get our order ready. As I stood there I noticed how all the employees were working. They were ALL very good at what they were doing. From manager to each waiter/waitress to those busing the tables. They all worked seamlessly. I haven't seen this in a LONG time. I was offer a drink while I waited and gladly accepted a beverage. The wait was not very long and then I received our order. The cost was very reasonable for what we ordered. I took the food home and we weren't able to eat it until the next day. Even after sitting for a day the food was delicious. This is now our new go to Italian restaurant. We'll done Olive Garder Terrell, Texas.

Probably 3rd time here at the location for Olive Garden. Loved the service really nice young lady here at Olive Garden served our table. I ordered Mango sweet tea and Sangria for drinks. For food, I ordered The Tour Of Italy it was so delicious it made my mouth water. I also ordered a Chicken & gnocchi loved it! Thank you for the good service even though the light went off because of the Lightning 😊 loved it.

This is a fairly new location, and it was very, very good. Our server Tatiana, AMAZING!!! Coming from a management background, this young lady could teach a class in excellent customer service and probably should be management. Loved her energy so much we bought her a dessert to take home!!! The food was served quickly, hot and fresh. Drink glasses never were empty, and to go meals were packaged well. The only one downer was our initial hosted. I'm going she was just having a bad day. Eat here and ask for Tatiana, you experience will be that much better.

Me and my fiancé got the all you can eat never-ending pasta. It was decent. It wasn’t what we expected but if you were craving pasta, this is what you can get for a decent price of $20 with adding protein. Without protein, it is $13.99. But when I ordered one of my dishes, I did not expect it to come out looking like this. It’s funny, but I thought they were going to cut up the sausage. But I guess not. Food wasn't to good this time. Portion sizes have turned into poverty portions. Usually the tour of Italy was big portions that left you full not wanting a second meal. Waitress was good. She kept the drinks full and was very attentive.

Service was perfect! First time visiting this location. Everything was great and tasted great. Only issue is my husband and I are on day 12 of food poisoning from eating there. Symptoms started within hours of eating our meal, cheese stuffed raviolis, Tour of Italy and of course bread sticks and salad. Just be careful!

Food was good but portions were small for the price. Breadsticks and endless salad helped. I was seated in an empty section and waited about 15 minutes before seeing my server. I got 1 drink and no offers to refill anything. While I was eating they seated 2 large families right next to me who were very loud. I won't be returning to this location.

There was almost no wait time, even on a busy night. Our waiter had a very professional attitude, but couldn’t provide our silverware or napkins until after our meals got to the table. We also frequently saw employees around the corner talking while we were waiting for our silverware to be brought out. Our waiter was good, though.

I recently visited the Olive Garden in Terrell, TX, and it was a very disappointing experience. The service was extremely poor. I specifically asked for Pellegrino sparkling water, but I was given something different. When I questioned it, the waitress insisted it was the same instead of checking or correcting the mistake. That was very unprofessional. We also ordered a family salad, and the portion was unbelievably small — not even enough for one person, let alone a family. On top of that, we weren’t given basic items like napkins, spoons, or forks. Overall, the service was careless and frustrating. I expected much better. Unfortunately, I will not be returning to this location.

I was excited that OG brought back the Chicken Marsala! However, I couldn't really enjoy my meal. I believe the restaurant was super busy or understaffed, but my poor waitress was in a super hurry! I understand that she was trying to do the best she could under the circumstances. It just felt rush! We ordered the spinach dip and it was lackluster. The OG salad wasn't good at all! Unfortunately, the nastiest place I've been to in forever. I couldn't enjoy the food because of the gross smell of the carpet, seats were filthy. It wasn't busy is the only reason we decided to give it another try. I worked in the industry for many many years. So I recognize what those smells are. Thats what grossed me out. Please, this place is a very busy place most days. Overnight carpet shampooing of the carpets and just ceiling to walls down to the base must be addressed. Never let it get this bad again. Sorry guys. The employees deserve better. It takes the whole staff.
