Dutch Brothers in The Colony is a first stop before walking my dog Henry. For about a year and a half, Henry and I have enjoyed the upbeat atmosphere and the dazzling customer service! I typically enjoy the large hopscotch protein latte, cold pour, half sweet, sugar free, without the drizzle. It’s the perfect drink for me and the portion lasts almost all day. It’s a little more pricy at $9.69, but absolutely worth it!!! Everyone deserves a honorable mention! Alexis, Cassidy, Mekalah, Issola, Mona, Ethan, McKenna, Ellie, Alyssa. These Broistas were the ones that I could remember off the top of my head, but there are more. You know who you are! DUTCH LOVE, Heather & Henry

I’ve been a regular at this shop pretty much every day since it’s been opened. The staff never ceases to be so kind, welcoming, and fun. I always know I’ll have the best start to my day with them. Especially if Mona, Alexis, Ellie, Mickayla, Cassidy, or Kendall are there. Some of my favorite people I’ve had the blessing to meet.

Me and some family went and hit Dutch Bros while hanging out in The Colony at around 10:30, 30 minutes before close and Gavin took our order at the window. Amazing service, and you now have a daily customer! Truly did a great job representing all my favorite parts of Dutch Bros :)

If you're having a bad day, stop by an scoop up some coffee at this location. I swear the staff will turn your mood around. Full of energy and optimism and happiness. Jackie, Cassidy and Kendall. Thank you for putting a smile on my face. 😁🙏 We need more people like yall in this world. 🌍

Pulled up for a coffee, left with emotional support and a personality upgrade. Drinks were fire, but the real highlight was Shortking Raul behind the counter absolutely RUNNING the place. Man may be vertically challenged, but the confidence? Sky high. Coffee was perfect, vibes were loud, and Raul had jokes like he owns Dutch Bros. If he makes your drink, just know it’s gonna slap. 10/10 would let Shortking Raul fuel my caffeine addiction again. 👑☕️

Going up to dutch bros, the broista Raul greeted me while walking back up from assisting an old lady cross the street. broistas Alyssa and Melissa made my very dietary restrictice drinks PERFECTLY and I've never gotten it correct at differeny shops. Gavin made sure to know my whole weeks schedule coming up while I waited at the window (and that I had straws) before leaving. They are found family to me, I miss them already.

This is my local, and favorite, DB. The line always moves fast, and the Golden Eagle is probably the best coffee I've ever had! I won't go anywhere else for my coffee, period!

I’ve been coming to Dutch Bros for a while, and I’ve always enjoyed the coffee , service is fast and they always get my order right. But recently, someone there has really stood out. He’s a super funny guy and always creative with the moment. One time there were bees around and he joked that he was a beekeeper—I was cracking up. I really enjoy grabbing my coffee and talking to him because I know I’ll get a quick laugh in. I haven’t had the chance to get his real name, but he calls himself “Short King,”.Truly a whole new experience!

Good drinks per usual for Dutch Bros. Got the Christmas blended candy cane mocha. Lots of crushed peppermint candies on top. And my usual Golden Eagle but iced this time. Yummy and the female employee made them quickly too. She was nice & friendly. Just the location’s not the best. By a gas station & busy noisy street. doesn’t quite go with a Christmas drink.

Normally rate this place 5 out of 5, so when they mess up, it’s noticeable. I ordered a cold brew with sweet cream today. They gave me a cup so full of ice I couldn’t get the straw through to the bottom of the cup. There was half the amount of liquid in the drink compared to normal, largely due to the sheer amount of ice in the cup. It felt like they were almost out of cold brew and just filled the cup up with ice to hide it. If you’re almost out of something, let me know and I’ll ask for something else! I don’t wanna pay $8 with tip for ice.

I normally love coming here, so this was a real letdown. Hoping this was just an off day, because I’d hate for the quality to keep slipping!

Edit: I'm not sure what is happening at this location.. the service isn't the same anymore. The last couple of times I visited, my drinks were made incorrectly and I even have had to go back because I was given the completely wrong drink. This is the closest location to me, and used to be my favorite.. so it's unfortunate that this has been happening. I'm hoping they figure it out and return to their amazing customer service, and quality! Drinks are 10/10! The Cookie Butter is by far my favorite drink! The line is pretty long/slow in the mornings, so just keep that in mind!

Sadly, I will never be returning to this location, And recommend that you do not as well, if you want to go to a good Dutch Bros go to the one off Lebanon in Frisco. Everyone that the colony location needs to retake flow tests this is disgraceful.. Both times I’ve come to this location the staff has been rude (particularly the blonde girl that took might order) as well as do not make your drink properly. Don’t spring for anything extra because they will charge you and still not include it in your drink. DO NOT PURCHASE ANY BLENDED DRINK HERE it’s a waste of your money you will just get ice chunks. So much for my $11 drink I had to throw away. Will only ever go to Lebanon.

Then tells me you’re supposed to tell me before that you want the lids covered. I told her when someone asks for a drink carrier it’s pretty common sense to put the lid covers on it and she said I’m sorry you feel that way.
