Starbucks The Gateway Reviews
It's absolutely beautiful it's designs the Space and all the staff are very very kind and they probably make the food and it's delicious
A best place to meet at the bugis Area, a padang view, and a bit warm in the afternoon cause one side facing the sun set 🌞
Az:) is a very friendly with superb service and she made the drink very quickly! made me and my girlfriends day, well definitely come back. 5/5 isnt enough, shld be 10/5
Just wanted to thank the staff for putting a smile on my face. They're a happy group of people working who put kind messages on the sleeve of your drink. A special thank you to: city, anhewhire (not sure of spelling), and their manager Edie. :)
This Branch Has Become One Of My Favourite Starbucks To Visit In Singapore! The staff have consistently been courteous and kind and take effort to remember my rather complicated order (due to allergies), they even go as far as to make friendly suggestions when I would like to change things up and try something new. Special shout out to Ady and Siti, thank you so much for putting passion into your work, your friendly interactions always make my day. Kindest regards Naomi
Friendly staff and very helpful. Will definitely patronise and support them when i wanna buy any Starbucks merchandise or get a drink! 😊👍🏻
Standard Starbucks outlet with pleasant staff
Love the location! Amazing place and view. Enjoyed hanging out while I waited for some friends.
Had a wonderful evening at here. The staff is very helpful, thanks for the nice service!

One of the few spacious Starbucks left in Singapore. Though it can get unbearably cold at times, and can be packed with the office crowd during peak hours.
Good services, standarized as per in all Starbucks, space Is a little bit reduced
Quiet, spacious and friendly Starbucks in the Raffles Hospital Building clisc to Bugis MRT station and the beautiful Andaz Hotel
The entrance to this Starbucks is a little unusual and kind of hidden. You need to go through through a fire escape door/stairwell to reach it unless you are a tenant of Gateway West. Less crowded than most other Starbucks.
The coffee was great and the stuff cute
Nice place to chill. Quiet.

I was told by staff that they close at 5pm. Timing is not updated. Secluded entrance. Had to ask security how to enter
The only coffee next to Guoco midtown. The entrance by the service lift and toilet is really weird, but inside is a cosy place.
You came here everyday, no one still remember you. Service? Please expect a delay in rush hour.

Power Sockets turned off manually. Basically, depending on their mood, they would turn it on for the customer to use it. Else, all the power sockets just suddenly have no power. Dick move as i thought my laptop or charger died on me and had to go to Apple Store to find out that they’re working fine. — this is not the first time they did this.
