Employees arguing. Telling people to leave my McDonald's, friends of friends. waiting on food forever and ghetto and nasty as hell. Every table dirty. Possibly the worst McDonald's I've been to.

Seems like everytime i go here now something is always wrong. Went there today and got a daily double meal deal and my nuggets werent nuggets, they gave me a side of Mac sauce smh...went 2 nights ago and got a double cheeseburger mean deal and a mccrispy chicken deluxe meal, and my chicken looked and tasted like rubber. What chicken there was..it was basically bread. Also all my toppings were in the sandwich box beside my bread and chicken instead of on it.

I stopped last night stood in line while it seemed there was a family reunion at counter so after 10mins I used kiosk to order a dbl quarter pounder with large fry to go. I waited another 25 mins for food so it took 35mins to finally walk out with food. I was told they had to cook it fresh because it was special order. I didn’t change burger ingredients. They had burgers cooked but wouldn’t use them and all were talking/playing around. This has to be the poorest run McDonald’s I’ve ever stopped at. Don’t stop here!!

Absolutely appalled by McDonald's tonight! Ordered through the app for curbside at 7:28p.m. Received our order at 8p.m. with missing items. Not unusual but I was upset because we paid for the Grinch meals and didn't receive our boxes. Sent hubby in to rectify the situation and walked into a disgusting lobby and music blaring behind the counter. He asked to speak to a manager and a teenager approached him rudely, threw the socks at him and said we're busy! We called to speak to the manager and were told they cannot refund us for even a portion of what was missing but we could drive back in and they'll fix our order. We live 15 minutes away. She stated over and over again she was the manager but I know only managers can refund meals. I've been in before when they've only had 2 people working and had food ready faster than this and better customer service. I get fast food gets crazy but tonight there was no excuse as there were well over 5 people in the back.

The overflowing trash can should’ve been the first indication of how disgusting this place is. I ordered at the kiosk, used the restroom (where I noticed the trash can), and went back to wait for my food to go. The place was so disgusting. It stunk like pure filth. I watched an employee sweep some trash and food off the floor, behind the counter. They tried to dump the dustpan into an overflowing trash can, spilling more trash on the floor. The trash was stuck in the pan so they used their hands to maneuver the pan into the trash. They put the broom away and immediately started handling food and making frappes, without washing their hands. I immediately asked for a refund and left. Do not go here.

Went to the drive thru around 8:00 tonight had 1 car in front of me in the lane closest to the building and had 2 cars in the outside lane waited 15mins and no one had still got to order went around the building and seen a girl in the cash window just sitting and doing nothing

Horrible experience. Stopped in to relax & get a bite while waiting on a friend that had a Dr appt. Manager?( A black lady) was CONSTANTLY YELLING at the employees! She was loud & rude. The French fries were cold & the menu sign wasn't working. WTH?? We walked out. Not going back

It’s amazing me to places like this establishment can constantly do their jobs wrong and nothing happen for it. i ordered two large meals with specifications on them not only did they get the wrong sizes of the meals, they flip flopped the specifications on both gave us a wrong drink told me they were out of onions (uncalled for) they gave us one meal with onions (on the wrong sandwhich) then told me they didn’t have any onion i would assume so they didnt have to remake my meal because they didn’t remake the burger in the end we got 4 fries one wrong burger and two sandwhiches (one of which was correct) when i ordered a burger meal and a chicken sandwhich meal. to mess up an order this bad and not have any repercussions from it is just really bad business and super frustrating to have to deal with time and time again. things like this really need to be fixed for the company’s sake. i hope someone sees this and helps get the problem fixed.

This location is horrible. This chicken was so over cooked half of it was a solid brick. Whoever puts food out like this should be fired. You NEVER get your full order and it's always made wrong. Do not waste your money.

Stop wasting your money here and let this McDonald’s close for good. I’ve stopped here many times because of the convenience in my day and travels but today was the last. 2 days ago, we had an early appt about an hour away. Went through the drive thru for a on the go breakfast. I placed a roughly $30 order. Got to the pay window and she tried charging me for 2 waters. Told her that’s not my order and she says “yes it is.” I finally pay for my order and pull to the next window and she starts handing me 2 waters. Again I said that’s not mine and had to tell her what my order was even though I’m holding a receipt. She the hands me my food and says thanks and closes the window without my drinks. I knocked on the window to ask for my drinks. She gave me my coffee and apple juice. I was so annoyed I didn’t realize until I was a couple miles away that I was still missing my orange juice. I am NOT paying mcds orange juice prices and not getting it. So I made a u turn and went back. I went inside this time to find out that it was the manager that handed me my food drinks and left out my orange juice. When I asked for my orange juice she LAUGHED, no apology nor did she get me a new one. The cashier up front went and got me one. Thank you her. Again, in case you missed it. The manager laughed at me for her missing my drink. Then today I’m not feeling to good and went for a smoothie. Was told to wait at the drive thru speaker. 3 cars place their order in the other lane. I say hello and again told to wait. I left. They have continuously missed my add tomatoes or no pickles. Extremely inconsistent. Never going back to this location. Bye. So.. it’s 8/28/24 and I went back to this location. I paid 90 cents for them to add 4 slices of tomatoes to my sandwiches. Almost a full dollar for 4 slices of tomatoes. That not even my complaint. When I receive my food. There’s only one slice in each sandwich. So I paid 90 cents for 2 slices of tomatoes.. I’m bringing my own tomato next time. And the large fries were probably only filled as much for a small. How is this place still open? Pictures of this experience attached

If I could give this a 0 star I would. This store location is always absolutely filthy. The floors are constantly a slip hazar afraid to pick my feet up as I dont want to slip on the grease on the floor. I refuse to ever use the bathroom here again used sanitary products on the floor old food gum etc. this place is not safe or sanitary. It is like this every time I come here unfortunately this is my nearest McDonalds most days. Most of the staff just stands around talking on downtime versus grabbing a mop when they see guests clearly struggling to walk on their greasy floors. I believe this stems from the employees delivering the food to the tables it’s going to be impossible to keep the grease from the kitchen contained to the kitchen. Maybe having a specific person running food to avoid the kitchen staff tracking grease everywhere. Someone is going to get hurt. And it doesn’t go any good to mention it to staff they just get nasty with you.
