I really like the healthy food here. I order vegetables and "dry" chicken, so they drain the juice well. It's healthy, delicious, and reasonably priced. The servers are at least efficient and are sometimes nice. I order the largest sized drink, and they refill it if needed.

Great guys working over lunch hour, but the food was a huge miss. Anything glazed was relatively flavorless. The bourbon chicken was full of flavor, however. And the white rice was perfectly sticky.

In the mall. Ordered from in past. Very friendly staff but the food missed the mark. Ordered 2 meat, 1/2 veg & noodles. Veggies & Teriyaki chicken were way over cooked. Steak lacked flavor & breading was coming off. Noodles lacked flavor .

Love the food here. Came at 1030, since they open at 10.. and they weren't ready at all said food wouldn't be ready till an hour from now.

Small cockroaches came crawling out of clean stack of plates. Worker tried to get me some new plates from the same stack and pit the ones off my tray back into the clean stack. Immediately asked for my money back. I will never eat here again!!!!!! It's a shame that their food is so good.

Make sure to check your card. They took a 5.00 tip. Without our premission.The food portion was small compared to other customers. The worse customer service ever. Did call and got our 5.00 dollar back. Be careful there.

The two ladies working this morning (3/2/21 @ 1130) were more interested in their phones than customer service. The food I ordered didn’t taste very good. Lumpy rice and bland chicken....got sick later. Won’t eat there ever again.

Employee scratched his nose with his finger which I honestly would consider picking his nose because it actually went inside his nostril. Then proceeded to serve other guests without washing his hands. Not very friendly either. Not ever patronizing this restaurant place again.

This place was disgusting I got an order of orange chicken And it tasted like Artificial orange chicken candy that was disgusting. I would not recommend going there.

Food was so bad. It's either the cheapest quality they can find, or it's just old/reused/stale from days of reheating. I took one bite and it was disturbing... I've never had such chewy chicken in my life. I had to spit it out because I was afraid I would choke if I tried to swallow it. There needs to be some kind of quality standards for a place like the Woodlands mall...I mean someone should look into this because it is really that bad. I don't care how much the lease is worth to the mall, there is something seriously wrong with the food. I feel like I need to be baptized after this

Was there today 3/13/23. Found long black hair in the orange chicken. I get it sometimes that does happen. Took it out and moved over to the general tso’s chicken. Couple of bites and chomped down on metal shavings. Took it back and let everyone know in line what I found. Eat at your own risk. I won’t ever eat here again.

Food nasty like their employees attitudes ! They wanna get mad because I told them they were over charging. They kept saying they weren’t when they indeed were. They ended up fixing it , but had so many smart remarks. If you’re gonna talk smack make sure you direct it to the person and don’t assume I can’t understand your Spanish !

If I could give them a -10 stars for the bad service we receive today I would give it to them, I get it I’m not wearing a suit but I had my two year old baby and she was hungry and the only place with out a long wait time was (famous wok) there was a lady behind me and the guy ask her four time for the order with out acknowledging me in-front of her!!! The lady told him I was there first and he look at me and ask me do I need help!!!!! He is lucky I had my baby with me and of course their phone number is not listed!!—***********************************************
