Its dominos, inexpensive pizza. It's normally ready for pickup in about 20 -30 mins after ordering. I don't think I have had a wrong order from this location. In store there is normally prompt service with a friendly team member. Ordinarily a decent experience.

We ordered online. Got to the shop and they said they couldn't find the order on their computers. It was over a half hour before they got to me. By what they charged, they had to have had the online order because the total was the online deal member price including a donation to St Jude. Given a 3 Only bc they were short staffed. Very. Still, a professional place wouldn't accept orders they can't keep up with timely or at least give extended wait time instructions on the app.

Typically have good delivery service as well as hot and fresh pizza. Not today. Tracker showed pizza done at 6:03pm, text stated driver leaving at 6:23pm, then arrived in my neighborhood at 6:29pm, but did not deliver pizza until 6:48pm. Called the store to speak with manager and she stated he had wrong order and had to go back so I didn't get wrong order. Umh...then you should have re-made my pizza that has been sitting there for 40 minutes. Horrible service!

At 8pm, this location was advising that orders would take 3 hours. I ordered 30 minutes in advance online. Thanks to an excellent employee (perhaps a manager) when I showed to pick up my pizza, he advanced my order so that it only took 1-1/2 hours. Everyone inside (maybe 8 employees) was hustling - no slackers - but it was evident that this location wasn't able to handle the orders they were getting.

I place my order at 10:34 I was to receive my order no later than 11:05 I did not get my order to 11:55 but in the meantime in between time my delivery time change three times I didn't call the store and was told no one showed up so who approved my order to be made if nobody showed up if anything my order should have been on hold until someone arrived then to wait all that time and get a cold not well done pizza

This location is garbage, no paper plates , Parmesan cheese packets, red pepper flakes packets or even napkins ! Also witnessed an employee sneezing on the toppings. Nasty location.

Ordered my pizza for delivery from dominos with an estimated delivery of about 20-25 min. Awesome, right. So order was placed at 728pm. 2 med pizzas, cookie brownie, and garlic bread bites. At 742 it was in quality review status according to the pizza tracker. Around 750 I checked just to see how far my my delivery was so I could be ready to meet them in the lobby. Still showing under quality review. At 815p my husband was getting a bit hangry so I checked again to see the status. And what do you know no status change. So I called the store directly just to be hung up on. Called 2 more times sitting in home for over 3.5min each time to have NO ONE ever pick up the phone. After my in 3rd call the tracker showed my driver leaving and in the way. That was about 828pm. I received my order 4 min later (THAT'S RIGHT I AM ONLY LOCATED 4 MIN DOWN THE TO STREET FROM THE LOCATION I ORDERED FROM) once received my think crust pizza was cold and oddly soggy, other pizza cold and moist, cookie brownie dried out and what appeared to be burned, and cold hard garlic bread bites. I didn't even get an opportunity to to call the store to complain, I had an email, in my inbox from dominos staying they dropped ball and offered me 50% off a regular priced menu item or 60 points?! WAIT ARE YOU SERIOUS?! You basically knew before I even knew that my order was ducked off and you are offering me to WHAT?! I spent $30 on food we couldn't even eat. NOT ACCEPTABLE! I mean you didn't just drop the ball... You dropped it, went to pick it up and decided forget it, kicked it out of the way and then said how's 50%. When it comes to pizza delivery I ONLY EVER GO DOMINOS. I may rethink next time and say domi NOS.

Worst people no answer phone 15min on hold then try tell me no specials at all in store only on app when recording been listening to for 15 minutes has been telling me to ask them about the special $6.99 mix and match plus I order from other Domino's all the time with no problem these people this store are just lazy do not want to do the job don't want to answer the phone and don't want to take your order! I called like a hour ago. No answer. boss lady have her ear phone on both ears. Forgot boss ladys always thinks there above the rules . And no will say something to them.. and my order was sitting there already 15 minutes. No one was answering there phone calls. I need something done .

So I made a order online which before paying, I saw it was going to take 30min for full delivery. No issue what so ever with that…..2 hours later I get a notification that the order is canceled. I attempted to call the store multiple times during this order but after 15+ minutes of not speaking to anyone, I hung up. That’s messed up that this place will just ghost you and decide after such a long time that they aren’t gonna get to you. Maybe suggest a look into how the store is being operated? 🤷🏻‍♂️

As you can see in the photo, pizza arrived in horrible condition. This just made matters worse considering we waited close to 2hrs for the pizza to arrive. So however it ended up this way it wasn’t from the driver rushing that’s for sure. Dominos has always been my go to but after several bad experiences from this location I will not be wasting my money on them again.

I ordered at 7:30 p. Two pizzas a bread a sweet bread and a salad. Got my order at 9:10pm. Opened the pizza and they didn't take the time to even cut it right. It looked like it had been sitting there for an hour. Which it was. No sauce, and everything tasted old. Will not be ordering from this pizza hut again. 50 hard earned dollars down the drain.
