There are 3 types of consommé, 1 barbacoa which is not the classic of the Republic, it is a broth with barbacoa but reddish in color, very good for the cross, the chickpea which is the most similar to the cdmx but they add meat with a lot of fat, anyway it is very tasty, and the pancita which is a very good option, highly recommend the mixiote over other dishes, 3 consommés, 1 mixiote, 1 taco, 2 beers 600 pesos mx,
