I eat here almost everyday for lunch it's delicious cheap and calorie conscious. They are very fast and open about what their product consists of.
Great food. Didn't take long. Small language barrier, but friendly service.
We were in town, so we stopped by to get a late lunch. I had the honey almond shrimp, and she had the rice and beef with veggies. We ate there, it was cooked perfectly and it was hot and delicious. Staff was great.
I've been here numerous times, and the food is always good. Decent portion sizes, and always somewhat friendly. In and out either in the drive thru or going in. Prices are about the same as buying a meal at any other place. Unsure why others are having an issue with this place. It's good food.

Told them it was my first time they ask did I want sample any thing I got a plate with steamed rice beef and broccoli 🥦 and orange chicken small drink $13.00 food was hot and fresh so far the best Chinese food in Texarkana area. Wish they had pepper Steak.

Courteous staff and clean tables. Outside is safe and easy to navigate. Loved this Panda Express and their quick service.

The food was good even though not considered an original type Chinese Restaurant. The young lady that placed our order was very sweet even after the customer in front of us was being rude.
I think the food at this restaurant is delicious. They usually give me sizeable portions of the entree and the drive-thru is fast. Their meals do not include a drink.....considering you have to buy this separately, this restaurant is not always a good value.
It's Panda. I love the bowls because they are filling and not overpriced. Usually, I get the chow mein and orange chicken, but today they had a spicy orange chicken. I tried that and it's good. The spicy heat wasn't overwhelming, and added a little bit of kick to the chicken.

On par with the other Panda Expresses I have been to. Tastes the same too. I had the white rice plate with orange chicken and teriyaki chicken, cheese rangoon, and a large drink. It all came out under $15 which is pretty cheap for the amount of food and the size of a large here. The staff were very polite

The lo mein was dry. I asked for beef and broccoli and received almost no beef. Very disappointed with the food overall. Knowing that it is a bag and pour type of meal. Just need to keep it fresh. It wasn't late either. I went at 7pm.
Huge fan of pandas and after moving back to Texarkana from Las Vegas was excited to see a Pandas. Pretty slow service by comparison. My biggest nag is I always get the same thing for years so I’m very aware of how the broccoli and beef is served. It had this weird gravy like thickness and that I was not a fan of. Overall it’s not terrible but it’s not the best pandas I’ve been to. I’d like to see some improvements!
Food is okay. Sometimes especially at night it tastes like it's been there awhile. Noodles and rice were hard last time. Customer service is definitely lacking in some employees and they get mad when you ask for sauce and give you 1 pack most of the time.
The orange chicken is good but there are way too many small fried batter pieces mixed in. You know little pieces of batter that didn't cover chicken but sold as chicken. The cook knows better but it's a lazy habbit not being managed by the manager. I had a large a-la-carte orange chicken and probably 1/3 was fried batter pieces. At $11.20 + tax I won't be back until problems like this are fixed !
How this Panda Express has 4-5 star reviews, I'll never know. I've been here 4 times and 3 out of those 4, my food has been sad. Edible, but sad. The Orange Chicken and Beef and Broccoli have been gross in texture in the past, sometimes insanely soggy. Right now, I'm eating very, very dry and VERY undercooked Chow Mein. I glanced at the noodles and immediately knew something was off. Veggie Rolls have also always been gross. I've been to other PE's, THIS ISN'T NORMAL!! Really sad..
Ordered online. Arrived after 10 minutes and was told the white rice would take another 13 minutes. I waited approximately 15 minutes only to be told they overcooked the rice and was offered a choice of another side and said they could also add a little extra food to my order. Extra food isn't a consolidation if I'm not going to eat it. I asked for a refund since I couldn't get what I ordered, which took another 10 minutes. The email confirming the refund listed the reason as "unsatisfied customer". My experience here has never been great, but never bad enough that I wouldn't come back. Now I'm thinking otherwise since "unsatisfied customer" makes it sound like I did something wrong.
What a mess, very unorganized. The pick up was a disaster. Management needs to figure a different strategy for the drive up. What a Nightmare! We did enjoy the food, my opinion though, the chow neon needed more flavor. Orange Chicken, Sesame’ Chicken, and the Broccoli was very good.
Was so happy Panda Express was coming to town, but now am very disappointed. The chicken egg roll was flavorless and over cooked. The Orange chicken was hard little nuggets and cold. The walnut shrimp and fried rice were ok, but again not a lot of flavor. Staff was friendly and got my food very quickly.
Over-Promised Under-delivered The woman told me that the cheese rangoons were going to be only 5 mins. If that was the case how did I end up waiting 30 mins.? She came to my window while coming out to head somebody else their food and asked what I had, I told her she went back inside came back out and said sorry they forgot about you. I can grab you an extra order of them(that was nice) but once I started eating them they had no taste at all not exaggerating! I was highly disappointed in the service and food. The only reason I’m giving them two stars is because she gave me an extra order for the wait and the order of teriyaki chicken was what I was excepting it to be. Bottom line: if they say it’ll only be xx mins. Don’t trust them.

He got a shrimp entree without paying the $1.50 upcharged and received TWO egg rolls without any additional cost. I ordered the plate with two entrees and white rice. I was told anything with shrimp was an extra $1.50. I asked about an egg roll or wonton but received nothing. I have the receipts to show this.
Placed an online order. When I walked in, no one was behind the counter to tell them I had an order. So I got my food off the shelf, soon as I turned around some black woman sitting in the lobby on a lab top gone say. Can you confirm the order! If someone was behind the counter to tell I had an order, it would have been confirmed. The lobby and drink station was dirty.

tried to go through the drive through 3/19 @ 2:40 and the cashier refused to split ( take two differnt orders) so that me and the other person could pay separately. I run a business and it would have been easy to take two different cards and take my money. we went to another location for food. we spend a lot of money here please make the employees understand the customers can go anywhere else to eat we dont have to eat there and in turn hurts the business and in turn hurts them when its time to ask for a raise. I will be back i just think it could have been handled better. also there was no one behind me i was the only customer in the drive through. Thanks
If I could give ZERO stars, I would. I made an online order at 8:01pm. My pickup time was 8:25pm. I arrived on time and patiently waited as I watch 6 other meals made and purchased in front of me, no telling how many out the drive thru, and 4 door dash orders go out that arrived AFTER I DID. A couple girls kinda checked on me but with no results. One girl handed me the drinks (which were probably made at 8:05pm) and they were already watered down and the cup were weak. She offered more drinks but I'm more concerned about the food. I finally got a manager 'Dionte' and I asked him... Why do an online order just to wait for over 45 minutes to get my food? Why online order when hitting the drive thru would of been faster? "Skip the line and order online!" Yea right! Only if you want to eat last!
I placed an online order first time doing it there usually I’m a drive thru person. I came in I wasn’t greeted or anything. I asked the worker about my order and she asked my name and walked off never came back. There was two other workers sitting down. I guess on break not sure. I stood there about 15 minutes before anyone addressed me about my order. The app said go to the counter to pick up order and I followed that order. All it took was a simple Hi how May I help you when I walked in. The food was great but I felt like they didn’t appreciate my business. As a business owner myself. I would never treat my customers that way. I will definitely stick to drive thru. Not friendly or attentive inside never experienced that via drive thru.
Pulled up at 8:10 to order takeout. What I wanted had to be cooked 10 min wait right. Well @ 15 minutes later here comes an employee to tell me and 3 other cars we have to wait an additional 10-12 minutes due to them forgetting to drop chicken to cook even though teriyaki chicken is there most popular dish. If I wasn't buying this food for my kids I would have gotten a refund and left hungry. Poor business judgement. No even a drink was offered for the wait. I'll be contacting management. May not ever come back
I went in to get 3 entrees and 2 sides. My 3 entrees were Walnut Shrimp. I told the server I will wait until another batch comes out and she informed me it had just come out 5 min ago. I proceeded with my order. For my sides I chose greens. The greens were placed in the biggest part of the plate while the shrimp were placed in the two pockets. I told the server I would like my whole entrée in the biggest part of the plate. She told me in a very matter-of-factly kind of way (the customer paying for my food) that it was against the "rules". I spoke with a manager who doubled down on it being against the "rules". Instead they used a plate plus a small container to package my entrée- which seems like a waste of packing products. The point is as a paying customer who specifically requested my food be packaged a certain way --I was denied. I thought me spending my money warrant that a request for how I want "my food" packed would be honored. My rule when going to Panda Express is that I like to add rice to my entrée and didn't want to separate the rice into three different areas. ( However my rule wasn't honored). Will not return. Simple.
My wife and I went there on our date night last night. One of the things she ordered was the walnut shrimp and I ordered the peppered beef and the mushroom chicken. The food tasted okay but it's the after results that were the problem. Let's just say that Panda EXPRESS is the appropriate name for the restaurant. The food expressed itself right through both of our bodies. Let's just say it left for a lousy date night. We won't be back. But if you like playing Russian roulette with your gut, giddy up 😳💩
The food portions seem to have gotten smaller in the last 10 days. I ordered something from here through DoorDash and it was about half the food or was a week and a half ago.
My sister & I tried it today for the first time and lets just say its not good at all. We ordered the Walnut Shrimp, Beef & Broccoli, Pepper Steak, Ragoons & spring rolls. First off the price ridiculous for the amount your getting. My sister had fried rice with hers, it was mushy & very little veggies. I was supposed to have chow mein noodles, more like the hard dry noodles that dont go quiet down in to the water in the bowl when you make ramen noodles. They were tasteless and cold, entire meal was cold period. The steak tasted bland, but tender. The Spring rolls were nice and crispy on outside, but mush on the inside. And the ragoons were disgusting, inside was no taste but a sour tang. Definitely want go back. We should've gotten a Buckees or something else there. Dont recommend at all.....
While we really enjoy eating here, our food took 28mn to get our food. This was during lunch time when we only have an hour and I still had to drive home. The last two weeks prior we ate inside after church. They ran out of kung pow and they said they would make some more and it would take 8mn. They made three other dishes and it was 36mn before they dropped it and 45mn before we got our food. Plus both times when we finally did get our food it was barely warm.
I am writing this to warn anyone eating at this location. I found a metal nail inside my food today. This is a massive health and safety violation that could have led to a serious emergency. When I brought this to the attention of the manager, he completely failed to handle the situation professionally. He refused to issue a refund and would only offer a replacement plate—as if I would want to eat more food from a kitchen where metal hardware is falling into the entrees. I have documented the evidence and am reporting this store to the Texarkana-Bowie County Health Department immediately. I strongly recommend avoiding this location until they can guarantee their equipment isn't falling apart into the food they serve. Absolutely unacceptable and dangerous.

I went to pick up a mobile order for my brother and was told to pull up to the window, the lady there was extremely rude and tried to tell me to let them know at the speaker next time (Even though I did) then she comes back and said they don’t have an order for that name, can you call him. So I did and she left for like 5mins and finally came back and I tried to tell her it was the same name, and she cut me off and said, “yea well we don’t have that” then asked me to come inside. After coming inside and showing her she took my phone from me and went behind the counter staring at it, then finally she gave me the order and didn’t say a word.

On 01/09/2026, I ordered dinner for my family. The total was around $50.00. We did not check the food. We drove 12 minutes home, to find our two orders of veggie/spring rolls not in the bag. We called and the reason for the 1 star is we were told by the manager that she packed it and she knows it was in there. I spent alot of money on other things just to say 4 or 6 dollars worth of spring rolls were not in the bag. My kids love them. The manager gave an attitude on the phone, and when offering too replace them which we drove back with receipt in hand, she slammed the drive thru window on my wife's face. Very unprofessional!
