Morning Kitchen Hollywood Reviews
The Morning Kitchen is a true treasure in Los Angeles. Don’t be put off by its very unimposing exterior - step inside, and you’ll find one of the cleanest, brightest, and most welcoming cafes around. The staff are wonderfully flexible and genuinely care about making sure every guest leaves happy. The food is exceptional. Everything tastes ultra fresh, from the vibrant salads and perfectly ripe fruit to the beautifully prepared plates that show real attention to detail. Every dish bursts with flavor and freshness, yet feels simple and wholesome at the same time. It’s rare to find somewhere that combines such spotlessness with this level of quality and friendly service. The Morning Kitchen more than deserves to be on your list of favorite breakfast and lunch spots in the city.
This is a nice little cafe with a descent amount of seating and lots of street-metered parking. I got a club sandwich with egg, cheese, ham, lettuce and cucumber to go. It was good. Prices are a little on the higher side but inflation has affected so many industries so it’s understandable.
Their crepes are especially good — thin, soft, and perfectly cooked, with fillings that taste fresh and well-balanced.
Absolutely delicious brunch and great coffee. Nice variety of high top tables as well as low level seating.
We live nearby and finally stopped by for breakfast, even though this place has been open for quite a while. It’s very clean inside, even the restroom. We really enjoyed the food and the coffee. I like that you’re expected to clean up after yourself — it helps keep the place tidy and lets the staff focus on other things instead of running around with a rag after every guest. Especially since there were only two people working there. We’d definitely come back again if we’re looking for a place to eat near home.
A little place with big flavor. Tuna sandwich is so good. Honey French toast is amazing 🧑🍳😚🤌🏻 definitely going back.
super cute place, with friendly and fast staff. Came with family and friends, and we all agreed the egg and cheese sandwich was probably the best sandwich we've ever had. The iced latte was super tasty, and the side of fruit portion was very generous (whole banana, kiwi, grapes, strawberry, oranges, blueberries, razz and blackberries)
We have uncovered Morning Kitchen one month ago and it was pleasure for us - interesting breakfest concept, well designed place and excellent taste. Truly recommend this place and unexceptional friendly service. We have got loved the place!
Been living in the area for 6 years and first time trying this. So so so so good. Ive been sleeping on this place. Now I know to come back again! I had the pink milk espresso and the ham and cheese chili crepe. Delicious! 10/10 . Cant wait to come back and try a sweet crepe
A super yummy spot for Thai eatery and drinks. I’m in love! I had: 1. Shibuya honey toast 2. Egg drop sandwich 3. Ka-pi-charm - Thai tea mix with coffee 4. Black pink - Thai pink milk with espresso 5. Thai crispy crepe
I was skeptical. Location etc. looking at the menu. Non traditional breakfast. I ordered a watermelon drink. Eggs @ bacon with side of pineapple sausage. Side of waffles. Avocado. It all was excellent 👌🏻
I 100% recommend visiting Morning Kitchen for a relaxing brunch; so much so that I'm writing this review as I eat! The food is sooo good! I'm visiting LA and found Morning Kitchen while I was looking for a quick and easy brunch place. I stopped by on a Monday around 2 pm and it wasn't crowded at all, maybe me and a couple other parties. I ordered a matcha latte and the breakfast plate and everything was cooked fresh right after I ordered it. I received my food quite quickly and only waited at most 10 minutes for it to be ready. The eggs were light and fluffy, toast was crunchy, turkey sausage was savory, and the fruit was high quality and flavorful! The atmosphere is decorated cutely, the staff were very friendly, and the environment nice to relax in. There's a decent amount of seating with indoor and outdoor options. I can't wait to visit again and try the crepes!
I had the best scrambled egg and cheese of my life in thta place a couple weeks ago. I could give my soul for this recipe as I'm from Indiana and probably won't enjoy these again soon 😅
Great place, delicious food, home made. We were amazed and come back next day also during our 3 days stay in LA. Prices fine, staff was super nice. Love it
Decided to go here on a whim with some friends. Glad we went! The food and beverages were delicious. I had the matcha crepe, with strawberries and cream, along with an iced matcha lavender. Everything was so fresh. I'd definitely go here again.
Nice food and friendly staff. Just arrived LA last night, and found this restaurant for the breakfast. The toast and coffee are so nice. I'll come again before I go back to Thailand!
Great little breakfast spot with Asian roots! We tried the club sandwich, an egg roll with cheese and a waffle and all were delicious. The French toast, crepes and breakfast plates also looked inviting for a next time. Prices are reasonable ($10-15 per main dish). Modern, clean bathroom.

Such a fun and cute cafe here by thai town. There is a great amount of attention to detail. I am so impressed by their lavender matcha. The sweet waffle plate totally hit the spot, too. My boyfriend got the delicious egg sandwich and loved it 😋. Cannot wait to try the crepes next time~~
Came here after a negative experience across the street. The vibe is bright and welcoming. I loved my Cafe Boran and especially the Shibuya Honey Toast Waffle! It was SOOOOO good! The customer service was above and beyond. With all the amazing stuff they have on the menu, I’m definitely going back!
My neighborhood favorite. Eysen coffee is my favorite. Very friendly staff who remembers what I liked to order after just a few visits. Also you can tell it’s real home cooking. I really hope their business goes well!
Great café with high-quality coffee beans and excellent lattes. You can really taste the difference in the coffee—smooth, rich, and well-balanced. The lattes were especially good, perfectly made and flavorful. Definitely a place worth coming back to.
We loved the egg drop and the Thai tea. The savory crepes were interesting to try.

Rating: 2 stars. Very disappointed with my visit to this place! Ordered breakfast for a group of 4 people, but it took almost an hour to prepare, even though I twice informed the waitstaff that I was in a hurry to get to the airport. They promised each time that it would be ready in 10-15 minutes, but after 40 minutes, they hadn’t even started preparing our order. Had to get my money back. Additionally, I noticed children working there, which is likely a violation of labor laws. I do not recommend this place, especially if you’re short on time!
