The Stained Page Texarkana Reviews
I absolutely love this coffee shop! They go above and beyond to offer a great variety, including healthy bakery options and treats for those who are dairy-free or gluten-free. Their seasonal drinks are always incredible, and their regular syrups are just as good — plus, I really appreciate the sugar-free options. The atmosphere is so cozy that you just want to settle in and spend the whole day here. The owners are always kind, welcoming, and ready to help if you’re not sure what to order. Definitely recommend anyone who hasn’t gone to give them a try!
We are not local to Texarkana and i’m so glad I found this place! The owners were very nice and the coffee was 10/10! I ordered a vanilla latte with oat milk & dairy free cold foam 🤤 and a dairy free, gluten free blueberry muffin. It was so good and definitely homemade which is the best!
PROs: Great location. Off street parking. Indoor seating with a couple of seatings outside. Friendly service. Well loved area. Local author's books are represented here. The place also facilitates a gift shop of items and used books. The coffee and pastries were good. CONs: Nothing displeasing. I believe the cafe is approximately 3 years old, although I visit Texarkana almost every year, I'm baffled that it took me this long to finally visit The Stained Page. Nonetheless, I did visit and I enjoyed it.
Such a cute coffee shop! Atmosphere takes you back in time and lifts your spirit. I ordered a white chocolate frappe and it was 10/10 best one I’ve ever had! They have sugar free and dairy free options. Definitely will be going back. Size small is still a generous serving. Staff is very friendly!
This is my second time here. I really enjoy the atmosphere! You're first greeted by a little bell then you smell the coffee and see the books. It's definitely a cute and aethetic find. The coffee is delicious and they have sweet treats, teas, Italian sodas, etc. as well as sandwiches and even lemonade! You can sit and read, play a board game, I even see a little karoke machine that's probably used for the weekends I'm sure! It's very family oriented. You could have a meeting, come in to watch a DVD, or just come in and sit on the comfortable couches.
This place is a must visit! Kind of wishes we had one in my town the coffee is delicious and the environment is so cozy it was rainy so I didn’t want to leave they got all type of books and comfortable chairs and a good variety of flavors of coffee and frappes!!
We stopped in from Fargo ND to support a local coffee shop and weren’t disappointed. The owners were so sweet and kind. The coffee was tasty. The shop itself was decorated. We will definitely be back next time we visit home. The scone was so good as well! Thank y’all
This place is so unique and such an awesome addition to our downtown area! The food and coffee tastes like it’s made with love and the owners are very kind. 💗
This is an awesome coffee shop / book store. Owner Don is very nice. Support local business! A short trip off the interstate past 🌟 bucks is worth the better coffee, food and friendly owners
This is a great place to get some food, drinks, relax with a good book or with some friends. They are very friendly and the environment is relaxing. It's located downtown, near the Perot Theatre. They also sell books by local authors. They host live music as part of Downtown Live! on the 2nd Friday evening of each month.
This is such a cute coffee shop! My family and I were traveling from Dallas to Arkansas and wanted a pit stop for coffee and this place did not disappoint! The owners Don & Lisa are so friendly and sweet and it was the perfect place to stretch our legs and relax. Clean bathrooms are a plus, too!

Amazing little café. It is one to go to. Staff super friendly, nice atmosphere. And they have gluten free options. You can sit and work, watch a little movie on the couch, read a book. Very welcoming.
We only ordered a couple drinks, but the space is super cozy and there are a ton of books if you get curious. The owners seem very friendly as they had no issue with a random person just walking in to peruse the books without ordering anything. I can tell you in most big cities they would have turned that person away really quick. Had a great experience, really chill place if you want to get some work done.
When our whole town was out of power we were looking for a place to use WiFi for home school, and by the grace of God we stumbled across this jewel of a place. From the cozy atmosphere, the kind people, the amazing coffee to what my son says was the best breakfast sandwich he’s ever eaten, everything was a 10/10. Lots of books, even some from local authors line the shelves just waiting to be enjoyed. Definitely worth the visit and we will definitely be back.
Very nice place. The owners are nice and friendly. They have a variety of coffees, teas, and pastries. It's a very relaxed atmosphere with plenty of comfortable seating for talking with friends, or reading one of their many books available. I highly recommend it to spend time with a book or your friends.
Such a lovely little spot to drink coffee and read. Their used book selection is small but I still managed to leave with 10 of them, all very reasonably priced. Wish I didn't live an hour away. I'd probably go every day.
Stopped here passing through on a road trip and needed a place to work! This is such a little gem in Texarkana. The owners are absolute sweethearts and they make their own vanilla syrup in house! It’s honestly the best I’ve ever had. The inside is also a used book store. It had such cozy vibes!
Get off the highway for this cafe!! The coffee was excellent, the baked goods delicious, the atmosphere super cozy, and the service was so friendly!! Plus, Texarkana has this vibe like you’ve stepped back 100 years!! We loved walking around and looking at the old architecture and styling. We actually wished we had more time to sit in this cafe and walk the streets. I hope they bring this downtown back to its former glory; it had that rare feeling of taking a time machine to the early 20th century!!

What a welcome I received when I asked if I could “hang out” for a bit while waiting for my vehicle to be serviced. I enjoyed a great tasting breakfast sandwich with a delicious cup of hot coffee. The service was genuinely warm and friendly. I will be returning for sure. I recommend anyone in the area looking for a quiet place, to enjoy a relaxing drink and snack here. You will love it as much as I did!
Tons of gluten-free options here, which I appreciated. The vegan + GF chocolate muffin was solid, and my husband enjoyed the chicken-salad croissant. Matcha + London fog were not bad, just nothing memorable.
Loved this place! Me and my mom were passing through Texarkana and I wanted a Matcha Latte with strawberry. It didn’t really taste that great, so I ended up going to a Dunkin Donuts nearby. However, I ordered a chicken salad sandwich and it was DELICIOUS!!!!! The atmosphere is so cozy with Christian music playing to keep you warm. Everyone was so kind and worked so quickly, I could look past the drink. Thank you for the lovely experience!
