No surprise with the food. Good service, can tell the manager there cares. A good solid Taco Bell outlet.
Come on its Taco Bell! What's not to love? The only advice I would offer is to please don't skimp out on crisping the chicken chalupa shell. The last two times I went in the drive-through my breading that holds the chicken supreme goodness (I now have a love for) was not crispy on the outside or browned. It looked like the shell was taken out of the packaging microwaved for 10 secs and stuffed. It was No Bueno. Twice now you have done that to me. They are not cheap for the 2 chicken chalupa supremes or the #6. However, the taco was excellent and the staff is always friendly. BTW, it is only this taco bell that does that. The other Tacos Bells around here do crisp the shell. I know go to a different Taco Bell, right? Is that what your thinking? Hey, when I am hungry for the chicken chalupa supreme I want the closest one! Lol That's my two cents take it for what it's worth.
Come here weekly and always have a big order, they always make sure to give me all my items. Best location here in The Colony.
Best Taco Bell I have eaten at in over a decade best location by far. Cashier was courteous and respectful tacos were full and all fixings were fresh. Will definitely stop here everytime I am working in the Colony!!
hi taco bell on main i love you guys so much the taco bell yall just lovingly prepared me was genuinely the freshest most best taco bell ive ever eaten im not even exaggerating. ive been to many taco bells throughout the country and even some in canada but today was the best experience ever. the nacho fries? warm and crispy. the tacos, packed with ingredients but packed with care so not a lot of cheese would fall out. u guys made my day i am so happy right now thanks u guys love yall
Taco Bell is generally hit or miss but even a miss is pretty good on the Taco Bell spectrum...Just saying. But this last visit was exceptional, the tortillas fresh, customer service on point (hats off to the Friday night staff from last week) and the beans were not dry, they were, dare I say, MOIST!

We had the most friendly and honest drive through service ever. We wanted an ice tea and the guy told us the tea expired so he can't sell it to us. Appreciate that they served us 5 min before the closing time with excellent attitude and big smiles.

The lady today working the drive through needs a raise. Big time. She's handling the front and drive through with one cook and the craziest thing is this is the ONLY Taco Bell in the area that serves breakfast. They're promoting breakfast on commercials non-stop but none are actually open to serve it but this one. I'm satisfied, warm food and great service.
The Cravings Box is a good value* with the variety of items from their menu. (* Was a great value before the prices went up). The food is appetizing, filling and satisfying. Even better, they are open late at night for those midnight cravings.

Well, where do I start. The hard shell tacos were better than I remembered. I was never a big fan of this chain but I was pleasantly surprised, some how these tacos had a pleasant taste. They forgot my nachos but I double checked my bag before I left. They gave me 10 chips in a small bag and thimble size container of cheese...lol That was a joke!! Everyone inside was extremely polite and well-mannered. I would call them the Mcdonalds of tex mex.
Now! First of all im not the fast food type, however my siblings are. This taco bell had great customer service, exchanged a few jokes in the drive thru and although it's..... "fast".. food. It was hot and ready, the staff was nice and I'd recommend this taco bell to my peers.
I'm a huge taco Bell fan. But this location send to be going downhill. They're not hiring well. They get orders incorrect and very sloppy. When you tell them you're missing something, they challenge you like you're an idiot. I'm gonna start driving to the one on Paige Rd instead.
Open late, friendly and fast. My only thing that gets me is its a toss up if my food comes with tomatoes and I have to pull apart my crunch wrap and take them out as I dislike them. **update** again I had to remove the tomatoes from my crunch wrap. Do you know what this does to the structure of the cmcrunch wrap?! Its all I ordered, it was on the screen. It this preps that keep messing this up. I'm really unhappy about this.
I've tried again and again to be a regular because I loove Taco Bell and it's down the street from where I work but I just can't seem to get consistent results. I was going every day for a while but decided to visit other fast food places for a month instead, I was really craving some burritos so my last visit was redemption time and they failed. I always get 2 Frito burritos, a Dr pepper and Diablo sauce through the drive thru, nothing special but I usually got the wrong sauce or I only get 1 packet (which I understand, if the screen said 1 and I didn't ask for extra I'll get 1). It also feels like I'm being rushed through every time, I understand the window times need to be low but I'd like to feel like a person instead of a number on a screen. The Frito burritos are always hot and taste good and there has never been an issue with the food quality other than that but it's a bummer I don't think I like this location. On this particular visit I was charged for 3 burritos instead of 2 and was given fire sauce instead of Diablo despite being asked "any sauce?" and Diablo being on the recipt so I don't feel like coming back again.
I’m sorry to post a three star review because the woman who is usually at the window is so nice. However, this is my third negative experience. No straw with the drink, no utensils, missing sauce, diluted Baja Blast (almost clear). I don’t think I’ll take another chance at this location.
I enjoy this Taco Bell due to the quick service and friendly smile. One specific guy I called the Diablo man always makes me smile. He is genuine, unique and hard working. He always thanks me for coming and offers me a good day. That means something in today's times. I suggest using app to order ahead.
Quick late-night stop. Service was cool, but the food felt rushed. Crunchwrap was halfway right and the fries were cold. I still got what I paid for, but the quality didn’t match the vibe. Stingy with there sauce. Order 25 bucks worth of food. Get 4 sauce packets. Food is always put together sloppy. Stuck to wrappers. They use giant tortillas on the skinny box burritos so it taste like nothing but empty tortilla. The Dude who works the Drive through is awesome. But food is hit or miss.
I have ordered from this location 3 times. Each time it took over 20 min to get my food. The last time they did not even give me the correct order. If you are in a rush and/or care what you get, for what you paid for, do not go to this location.
It has been years since I ate at Taco Bell. The last ones I ate at were both filthy. My wife and I ate at the Main Street, The Colony, TX location today and though the Restaurant was clean, the food was Taco Bell Food. I have never in my life seen a staff that could care less whether you were there are not. There was only one other person in the Restaurant as it was about 1:30pm. There was a lady mopping the floor of the kitchen, that I do not believe understands the English Language or she was good at faking it. The little lady that was taking the drive through orders was doing food preparation and handling money, with no gloves. We stood at the counter for a good five minutes before, the lady working the drive through offered to take our order. She took it, then went and made it. When we were leaving my wife went to refill her tea and the lady that did not understand English tried to stop her and told her it was not allowed. WTH? We will not be back. I never liked Taco Bell that much anyway.
They messed up the entire order. We received the wrong one. There was only 3 people working on a Saturday night. Is that really how many people you schedule? I know it's just taco bell. Only giving 2 stars because I feel bad for the people working. Even though they gave me the wrong order.
Closest one so keep trying to go here. I order in the app ahead of time, and they repeatedly cannot find my order, mark it complete on their end, and tell me I have to contact the website to get a refund. I use other locations too and don't have these issues. Two stars, because at least the place is kept clean.
I don't even think I have any pictures of the food. I was so disgusted. It literally wasn't warm, they got the order wrong and this was not the first or second time visiting this particular location and then getting the order wrong. Didn't give any napkins or sauces and the food didn't even taste good. I was so frustrated that I even spent my money yet again, but it's close to where I live and we had just come from the hospital. I wish I could say that this was a one-time fluke, but unfortunately third time was not the charm. And the customer service was not the greatest. So hopefully they'll get it together. 🤷🏽♀️😔
Closed an hour or more before closing, or "unable to serve food" half of the time I go. Night staff is rude. Food quality is what is to be expected from Taco Bell, but expect a coin flip to be had over whether your order will be correct. Really wish more places were open at nights, or that the time advertised is actually accurate.
30 min drive through wait time. It was unreal. They didn't even care. The Pepsi was out which they said, so was the Sierra mist. The food was pretty good which is why it got a 1 star bump. Normally this is a good Taco Bell, just this time was not very good. Oh and my wife found a hair in her nacho fries after all of that. A simple sorry for the wait goes a long way to customers.
This is the second time I have gone through the drive thru and no one answers the speaker to take my order. Will be finding other places to eat from now on
really sad that they hire a man that is constantly drunk on the job. he has to be drinking as he is working. he smells like he has been at a bar all night. i come here at least once a week. the workers are amazing but the night manager on weekends is always drunk and its a hit or miss with how rude he is. even when us customers say thank you he wont even reply back.

Someone needs to step in and find out what the malfunction of the messed up orders is. Could it possibly be the lost manager that sounds like a 16 year old boy barried in his phone who clearly, after our attempted conversation, has no idea what is going on there? My order is constantly messed up. Im going to have to go a head and boycott taco bell on paige and 121. After going through the drive through 3 times in one night, my family and I are done. I will also tell my friends and post this on facebook.
This was the worst experience asst a fatty food place ever by far! Ordered a double chalupaand it had almost no meat in it. Ordered two other regular chalupa and the tortilla was so hard, I couldn't eat them at all. My daughter got a Frito burrito and it had no Fritos in it at all. On top of that, when we called to speak to a manager the woman on the phone said "So? What you expect, this a Taco Bell?" Then they laughed at my husband. We will never return there. To say the least.
This location is terrible The mess it up EVERY TIME They can never get the order right They can hire my grandchildren under the age of 10 and I bet they can get customers orders correctly!! Very rude young man at the window, I had previously purchased a 30.00 gift card, used it once for 7.00. This purchase would not work. Youg man said he swiped it twice and it didn't work, I needed to pay cash. I said it had money on it and he said we'll I don't know how to do it. I asked for a phone number, he said he did not know. Very sad. The young man needs to learn customer service and the ways of taco bell.
does this place even have management??? The guy that works at night needs a wake up call. After paying for our food, they left out a few items. THEY ASKED US TO WAIT IN LINE A SECOND TIME TO GET THE FOOD WE ALREADY PAID FOR. He goes “I didn’t ask for all these cars to come through”. OK?? And I didn’t ask for you to not give me food I PAID FOR. He needs to be fired. Even better, just shut this whole place down.
Whole order was wrong and what they did give us was watered down soda that didn't even fizz and tacos that you could tell had been sitting out for a LONG time. The bottoms of the tacos were so soggy that they completely fell apart and the top shell was stale. Quite possibly the worst fast food I've ever had in my life.
They weren't allowing anyone to order any food. Not through the drive thru or inside. It's 5:49pm!! I asked why and the lady couldn't tell me because she didn't speak English. She was also eating behind the counter where food is prepared! Gross!!
Drive thru. Placed order. Received order they asked if I wanted a receipt. Thinking all is good I said no thank you. Got home and my order was wrong n COLD!! Called and spoke to a female and she suggested I come back. I said With this virus I’m not trying to be out there and all she can say is sorry for the inconvenience. Terrible service! Usually eat at this one in The Colony because it was better but this was the worst visit ever. The self kiosk wasn’t working because the WiFi was down according to an employee, then we ordered the naked chicken chulpa which was on the kiosk and up on the signs behind the register to be told that it was not on the menu any more. My LARGE freeze drink ( that you have to pay $1 more and there are no refills even if your dining in)is the size of maybe a medium but more like a small soda. Other mistakes and bad tasting foods, then employees in the back on cell phones while tables had trash and were no wiped off. Taco Bell will not be winning the future restaurant wars.
Waited in the drive thru for 15 minutes. Then I read the reviews, they like to make you sit in the drive thru while ignoring you. I got lucky and backed out before I let them actually make me something to eat.
After waiting in line for 10 minutes this morning, someone finally offers there services. Mind you, the store says open at 9am. After I repeat my order to the man, he says nothing. I then begin to pull up to the second window where no one was even around. After sitting outside for 15 additional minutes, with no worker in sight. I pull off. The man who had originally took my order, then, came outside, saying they were closed. I am now 30 minutes late to work because of the “worker” who is on the clock but not doing his job! This was a major waste of time!
These dudes left the mic on the drive thru and said we really ordered 6 gordita crunches. Are you kidding me???? Is it that hard? Do they really have a problem? Its taco bell....they pay you to do this, you agreed. It's insane how rude people can be, it's 12:40 midnight. Usually would grab breakfast from time to time here. Today @845AM no one answered on speaker so I pulled thru and I am sure saw me but turned their back walking out of sight. For good measure, I gave them benefit of the doubt went back thru, and again they would not answer speaker. Pulled up again, same as before. I would rarely go here but that will be my last time. Whomever owns this loses $ daily on their employees.
I just went through the drive thru with my brother, and we ordered two hashbrown toasted burritos. Mine with bacon, his with sausage. The cashier couldn't get our order right, so we went to the window. The lady there was rude and gave my brother attitude. She also had loud music on her phone, so my brother and the lady had to yell to hear each other. It was a very annoying experience. We went to Braums.
Idk what happened to this store recently. Giving me wrong order. Hot sauce bucket was empty. People work there seems untrained. Never seen that many customers waiting too long to get their foods in-store.
I've never been able to eat here. The last time I went they said they were closed several hours early for no reason. Today we went, there were only two cars ahead of us and they said it would take 30-45 minutes. Even if there was one person working there, it should not take that long. Never coming back, I'll go a little farther to the taco bell on plano parkway next time.
This location forgot two items we ordered and did not add any of our add-ons that we paid extra for. When asked for the items we didn't have, they threw in something completely different from what we ordered. This is the second time this has happened to us.
Second time I have ate here in a month. Both times, the guys at the drive through were cool enough. good attitudes. The food quality is poor at best. The food was slapped together and hardly any meat on the taco's. The burritos in the meal were so mushy and filled with at least twice as much sauce as needed that I almost threw up. It seems that Taco Bell as a whole is getting worse andf worse. Do yourself a favor and go to a different taco place like Taco Casa or something.
I've been ordering food here for about 2 years now every time I go I have to beg and pled for sauce literally. The food I order needs about three sauces per item. Theres about 6 items an order that's about 18 sauce packets. That's the bare minimum because otherwise the food is dry and kind of bland without it.(Its tacobell I know which is why I like to have alot of sauce) When i ask for sauce I'm met with a monotone "No we cant give you anymore." I ask why and am answered verbatim, "We have to pay for them" Someone please tell me how 15$ worth of food cost tacobell @.25 cents x18 a packet of sauce equals $4.50 and tacobell doesnt make an 10.50 profit off of me. Please corporate fired the existing staff because this is terrible customer service if this isnt true that this location has a limited sauce inventory because it costs them money. If this is true please inform the employees to inform the customers that theyll will receive limited amounts of sauce. You've lost my business at this location.
This location was good but the last 4 months it's been a mess. Very slow and unable to get orders correct. Last 2 orders were completely wrong, must have gotten someone else's orders the last 2 times.
Update your hours if you're not going to stay open late. I've driven here multiple times and they turn the lights off at 11. Tried to go again and they said it would be a 45 min wait. 7pm at night. This is the worst taco bell I have ever seen.

Worst Taco Bell that exists. Continually fail at providing proper service. They will be out in the car huddled together, smoking & say they’re closed or they will cancel your mobile order just because & blame you. Don’t waste your time here. New management & staff wouldn’t be a bad idea here.
After reading these reviews they still have the same problem. I’m done with this location. The food was messed up, and there was a long wait. My chalupa was flat bread was so hard it hurt my teeth, the new Grilled Cheese Chicken Burrito had no cheese on it, it all melted to the paper and I had to reheat my chicken quesadilla…. I would ask for a refund but they never give me a receipt. They need to get it together. I’m sure if they made it for there self it would be fresh.
Pulled through the drive thru and waited for 5 minutes nobody answered. Pulled around to the front, doors were locked. I called the phone number and a man I’m assuming the manger picked up the phone and told me that they were open at 8am. I said “ok so I can pull in the drive thru?” And then he says that the fryers are dirty, I reply “but you just told me your open at 8am” then he hangs up on me. I get out of my car and start knocking on the front door, the manager peers around the corner and sends out a lady who refused to tell me the man’s name and then when I asked for her name she laughed in my face. This was at 8:30am on 08/02/2023
Worst customer service ever. Girl at window got my order wrong, then kept putting her nasty un gloves hands on the lid tops of my grandkids drinks, which I had to keep asking for, and I begged for the straws was told I had to wait, and was given the bag, asked for straws again was told they're in the bag. Its hot outside we'd already been waiting TOO long as she was apparently new. Definitely needs to be cleaning restrooms not waiting on people.

The worst experience x 100,000.00 They don't have enough workers and as a result cannot provide good quality service. The little service that they DO provide is so unprofessional mentally draining. I go through the drive-through wait literally literally 8 minutes To get greeted For them to tell me I need to place my order online and then come back and pick it up. This was around 12am/1am Just after getting off of a 9hr shift at a bar. I will NEVER visit this place ever again!
This TacoBell doesn’t make good Taco. We have all 5/5 Taco less filled and missing Sauce. Also we ordered Grilled Burritos. And when we open to eat at home all Burritos were not grilled. No good quality no good portion size.
We went to this location around 5:40pm, first through the drive thru and no one ever even acknowledged we were there. After about 5 mins or longer we drove around to go inside and the doors were locked and apparently the only English that came out of the ladies mouth that she knew was door dash and no. They were only letting people for door dash in even though all the employees were behind the counter eating food from Taco Bell. We asked why we couldn’t come in but could not get a response in English. We then watched some people come out from ordering food inside with a Togo order. This is not the first time this location has done this during the day and we have had no luck getting ahold of management, which has resulted in this review. We do not eat fast food a lot but when we do we like Taco Bell but it is so hard to get service at this location so who knows when we will attempt to even try again. Management really needs to get ahold of this place. And if Management is the issue then the franchise owner should probably step in.
Ordered and paid through the app without any problem, but upon arriving at the store to pick up food I was told that they were closed due to "short-staffing" problem. They wouldn't complete my order, even though they did so for the two cars in front of me, and the person in charge told me I was "out of luck" and that since the app was a third-party app I'd have to contact them to get a refund. And this is the SECOND time in a few weeks that this store has closed early due to staffing problems. This is the 3561 Plano Parkway location in The Colony, TX.
The worst Taco Bell ever! Extremely rude and unhelpful staff. I placed an order today using mobile app and chose the option to pick up food through the drive thru. I received an email confirmation which clearly mentioned "PICK UP YOUR ORDER AT THE DRIVE-THRU". Went to the store and told them my name to get the order ready. They CHARGED my credit card and then the person taking orders asked me to come to the lobby. I told him that I was supposed to pick up the order through drive thru but he insisted that I should come inside to get the food. I told him that I had 2 kids sleeping in the car (both under 5) so there was no way I could come inside the lobby. He told me that in that case I needed to cancel my order. I asked for the manager and she said the same thing. She said it is their policy to call the customers inside to get the food if they have placed the order using the mobile app. I don't know why there is even an option to pick up through drive thru if they have to make the customer come to the lobby. This is ridiculous! I paid for the food i never got! Taco Bell's customer service is definitely going downhill!

Ordered 3 potato tacos and had to wait almost 20 minutes, the drive thru had people waiting to order so we stepped in the store and ordered but it didn’t make a difference. The management couldn’t handle the 6 cars in the drive thru, this is one of the slowest Taco Bell I have ever been to. Might as well change the name to turtle bell.
There is a reason this place gets a lot of one stars. 1. I spent 10 minutes at the front counter waiting to order. 2. I couldn’t sit down to eat because all of the tables and floor was filthy. 3. The MOD argued with other patrons about her staffs inability to get an order right, which caused a scene. 4. I tried paying with cash and their registers weren’t ready. It was 2pm, not open.
Not very fast or good. Got the 7 layer burrito, locos taco and a bean and cheese burrito. It was cheap though. Edit 10/13:. Staff is very rude, midway through my sentences the guy taking my order kept interrupting and asking "Anything else? Anything else?". Then didn't even ask if I wanted any sauce. Bad ordering experience.
Never order food from this location. Food quality is really bad. I picked up order thru drive thru of 3 tacos, 2 cheesy Gordita crunch and a crunch wrap supreme. And when I got home, opened up the bag and it has water in all my food. And food was soaked in water. When I got back and told them what’s wrong with the order and they checked it. And they don’t even have a curtsy to say “sorry” for this awful food.
Drive through 3/29 11pm. The girl taking orders just said two words during the entire exchange. "help you"? Like I was putting her out. She took my card, gave me one less burrito and that was it. Pathetic and very typical. Know what I'm say'in.
The young girl with glasses at the window was the RUDEST person I've ever encountered!! She opened the window with a sour face, took our money without saying a word, handed us our food and closed the window. When I just sat there (not knowing if that was everything) she opened the window and said "was there something else?" I said "well... I didn't know if this was everything!?" She said "yes" and shut the window in my face. I then went in and asked for a manager and she too couldn't even keep her attention on the ONLY customer in the place... ME!!! WHERE HAS CUSTOMER SERVICE GONE !!!!?????
Every time I go here they are either close a hour earlier or their “system” is down. Takes a year just to get your food and when you do get it, it’s completely wrong. Went back inside to let them know, they handed me a new bag of items and again completely wrong. Idk what the heck is going on at this location but it is horrible I tried and tired and tired to give them chance after chance and every time disappointed. Now I go to the one on 121 to just avoid this location all together even tho it’s right next to my house. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION ITS HORRIBLE.
Normally a decent establishment. Tonight was way off. The grilled steak burrito. Had no steak, was flat and cold. The taco fell apart. It was a very poor attempt at even being mediocre. I called the store 3 times with no answer. I hope things get back to normal. I have to find something to eat now. Please don't waste people's time and money like that.
This location seems to not be able to serve food recently. I have tried twice in the last few weeks to go through the drive through. The first time, the lady let me know that the systems were down and it would take 15-20 minutes. I opted to not order anything and just drove through. The second time, the drive through line was around the building. This time, no one was moving. We waited for 40 minutes, then eventually all reversed back through the drive through entrance and left.
I was debating on even leaving a review but this was quite possibly one of the WORST fast food experiences I’ve ever had. We pulled up and sat there for a few minutes waiting for someone to even say “one second” and when someone finally did say hello and we started to order she was extremely rude and stand-offish. We tried to order two of the new menu items and she had no idea what we were even talking about even though it was on their menu. She was sort of rushing us to order too, talking over us and at one point yelled at us asking who was talking in the background (it was my boyfriend talking to me.) We pulled up to the window to pay and get our food and waited at least 10 minutes with cars starting to pile behind us. Drinks came first and neither one tasted good: the lemonade tasted watery, like the syrup needed to be changed, and the Baja blast freeze was subpar as well. We FINALLY received our food and hot sauces haphazardly thrown into the bag, and pulled over to inspect and see if we’d gotten everything correctly. I don’t know if she misheard me or what, but two of the items we’d asked for were totally incorrect or missing and we couldn’t even look at a receipt to confirm what we’d ordered because she hadn’t given us one. The items were WAY overloaded with cheese and lettuce, and my boyfriend had asked for no tomatoes on one of his items and there were tomatoes on all of his items. I will honestly say I would probably never come back to this Taco Bell again, which is sad because I love Taco Bell.
Went here today around 4:30 pm 8/10/23. It's always hit or miss at this location. However today the parking lot was empty and I was the only car in the drive thru. Not only did they mess up my order the lid was not on my soda and it came off and went everywhere in my car!!!! Ughhhh
Avoid, Avoid, Avoid! Only two people working here on a Saturday afternoon. I don't blame them, I blame management. If you're a manager/owner and you can't staff then you better show up yourself. Don't leave those two poor kids to face angry customers by themselves. Shame on you. I waited 15 min for my online order before I gave up and left, others inside were there longer. One of the kids even went so far as to lock the door so that no more people could come inside. They were focusing solely on the drive thru. I guess that's the call they were told to make. Again, I don't blame the kids working, but man does this place show poor management. Just avoid it.
I’m writing this review because I came to the drive-thru and no one answered. I then drove up to the window where the gentleman working came to the window and told me they’re only doing online orders. I placed an order online and came into the lobby to wait. When I was waiting I realized that he was the only employee there and he was working so hard to keep up with the orders. I felt so bad for him because he was getting yelled at by customers but he was just trying to do his job all alone. I was able to get my food and quite frankly he was extremely friendly and calm dispute the fact that he was left to deal with the angry and hungry customers alone. If any Taco Bell management reads this please get your act together. There were no signs or anything letting people know that the drive thru was closed and that they were only taking online orders so customer were left confused. I truly felt bad for the guy working tonight.
Placed a Togo order through Ubereats and the person that put the order together obviously hates their job. I was missing 3 of the things I ordered. The cinnamon delights were thrown in the bag, no wrapper for them anywhere. Literally just tossed in the bag. The Gordita crunch must have been so poorly wrapped that it exploded all over the bag and didn’t make it with the modifications. I asked for mild and fire sauce, got a bunch of hot sauce only. So basically I missed over half my order and the other half was a mess all over the bag. I have never seen anything like it, it was purposefully done.
Drive through was long so I decided to go inside, as i was kinda limited on time and all I wanted was a bean burrito and a sprite. The young lady working the window and the inside registers was very apologetic to me as I was waiting. While her manager walked back in from break and proceeded to walk to the office and sit down to scroll the internet during dinner rush the young lady yelled out to her [manager] for help but to no avail, the young lady put on some gloves and jumped on the line to help out. Unfortunately, after 15 minutes I couldn't wait any longer and had to leave. I just find it absolutely ridiculous that the manager took her papa John's leftovers into the office and sat there while her staff was very very busy. Do better. Like the young lady who gets paid to take orders, she clearly is more qualified for the job.
gave this place 3 chances 1st time my i was given the wrong order 2nd time i ordered online, they made it before i got there so my entire order was hard and dry due to it sitting under the heat lamp. 3rd time-today- they gave me the wrong burritos,again and the food is poorly made. I never have problems with the 10am shift but after 11am, whoever their cook is , is very inexperienced and has either no idea on how to read the screen and/or has no idea how to make food. Also they never provide customers with a receipt. So make sure you request it because you WILL need it.
Literally no one greets you when you walk in, they all just stare. Probably will never be back based on that. This is not customer service at all.

Was in the drive through for 5 min no one infront or behind after no one speaking over the intercom I pulled up to the window to be greates with a very un polite person and continued to say I can’t order at the window and I would have to drive back around with quite a bit of attitude service was very bad would not recommend
I just ordered two double beef burritos... And they were really smiling when they gave me my food... I'm not even gonna eat my food cause I don't know what y'all did to it
This location consistently has terrible food and subpar service. I’ve been charged extra and still not given what I’ve asked for on top of the burritos and tacos being mostly tortilla which is crazy ! The location on Plano parkway is better with listening to the customers and giving us what we pay for. Not sure how you consistently mess up bean burritos but guess it’s possible
This taco bell is run by the most incompetent bunch. They can never seem to complete an order correctly but they have absolutely no issues with charging you for things they didn't include in your order. The manager is useless and completely unhelpful. They kept trying to charge me for items AGAIN even though they had previously messed up my order multiple times. You're better off going to another location or just another restaurant in general unless you want your order to be messed up, if you do, then this is the perfect place to be.
I ordered on the app. App said it will be ready at 9:37. 5 cars went through, and a door dash driver got their food with me. Spoke to a worker and ahe apologize. Next time she recommended I do drive thru as they do get a higher priority. I'm just here hungry and waiting. Never again will I use the app unless I do the drive thru. They blame it on a new guy and this conversation was 5 minutes ago and I'm still waiting as I type this up at 9:55 PM. Food was finally given to me at 9:57. Never again 😔
Worst customer service ever!!! Since we walked in the Hispanic lady gave us a nasty look. We ordered $40 worth of food. 3 of our meals came in boxes. When she gave us our order she threw everything into one single bag. I kindly asked her if all three boxes where in the bag and she turned around and complained to her coworkers that we wanted boxes. When they were putting our food in the boxes they realize half of the order was missing. It took four people to give us the our order right. She was acting like we were asking for free stuff even tho we paid $40 worth of food. she still had the nerve to say she wasn’t complaining even tho she was doing it in front of us and that it was the new girls fault bc she was new. We went on 11/8/25 around 8-9pm. Never again!!!!
I've noticed on several occasions that the staff seems unprepared to serve customers when I visit this store. Even when there are no other patrons, they are hesitant to take orders. I'm wondering why this might be happening.
This place sucks. Every time we get food here after 7, the food is absolutely trashed. They put a half a teaspoon of every ingredient including beef so you eat basically shell, they NEVER make cheesy gordita correct, and the hard tacos are always soggy. You have one job. It's taco bell. Seriously.
Long wait time, gave us the wrong drink and almost had to wait an hour just to get cinnabons. I even went up and knocked on the door only to have an employee look at me before going back to sipping his drink. Once I got home after finally getting my cinnabons, I realized that part of my meal box was missing and they had only given me 4 despite me paying for 12. Do not buy from here.
We’ve been to Taco Bell countless times, but this was by far the weirdest experience. For the first time ever, we received a solid cold chicken chalupa. The quesadilla was falling apart and was also cold. I have serious doubts about the freshness of the food. We are definitely not going back. This location seriously needs improvements.
