Every time we come here we always get a great experience! The customer service is top notch! The speed of the food is awesome. The quality and freshness is also excellent! Even when there’s a problem with our order they are able to fix it right away! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone that maybe local or even traveling to stop by if your hungry.
Ulysses did such a great job! He was very polite and sociable and even hand brought our food. While eating he checked over the tables and made sure everything in the establishment was clean. I’m very impressed!
WOW. I’ve worked fast food before, and this is by far the cleanest kitchen I’ve ever seen in a restaurant. The food was made fast, tasted good, and they have Coca-Cola Freestyle machines. Only pain points are they the tables aren’t always clean and the WiFi is a little slow, but other than that, this place is a gem.
Great customer service. The bacon cheeseburgers were delivered quickly and were hot and delicious! The restaurant was clean and had a friendly atmosphere. We will definitely stop here again.

The food is outstanding and tbe employees are usually very kind. Ow there have been people who have had a bad day but I don't blame them. This place deserves a five star rating for their amazing food and service.
Made a late night drive here for some of their fresh cut french fries, and they were the hottest fries I've ever eaten. Even after midnight, I received great service and hot food!

This has got to be the best Wendy's by far!!! Everytime visited...the food was fresh and the customer service is A+. I drive I-20 all of the time and have passed many Wendy's just to come to this one. Great job management and crew members!
The chicken nuggets phenomenal and the fries are simply to die for. I have never had such amazing food in my life! The people are friendly and try to keep a smile. I love it so much!!!!
EDIT 8-29-22. Man i don't know Who the heck was in there Cooking today but that was about the BEST Asiago Chicken sandwich I've gotten from Wendy's in a LONG time. So happy bc I was about to order a Jr bacon to be safe 😅. Thank you to whoever was cooking on shift! 11am
Lovely staff, we came in late, after 10pm and it was just a few people dining in. It was a good interaction all around. The place was really nice, lots of seating. And ultimately it was nice and clean. Food was presented beautifully, things weren't thrown around. This was as good as fast food gets.
I don't think I've reviewed a fast food service before. However, I have always had a positive food experience here. I love the drive thru. No matter what day of the week or time of day, my fries and sandwiches have always been hot and fresh. Thank you, it makes my day!

I honestly have no complaints! The lady running the register was really sweet, and our food came out quickly. Hot and fresh! The place was empty but very clean. Drive thru was packed. The Baconator is my favorite!
We went through the drive thru the wind was extremely terrible so it was a little difficult for them to hear us., With that hindering them our order was 100% correct. The gentleman at the window was spectacular. Very professional.. we asked for ranch and bbq sauce they were out of ranch but he handled it very well.
Well, I had a late night craving so I rolled into the Wendy's at exit 501 Terrell. It's after midnight about 50 mins until close I was greeted by the Manager Mrs. Melissa, she was awesome and friendly made suggestions that saved me a buck or two. Long story short I have become accustomed to Wendy's burgers being rushed and not cooked well. This experience was far from that me and my wife were pleased with our sandwiches, they were fresh and the cheese was melted and the veggies were fresh. Thanks Mrs. Melissa and the closing crew!!! Kudos 👏
I walked in to order 1st off I went to the restroom, it's the cleanest bathroom I've seen in a restaurant in a long time. Go to order and the cashier had a smiling face was super friendly, and helpful. My food was made quickly, I couldn't even get my drink filled before they had it complete. Go to sit down and their lobby was so clean, I actually got to pick where I wanted to sit and not have to look for a clean table. Got to say one of my best fast food restaurants in Terrell. I don't know who the manager is, tho they have turned this store around. I'm glad I get to enjoy Wendy's again. Thank you to the GM for making this possible. I asked the cashier the name of the GM and I was told Jason. So thank you Jason for turning this restaurant in a place I can enjoy coming in and sitting to eat my food. Because it hasn't always been this clean

Absolutely the cleanest and nicest Wendy's I've ever been in. Kudos to the management team and all of the workers. Great job! My wife and I ordered 2 combo meals and both were made to perfection! That is really hard to find, these days. If we ever pass through this area again, we WILL stop here. I can't believe this place doesn't have a straight 5 star review. Maybe they have improved. Thanks for excellent service!!

We were greeted by Saxton, a very polite young man. The food was good & prepared to our order, & service was quick. Atmosphere was good, dining area & bathrooms were very clean. Kudos to all the staff for a very busy Mother’s Day, & knocking those orders out with care. Great crew! Their moms would be proud!
The place was super clean, the crew seemed focused and were very polite. The cashier Travis needs a raise, he quickly and politely answered my questions. They crew had my food ready before I could fill my cup and everything was fresh and prepared well. Hands down the best experience I've had at a Wendy's, I will be back.
Sat in drive thru 10 mins 1 car at the window 1 at the speaker and 1 in front of me no reason to be that slow go inside take 8 mins to get service was not greeted very poor customer service I received my frosty and they are over flown and melted all down the side. No kind of Thank you, Come back. It's not the first time this has happen
Nice, peaceful place right now. The atmosphere has a great positive vibe. Music is playing softly and the quality of their food is on point. Their fries are well salted and not overly salted. I am well pleased with my baconator. The burger is placed together in an appropriate manner and was not sloppy. I am well pleased to recommend this place to anyone.
The food was good except for the fries they were cold , so I suggest asking for fresh fries , they forgot one burger but caught us before we drove off so suggest checking order before leaving window , people were nice tho seemed pretty clean

It's a very new building or recently renovated, extremely clean and the service was FAST. The food was fresh, hot, and made correctly. They had quite a line, but as I said, they moved quick. Even the drive through was moving well. Everything tasted good and we had no complaints, which was a refreshing change, lol
I haven't eatin at Wendy's in years, but I say the Dave's Double I had was pretty good. Hot & Juicy, with thick beef patties. The only thing I would say that needs a little improving are the Fries. I asked for Fresh Fries because Fries right out of the fryer is the best way to enjoy a cheeseburger. The Fries were Hot, but I don't think they were right out of the fryer. But All & All......this Wendy's Location was Good. One more thing.........I like how all the employees smiled at Me. That always makes ME feel good, even when I'm having a not-so-good day.

For a fast food service company Wendy's is pretty decent. Nothing extraordinary or out of the way. Fabulous! But they generally try to get your order done right, they have a good attitude, the facility is super clean and well kept at all times when I've been there.
It's fast food so you know what to expect. However, I ordered ahead through the app picked it up through the drive thru and everything was correct.
We stopped at Wendy’s traveling and met Texas’s Friendliest cashier Tasha is a keeper. We haven’t been to Wendy’s in such a long time and she helped us with our food order and a discount. We actually stopped back by this Wendy’s on our way home. Tasha was too bad. You need more of her. Jen
Food was good. Service was awful. They were more interested in there friends then helping customers. Place was clean.
First time being in this Wendy's since the remodeling and it was very nice. The strawberry 🍓 drink was delicious 😋 along with the son of a baconnator. My husband had the bigger one and they were both good a little dissatisfied in the fries but other than that great service compared to how busy they were and shorthanded.
Majority of the food tasted great, and the service was very good. I tried the new Snickerdoodle Cookie Frosty Fusion and was not impressed.
This is a good Wendy’s location. The service was very fast and efficient. Employees were courteous and professional in the drive-thru. The restaurant and bathrooms were clean. The Dave’s double is always a great go-to. The classic crispy chicken sandwich was ok as it lacked flavor. The $5 biggie bag is a great deal!!

Staff nice. But things are not stocked. Catsup and even ice cream I in frosty machine(both understandable). However, I had a chicken sandwich. I observed a hair on it, but I did not complain about it. Lol. I took it off and kept eating. However the chicken on my chicken sandwich was pretty old kind of dry already, and I remember eating at Wendy's where I lived back when they had to buy one get one free chicken sandwiches and those chicken sandwiches were plump and juicy sometimes they were so juicy you had wonder if they were done all the all the way. Not these! These sandwiches were done and then some. Then sometime passed and they served it to me. Again, I just didn't complain, I'm in a hurry most times. I don't like to be that customer. However, it is embedded into my brain bwhen I pay too much for subpar food.
I went yesterday and after I sat in the drive thru ordering 6 biggie bags I got to window and they told me I wasn't allowed to order 6 biggie bags at the drive thru only inside bc I had people behind me that also wanted to eat tonight. When I did get my food almost everything was cold and they wouldn't correct it They have totally lost me at this point.
We’ve been to this location several times and have always received mediocre quality food and lackluster service. Our visit today was more of the same. We only ordered a few things, the personnel got our order correct and were prompt in serving us, but the food we recieved today left a lot to be desired. Of course, I’m sure I could have returned the food and gotten the issue corrected, but we went through the drive through because we were in a hurry. The word “Quality” was posted promenantly all over the building. It showed up everywhere but in their product today. 😞
So the food was absolutely pretty good, the prices have gone up considerably since the last time I was around or I guess I should say order from Wendy's. don't know if I believe it was worth the food or the drive to go get it,.... cost of it all. Customer service was awesome though they were very patient
I recently visited this location on April 8th and 10th around 7pm on both days, while traveling to and from Louisiana. The food was really good both times. My only complaint is the staff, while friendly enough that were either inexperienced or not well trained. With both visits I ordered through the app to speed up the process or so I thought. During the first visit the staff member did not know how to properly use the Freestyle drink machine and could not find the drink I ordered so I settled for a different drink but received the wrong size drink (value size instead of a small). The second visit prompted this review. When I arrived the drive though was pack so I decided to go inside and give my wife a chance to stretch. After entering and approaching the counter, several minutes passed by before any of the staff acknowledged my presence then several more minutes before Ulysses came to the register and ask for my order. Initially he and another staff member could not find my order. At this point I had been at the counter for around 5 minutes, no big deal at this point knowing that they were busy with the drive though. My problem is that it was about another 20 minutes before I received my food from the second staff member. By this time I was pretty deterred with having to wait about 25 minutes for a burger fries and a drink. I told the guy who handed me my food “Thank you but this would be my last time stopping at this location”. I understand being busy but neglecting a customer and waiting 25 minutes for fast food is totally unacceptable!!!
Customer service not bad, but service could be better. Like the food is trash. I seen the lady fry thr fries again. Luckily I was extremely hungry. This location not bad but could improve with less laziness.
I got to the Wendy's about 10:30 am. Ordered meal with unsweetened tea. I was a few miles down the road when I took a drink from my tea and it tasted Awful and I thought maybe it's just me so I took another drink no it tastes like cleaner it was the most horrible thing. As the morning went on my stomach has been upset and I continue to keep from vomiting. I asked what cleaner they use and the DM tells me it's just a dawn like cleaner. No it's not it didn't smell like dawn. I had my daughter smell it and she said that is awful what is that I said some type of cleaner they don't seem to be very concerned. I don't believe anyone who drank the unsweet tea thought it was fine.
We ordered two of the same things & they only had enough for one. They said it would be 2 hours before the other one was done. We didn't have that much time to kill. We lived one hour away & we had to get back home to go to work. The service was great & the atmosphere was good.
Stopped in for a salad couldnt believe a salad that they premade ready in 30 secs cost the same as a meal with fries and a drink. Will be going somewhere else for a lunch salad from now on.
I was not much impressed with my visit yesterday to this location. Be advised that as I approached the counter to order, I noticed that the woman who was working the drive-thru window had her pinky finger in the corner of her mouth. I was so taken aback to see this that I immediately mentioned to the man taking my order that the lady had her finger in her mouth and that that was not good. As I gave my order she continued to have her finger in the corner of her mouth 3/4 more times, prior to stocking the condiment containers. As to my order, I saw signs on the wall there that the food was prepared fresh, yet my burger appeared on the counter in about 1 minutes time, which means that it was not prepared fresh. The burger patty was only warm, not hot. I also ordered a chocolate Frosty, which was somewhat melted on the top. Perhaps the frosty machine needs to be set to a colder temperature. I don't think I would return to this location.
Went here on our way home from a mini vacation and went to the drive through. No one in line behind us and we ordered and low and behold there was something missing. We mentioned it to the attendant and she sure did seem LIKE SHE SURE DIDN'T want to be there and fix it. She ended up fixing it but it would've been easier IF she originally did her job and gave us a receipt. But hey what can I say maybe in MEXICO they don't hand out receipts. I wished these restaurants would start vetting their employees rather than hire anyone who has lips and eyes. I won't complain TOO MUCH they screwed up and we got someone else's nuggets and fries, but hey, THAT'S ON YOU! Wendy's you can do better!
We come to this Wendy's all the time and usually everything is good. Today I am pretty disappointed with our experience. I ordered 2 of the new $5 Biggie bags which are supposed to come with Bacon Double Stacks, ours came with NO bacon! What is the point in getting a bacon burger with no bacon? Pretty upsetting to get home and open our burgers and there be no bacon on them and we don't live close enough to make it worth driving back.
This location is not what it used to be.. you have your B team.. no wait C team working tonight... 12/6/22. Rude drive thru girl, missing pickles.. come on now! I was looking forward to those pickles lol.. but seriously.. the roster needs an update over there... Dave would not be happy.
Everyone was tired and wore out. Said they were really short staffed. About 11pm on Saturday night. Usually in the daytime the food is fast and hot. The chicken nuggets were hot but the burger fries and chicken on the salad were not. Next time hopefully it will be better.
This is a nice new clean store inside and out. Unfortunately the food was cold and stale. They asked me if my "order was for here or to go?" I said, "for here." Before I could put my change in my pocket my order was ready and packaged in a bag to go. I don't think that I'm asking too much to be heard and to get hot fresh food. The 2 stars was completely due to fantastic cleanliness.
Stopped at the Terrell location thinking it might be better than the one closer to home. Nope! They got our order wrong and then insisted that they gave us the correct order after we asked them to check. Pulled up to check the food and it was, in fact, incorrect. Which is why we double checked to make sure they rang us up for the correct order. They also forgot to give us straws. When we went in to ask them to fix the order, they questioned us and asked if we were sure the order was wrong. ....we ordered two of the same sandwich. They didn’t even both have the same sauce. Yes, we are sure. On the bright side, our fries were well seasoned and I’m sure the food was piping hot when it first came out.
Went through the drive through sat there with no response pulled to the window. Lady was extremely rude and because we didn’t have the menu in front of anymore it took a second to tell her plus switching from breakfast to lunch. Extremely uncalled for her to say “oh my god” when we trying to give her the order! No utensils or ketchup in the bag! Won’t go back just because of the bad attitude from the lady I’m the drive through
I ordered online. When I went to pick up my order, one of my burgers was wrong, fries and chicken nuggets were cold, dipping sauces were not in the bags, and drinks were wrong.
First the person on the intercom was polite and pleasant but when I got to the window the young lady doesn't understand the concept of customer service. Then I pulled into a parking spot to eat my burger and the bun has some kind of coating on the top (I assume to keep it fresh longer) but as you bite down you can feel the bun snap. Also the cheese was old and rubbery. These fast food restaurants are out of control with their fake food
So sad Catherine at drive through very rude..no one else in drive through. I always check my order before I drive away. You got to. She rudely said you need to pull up .. Then I ask at time receiving food if I could get 2 cups ice water. Them as telling me I have to pull up she's on a timer.. Scolded me that she isn't too let me add to my order at the window. When have me water as scolded me I just said no problem. I won't be back So unnecessary.. Just had to share She needs some customer service skills and kindness . Again there was not a line behind. Come on
This Wendy's was completely empty when we walked in and everything seems new. Which makes it disappointing that the staff seems so sloppy. Nothing was majorly wrong just a lot of little things. When we ordered the cashier kept getting confused and wasnt sure what was on the menu, basic stuff like what flavors of ice cream they had. The front soda machine was out of everything but diet coke and vitamin water, we had to ask for drinks from the drive through fountain. The tables were grimy and needed cleaning, our fries were clearly old and my frosty had ice cream dripping all down the side. Over all a disappointing experience.
This is the worst restaurant on this side of town. The burgers are cold as if they took the buns out of the freezer. They can never get you order right. If you don't want to be disappointed with your food choose another restaurant because this is the worst i have eaten at. The is located at 155 snd the loop 323, Tyler,Tx. I've talked to the manager and she seem to not care. Pass them by, if you don't want to be disappointed.
This place has gone downhill. The drive through takes forever! The fries were cold, my burger was so dry. Our order wasn’t even correct. Next time I’ll go to McDonald’s.
I would give no starts if I could. The orders were messed up, took long time to bring out. on one drink was not full, the other drink had more on the outside the in the drink. When told the employee he did not care.when called manager and told about what happen all I got was an ok. Nothing happen. the only good was warm.
Absolutely the worst Wendy's experience ever. Someone deleted my order off the screen before making it. Then still messed it up while I watched them make it! Took 45 minutes to finally have a complete and correct order. So much for fast food...
It's a parent that all the Wendy's that I have picked up for customer orders have poor service. I was at Wendy's waiting 10 minutes after the time that the order was supposed to be ready therefore I was late to the second order I had to go pick up and there was absolutely no apology. I would not recommend Wendy's considering their record their track record
Stopped at this location on our way home from Canton. Took over 25 minutes to get our order. Checked it to make sure we got everything. We were missing 1 burger. Finally got our complete order and got back on the road. We asked for no cheese on the entire order. There was cheese on all the burgers. Will think twice about stopping at the location again.
The restroom was in a terrible mess. The handicapped stall was flooded. The toilet seat was soaking wet and all they did was put up a wet floor sign. The second stall had an out of order sign on it. The first stall is so dark you couldn’t see and there was no toilet paper in it. There was water splashed all over the floor around the sink and hand dryer. The tables were all dirty. The hamburger and fries were good and hot but the chocolate Frosty wasn’t frozen. Someone had spilled a cold drink in the floor but it wasn’t mopped up and there were two wet floor signs in front of it. The store wasn’t busy and there were plenty of workers present. Definitely not a good visit.
I tried going around 7:05am ⏰️ on my way home from work because it says they are open but they don't open until 7:30am. I went to the drive through with no response, then I tried going inside but the doors were locked so I called and the African American woman who answered the phone had a absolute HORRIBLE ATTITUDE when she answered. I politely asked what time do the open and she told me 7:30 and instantly hung up on me before I could inform her that the hours on Google and on their doors 🚪 are wrong so they could possible get them changed. I have gone 3 or 4 times in around 7am before and the last time I called 📞 Absolute horrible customer service. This sucks because I LOVE ❤️ the baconator 🥓 breakfast 🍔
12/28/23 11pm. Tried to refuse taking a order because their finger print scanner wouldn't work. When I said I'd wait, it started to magically work. Was out of stock of mostly everything I wanted. Don't say your open late then can't take orders.
Stay away from this place if you go inside I'm the morning. They ignore you, the manager was rude , she want even look at you after a one second please. Never again, if you go here remember to use the drive through only.
I paid for old food. Notice how no response or help to anyone who had issues? That's how they handle there kitchen. Find a good Wendy's, skip this one
We waited 30 minutes never got our food. The lady making the food kept playing on her phone with the food safety gloves on never changing them. And we have yet to receive a refund. Horrible place. Don't even waste your time stopping. Go to Whataburger!!!!!
I don’t usually complain but despite being rushed through the drive through and the employees just on their phone, the food was cold and old I’m assuming. I had the chicken wrap and the was super hard to eat. May husband had the $6 biggie bag. Same thing old and stale. The chocolate frosty was delicious

My most recent experience at this location was bad. The store was a mess, it was like one one carried to clean it up so someone wouldn't get hurt. That wasn't the case, besides that the guy making fries was always touching or picking his nose. To me that's very disgusting, and not only that the window attendant was also touching the fries in the tray where fries get salted. Then the manager that night was told about the guy picking his nose, she told him to wash his hands, then she proceeded to touch a garbage can then without washing she touched the fries gave me and my brother the tainted fries. We will never return to that location ever again.
Horrible!!! Didnt even get to order.stayed in the drivethru for awhile and then went inside . The lady in drive thru running thru the reastraunt to find someone to take my order. The lady making food was on her phone and never acknowledged me. Another guy i guess was ready to get everything clean in back to go home. So we left. My kids begged for chicken nuggets so i got back in the drive-thru and the lady said im sorry we are not taking orders right now, that there system just went down . I knew it was a lie. This was night time . I have been during the day and food and service is great . But the service was just horrible tonight. And didn't even get to eat the food.
Won't eat here, food procedures aren't followed. Bad produce consistently on the make table. Area manager tonya has literally ran off so much help that this store isn't even the same place to eat no more. You can always tell if a location is poorly ran when you got a different general manager every month here. Food quality is not there recipe at this location. Suggest going to greenville (Same owner) but ran substantially better. Food is top notch.
Late night manager was very rude. I can hear her speaking terribly to the staff about work hours and spoke to us with the same respect, none. We aren’t from the area but save your money and spend it elsewhere.
I have had several poor experiences with this particular Wendy's in Terrell Texas however it is the only one in the town. Today the staff was incompetent and overcharged my card for food that I did not order. The manager was rude and and told me to get out of her line because I was running up the time and that she would bring me my card outside if I pulled off and waited. I asked for a full refund and still was only given half of my money back and had to ask again for full reimbursement. This is hands down the worst Wendy's I have ever been to and to be honest I love Wendy's especially their breakfast however I will not be going to this one again until they make some major changes in customer service.
I’m at the register and the man is in the middle of taking my order. A lady walks up the counter and needed help so he stops dead in the middle of servicing me to help her. It’s other people behind the counter front counter person shouldn’t have to do everything to where they feel they need to disrespect one customer to please another . Whoever is bagging the orders for drive thru needs to be more aware of front counter needs as well!
Why Is It When I Attempt To Order Cookies Here Its Always We Don’t Have Any, But When I Go To McDonald’s I Never Hear That.. If McDonald’s Are Out, They Make MORE Cookies! YOU NEVER HEAR WE ARE OUT! Instead They Make The Cookies!!
Pretty sure they were high because they couldn't even figure out that my order was wrong while staring at the receipt and the sandwich. *Just got the same sandwich again and it was wrong for the second time in a row.... and they just handed me the wrong sandwich again saying they fixed it. Seriously...it's not that hard to make a sandwich.
We ordered two #2 one plan the other the way it comes. They never put it as plan on the receipt and we didn't get a plain burger. So one of us couldn't eat the burger. We had already left and made it half way to kaufman when we realized and it was to late to turn around. They need to start reading back the orders and making sure it all correct before having them pull around. This is ridiculous
It's late and before I get into this, let me say I have rarely had a good experience with the night crew. Anyway. I told them I'd be leaving a review and I plan on calling corporate but here is the shindig. We feed seven. We have worked outside all day, don't feel like cooking. So we split the food costs between two payers when we go out, so two separate orders. I tell them I have two orders. They say we can't do that. I'm super confused, I seriously thought this chick was joking at first. No, seriously they can't. We have to go back around if we want two orders. Okay, not so bad except every time you go through there at night, you always have to pull forward and wait ten to fifteen minutes for your food, which means whoever gets the first orders food will be cold when we get home. So I tell her, how is this so hard? I Give you one order, you total it out then I give you the second, just as if two separate cars are ordering. Then you tell me the total for one, I give you card. Then you tell me the total for the other, I give you another card. She says people scam them that way and it's managers discretion if she wants to do it and she doesn't. I'm like...how stupid are the cashier's not to be able to read what the machine says and accept payment? Now I didn't say that, my husband said that as we waited past the window, for our first order. . We finally get it. I said let's go back around. He said no we aren't going back. So we took the first order home and promptly headed to Jack in the Box. It wouldn't be so bad but she was unwilling to really give an explanation other than it's a scam. She was rude, condescending, and scoffed when I told her I was leaving a bad review and then said really? Yes really. You don't deserve to be manager of anywhere with those lack of customer service skills, inability to explain and deescalate the situation and complete high horse attitude. You literally lack every skill in our interactions that would qualify you to even be a door greeter. Hi corporate, you guys suck at choosing employees to hire for the night shift. 80% I wouldn't look twice at for hiring for my company.
don't even try coming if it's past 7pm, it seems like they can't have any competent workers before they close because they consistently take 25 minutes for the simplest orders. it's actually impressive how every time you order they make you pull forward, sometimes when you order online to try to curb the wait time you still end up waiting 10 to 15 minutes which defeats the purpose of ordering online If you're feeling hungry after 7pm just go anywhere else, you'll get better and faster food service
By the reviews I’m surprised how my experience went down today. Came through the drive-through at about 11:35ish today. First time I pulled up nobody said anything I said hello still nothing so I drove around and pulled up to the window saw there were two ladies right there standing there talking so I pulled back around and saw another car pulled up. I was like OK they must be getting help so I decided to wait. I had a baby with me I did not want to have to get out in the cold..I did get my order taken, and when I pulled up to receive the order The girl making the drinks from in the drive-through just looks so mean and miserable. I was assisted by the other girl with color in her hair and she was very polite and pleasant, but I feel bad for her. You could tell something was off. It always takes one person to ruin the shift and whoever the girl is that was making the drinks in drive through today, girl you were that person and to top it off I ordered a large meal you gave me a small drink.Do better.😒
I went through the drive through and wanted a bacon double stack biggie bag. The lady taking my order didn't understand, so I just continued with the order. I got my food and still got the wrong food. They gave me a regular cheese burger and no receipt.
Bought some chili the worst I have ever had and crackers were old do not recommend this place.
Horrible. The lady at the drive thru was absolutely miserable and rude. I said thank you when she dropped my change in my hand and on the ground and she slammed the window in my face without saying a word. They gave me regular coke when I asked for coke zero. I'm not supposed to have sugar so this could have messed me up had I not known the taste difference between the two. The bag had grease ALL over it which let's me know the kitchen is filthy. I asked for mayo on my bunless burger so I'm not just eating meat and lettuce and in the pictures is the mayo they gave me 🙃 a dab on one corner of the burger. Wouldn't come back.
Visited here while driving through this town yesterday. The young woman taking our order was so rude. She kept interrupting us and wouldn’t answer questions about what came on the burgers we wanted. She would just ignore the questions! So we just ordered stuff we’ve had before. Our order was completely wrong. We asked for no onions and for mustard instead of Mayo on two burgers. Those burgers BOTH came with HEAVY Mayo and onion. The food was apparently thrown into the bag because our nuggets and fries were spilled all over the bottom of the bag out of the containers when we received our food. Posting a pic of the horrible fries we received in the one container that hadn’t fallen over. You can see they are dry, and there’s hardly any in there at all. No straws, and no sauces for our nuggets even though we requested bbq. We didn’t even get a receipt. We will NOT return.
I love Wendy's food but I will never, never, never return to this particular Wendy's. First the restaurant was a disaster! The floors were nasty, almost all of the tables were dirty and needed to be wiped down, there was, what appeared to be, a bottle of pee in the restroom, the restroom was extremely messy and you couldn't dry your hands. When we went to order our food, I wanted to ask a question first. I just needed to know if they had plain honey. There was 3 people at the front counter but we had to wait for 6 minutes while all 3 of them flirted, giggled, and joked with customers that already had their food. They were eating their food and having a good time while we waited to order. Then I asked about the plain honey. I was told that they had plain honey. So I ordered chicken nuggets, I only eat them if I can dip them in honey. The rest of my family ordered and we sat down to wait for our food to be ready and them to call my husband's name. Once the food was ready, we sat down and every meal was incorrect and they didn't have plain honey, they only had "hot honey". My husband had to return to the counter 3 different times. We were given the wrong size drink, then the wrong drink, the wrong type of burger, the wrong size fries, one meal never got their fries, and they didn't have honey so I didn't eat the nuggets. Never again! Don't stop, in fact run the other way and stop at another restaurant.
