The place. It's newly remodeled. It lacks attention. The day I went, it was empty. Just me and one other diner. They neglect the customer's attention to detail. The flavor could be better. The dishes lacked a bit of presentation. The excellent thing was the horchata water, very delicious. It could be better.

The Sunday buffet is excellent, but they don't respect the opening hours; the food isn't ready and we have to wait. The hosts, Vicente and Jorge, are very attentive and helpful; they do their job very well. They need a children's menu and more variety of desserts. A good place for a family Sunday.

My dish was tasty, although several of the people I was with commented on the opposite. The problem was how long it took to serve us, and it seemed like they had run out of supplies because they kept saying things like, "We don't have this, we don't have that," or "We only have a little of this left, we can exchange it for something else." The waiters were attentive, but because of the other issues, I don't think I'll be back.

The meat had very tough parts and lacked flavor. The refried beans were dry and salty. The mashed potatoes were already sour. When I told the waiter, he told the kitchen staff, and a woman yelled from inside, and nothing else was said about it. The only redeeming feature was the lemonades. In addition, the staff pointed out that I had taken the wallet the waiter had lost in the restaurant's bathroom.

The last time I went, the service was very poor. It indicated that they had a card terminal, but when it was time to pay, they told me the terminal wasn't working. So, when I ordered a single pizza, it looked like it had been taken out of the freezer and put in the microwave (very watery). I hope they've improved their service.

El tiempo de espera es mucho, la sopa estuvo fría, mala organización porque no te llevan lo que ordenaste

El servicio es pésimo, esperamos más de una hora por un chile en nogada. Y la calidad de la atención deja mucho que desear.

Honestly, their quality has gone down considerably. The arrachera was poor quality compared to the price. The chalupas were terrible—hard and cold. The chile nogada was passable, and the service was very good. I used to recommend it, but as of today, September 3, 2017, I don't. Now I understand why it's empty. It's nothing like when Mr. Carlos Espejel was there. Good night.

The wait was far too long and the food quality was very poor, especially the coffee. I think the bread they brought us was several days old. The place desperately needs remodeling; everything is very old and poorly maintained.

The only good thing about the place is its menu, its prices are too high for what they offer, the seasoning is acceptable, the service and cleanliness of the place leaves much to be desired.

They have very bad service. On Monday, I went to have breakfast. Everything was cold and tasteless. The lady at the register looked very bad. To this day, I do not recommend it at all, compared to the previous owner.
