My husband and I had lunch today and it was excellent! Our waitress Ruthie was very good and the Manager Tommy kept checking on us. Very kind people! We got the mushrooms as an appetizer and they were so yummy! We ordered the sailors platter and when she brought it out, we thought it was the dinner portion! The salad was cold and fresh and so good! So much food. I was thinking lunch portions should be smaller, but that’s ok, at least we have a lot left over! The rolls were perfect as well! I’m stuffed! Great experience! I can’t wait to go back!!

This place is well worth your time. We do not go here often but the food has always been exactly what we ordered with no mistakes and it is always fresh. The atmosphere is nice and the staff are very helpful at helping you figure out what to order. The bartenders are very good at their job. The drinks are not light but they are not to heavy or strang either. If you are in the texarkana area stop by you will not be disappointed.

Took the family here for dinner on Fathers Day. Everything was fantastic! My daughter and I had the surf and turf, the steak was cooked perfect and those mashed potatoes never disappoint! We also had some snow crab legs, lobster tail, and shrimp…. All of which was so delicious. Our waitress, Patricia, did an excellent job taking care of us! She came and checked on us regularly, made sure our drinks were always full, and even accommodated to us wanting to be seated outside (we were the only ones to be seated out there because of the hotter weather, but we preferred it and very much appreciated it). So to Patricia, thank you for a wonderful experience and keep doing your thing girl!

Great! To sum it up on one word: Great! I am 74 and have eaten at several Red Lobster restaurants over the years... this is the best yet. The food was superb. The waiter was far above average and went out of his way to ensure our food was perfect. As we were departing, a member of staff spoke with us a few minutes. It was more than a nice farewell or comment about the weather. He spoke to us on a personal level and made us feel appreciated. This was my first time eating here and I was very impressed as was the rest of my party. It made for a perfect Easter lunch/dinner following worship services. Three of our party of four ordered the seafood plate consisting of lobster, a generous serving of grilled salmon and grilled shrimp. I ordered crispy Brussel sprouts as a side and they were FANTASTIC. While the prices were pushing my wallet limit, the food, service, and atmosphere were well worth it and deserving of the tip provided. One more thing worth mentioning is that my entire party is normally very critical of our food.

Eric was our server tonight and he was INCREDIBLE!!!! When we first got there, it was still pretty early for a “dinner rush” but picked up SO quickly and I don’t think the dinner rush staff had arrived quite yet- but Eric was SO quickly in getting our drinks and biscuits to us. We came specifically for the “viral boils” and holy cow they were INCREDIBLE and such a good value. We will absolutely be back to see Eric!!!

Honestly the best seafood we have had in years!! We had the lobsterfest shrimp pasta and chocolate wave! Our server was Kory he hands down one of best servers we have had! The manger Courtney came by as well which is the cherry on top!

The food was very good, but I’m leaving a review because the GM, Tommy Pond, went above and beyond to help me track down a receipt that I had lost. It took quite a bit of work on his part, and he didn’t have to do that, but he was incredibly accommodating, helpful, and kind. I will be returning to this location for sure

I know, Red Lobster is Red Lobster, but the food and service (Donna) were five star. Lunch was excellent; fried flounder, baked potato and side salad. My compliments to the cook for sure.

Went out with my wife to have the endless shrimp special. I had the linguine and shrimp, the new vinegar and salt fried shrimp, and the garlic scampi shrimp. The wife had Walt's fried shrimp, the garlic shrimp skewer, and the garlic shrimp scampi. All of it was delicious. Jake was attentive to our needs and was great. The restaurant was clean and didn't smell fishy like some of the ones I have been to.

This location had over the top customer service, the food presentation was great and very fresh. The restaurant was very clean and presentable.

First of all our waiter Wes was beyond nice and helpful. People should take notes on his customer care. We came in there to destroy the all you can eat and destroy we did. Wes kept the shrimp flowing and our waistlines growing and you can’t ask for more than that. There was even a little mixup with our order and instead of making excuses Wes owned up to the error and made it right as quick as he could. That kind of integrity is rare these days.

Great place to visit. It was our first time trying a lobster. The prep was good and the the staff helped us select a good starting dish. I had heard a lot about this place before but never got to try. I’d recommend this strongly.

Eric took such good care of us! We had our favorite appetizers: fried mozzarella and stuffed mushrooms that were hot and delicious. Then we had our favorite shrimp dishes that were generous portions. Cheers! Turned a corner!! We’ve came here maybe once a year because we love the food but it’s always been a two plus hour wait and terrible service. We tried again and TOTALLY shocked. Amazing food, Jim was an outstanding waiter and we barely touched our margs by the time our food came. This is exceeded our expectations! Update!!! Mid January 2026... I had to first of all adress how impressed w/ the incredible service I recieved from the head bartender/ waiter and who literally was running the entire restraunt. Mr. Eric K was my server and from the welcoming greeting to the amazing attention to unspoken detail. This gentleman had everything running smoothly and didn't miss a beat w/ anyone or anything. He is someone to definitely hold on to and promote to the highest position available. Absolutely phenomenal worker and individual in general. Would like to see him and his talents used in a more managerial/ trainer role or restraunt owner. Mahalo nui loa (Thank you so much) Eric for literally going above and beyond during my entire dining experience and visit with not just me but the entire working staff and tables of guests/ customers. I look forward to my future visits and will personally ask for you if your available. Mid July 2025 I was so excited to see the Red Lobster here in TXK is still here and open for business. It is awesome to hear that Red Lobster was able to come out of bankruptcy. 🤗 Hopefully my city I reside in will consider opening another Red Lobster. I miss dinning at my local one that was unfortunately one of the locations chosen to close. My go-to and favorite menu item is the lunch deal among a couple other items, fun adult cocktails such as berry mangorita/ flavored margarita or bahama-mama or pinacolada. To appetizers like the fried calamari, the crab rangoon stuffed shrimp, crispy dragon shrimp, stuffed mushrooms to just name a few from the top of my head. My favorite classic dishes to include the ultimate feast, the parrot isle jumbo coconut shrimp served w/ pina colada sauce for dipping, or the bar harbor lobster bake w/ the noodles served on the side (but not all the time) etc. and some of the yummy sides available. But my all time go-to lunch is the unlimited soup, salad and cheddar bay biscuits. Unfortunately, the soy ginger sauce they topped their soy-ginger salmon w/ was replaced with a thicker teriyaki type of sauce. With that said the original soy-ginger sauce was my choice of dressing and no longer offered. I have to say I prefer the soy ginger sauce becauze the texture wasn't so thick and syrupy and the flavor was very pleasant. The new sauce is a similar consistency to molasses and the flavor just isn't where it use to be. Hopefully in the future they will bring back that sauce along w/ the ahi poke' appetizer that disappeared around covid. Let's all manifest it and put it out in the universe. Other than that I look forward to returning to this restraunt whenever in the area. Red Lobster is so delicious. I got the ultimate feast. My favorite entre item is the shrimp scampi. I chose the lobster tail and crab legs and the shrimp scampi and grilled shrimp as my four entre choices. It may sound like a lot but it’s really not. lol For my 2 sides I chose a loaded baked potato and broccoli. I also started out with stuffed mushrooms as an appetizer and then got strawberry cheesecake as a dessert to go!! Yep I don’t always eat like this but I treated myself to a solo date. It was awesome! My meal was great and my sever was very attentive. I had cc a great time practicing some selfcare and treating myself to a meal that I was long overdue for! The cheddar biscuits were perfectly fluffy and warm!!

It’s been a while since eating here, but with all the changes, decided to give it a try. I like all of the changes and improvements the corporation is doing. However, the reason I am giving this visit 4 and not 5 stars is because the restaurant air seemed to be messed up and it was VERY warm. Also, the bathrooms were even hotter. Not really a pleasant experience when you come in the July, Texas heat and the AC is not working properly. Also, my water had a piece of shellfish in it. Which the server did apologize and get me a new one. Overall, I liked the visit and am really enjoying the updates the new CEO is making!

The seafood was very flavorful and surprisingly the steak was okay too (considering it wasn’t their specialty). However, the wait was long and they forgot one of our sides. It was overall an average experience.

They aren't the restaurant they used to be. Drinks were good, but my food was just okay. There seemed to be more focus on getting closed than getting things right. We did come in about an hour and a half before closing, so I understand somewhat, but you still have to be focused on quality, too. They gave us one round of drinks, and the server said that the bartender said last call. I had to requester the cheddar bay biscuits, and the server put them in instead of the kitchen staff. She did not seem to mind. They missed my side completely, but it was ok because I got full. Server again to the rescue. She took that off our bill as I had an upgraded side. They did make up for it as they made one too many entrees and told us we could just have it. Just becoming kind of a lackluster restaurant overall. I used to really enjoy that place a lot.

The food has always been on the dry and overcooked side like the other gentleman mentioned. And also they can’t get the order right. I had ordered online the Sesame salmon soy bowl, and upon checking when I got home, there was no edamame in sight at all anywhere. How hard is it to accurately prepare an order with everything included like it should be? Also the Brussel sprouts were again dry and overcooked. Not fresh at all and tasted bitter. They even looked black not because of the soy sauce, but rather more like it’s burnt. The outer shell of the Brussel sprouts literally chewed like dry leafs. Service though is great, even though I had to wait 10 extra minutes after the order should’ve been ready, the lady that answered the phone and brought out the food was very friendly and had a good attitude. But this got to be the worst red lobster I’ve experienced. I’ve just never encountered any food quality issue as well as accuracy at any other RL location. I’m so glad I’ve only ordered simpler dishes at this location because I usually get the Bar Harbor lobster bake at other locations. Definitely NOT spending $40 here! Would not recommend!

Table was dirty when sat. Server tonio was amazing. Biscuits were overcooked. My shrimp orzo bowl was old looking. The rice was old and hard. My margarita flight was too sweet and literally no tequila. Manager voluntarily came over and didn’t even offer to remake anything just slapped a little military discount without asking what he could do to fix it.

I thought things would be different from six months ago, but clearly I was mistaken. I ordered To-Go again from this location and selected curbside. I was dissapointed the first time from when I had to go inside to collect my order. I went to the take out stand and told them I was there for pickup, a nice looking waiter said he would check on it and left me stranded their for a good 5 minutes before another waitress, who just clocked in, asked me if I needed any help, before he conviently cam back with my order. I should've thought harder about that though because I picked up my order 15 minutes after its estimated time, and yet I still had to wait. Food was cold by the time I reached home, Sorely dissapointed and will REALLY NOT BE BACK ANYMORE, unless I would love some cold, old and lackluster seafood!

Worst food and service I have ever had at Red Lobster. Previous experience was just as bad. I'm done with Red Lobster. Sauce on the pasta tasted as if it came out of a jar with tons of garlic added to it. Biscuits flat but under baked. Service was very slow and it was not busy. Wait for our food was at least 40 minutes.

Waited 2 hours and our food literally never came. Paid for 2 drink and calamari appetizer that took 30 minutes to get and it was $25 and didn’t even get our main food no discount or nothing. Waitress said she told 2 managers but no one ever came and talked to us. Pitiful.
