Complimenti a Giorgio e Federica.
Buona cantina vini.
Mangiato molto bene. Trovato per caso, e che scoperta. Ottimo servizio, personale cortese e bel posto.
Ristorante incantevole.
Complessivamente ristorante consigliatissimo!!
Personale educato e attento. Pane fatto in casa e si nota subito! Grigliate buone e saporite inoltre lo spiedo bresciano è ottimo.
Superb local ingredients like self-made olive oil and pasta were sublime
I wish I could give it 10 stars. Food was phenomenal. We had veal and lamb and they were like galaxy in our mouths. Grilled vegetables with olive perfectly tender, didn't know they could taste like that. As aperitif we had aperol spritz (of course we had) and gin&tonic but from local manufacturers (totally different than your regular tonic). Bought 2 bottles to go. Had also tiramisu and I was so happy I didn't eat some random tiramisu in any cafe as this was probably THE tiramisu. Melting in mouth, perfectly balanced, not to sweet. Had one to share and it was more than enough. Check was 69 euros. Also, I'm always full of delight when it comes to Italian staff in restaurant, as I didn't have any bad experiences, but here people were simply friendly and nice, treated you like a good friend, very earnestly. Also: perfectly speaking English. Humble restaurant but exceptional. A must when in Gardola and worth the drive. Thank you guys! That was precious culinary experience 🇵🇱❤️🇮🇹
Really lovely restaurant. The suckling pig was to die for!
We came 30 mins before closing, and we were still treated the same, they didn't hurry us, or set a time limit. The grilled sea bass was amazing. The teramisu was the best in the area. Well Recommended!!
Super nice restaurant, Leonardo was super kind
We had dinner here with our 2 kids. I had the saiblingsfilet with lemon and capers which was simply delicious! A basket with various bread was included. Staff was really friendly. Waiting times were small. Really recommend this restaurant and so much better than the food for the mass in Apollo XI for example .
We liked this restaurant so much so that we came twice during our vacation in Tignale. The food is great and the menu offers plenty of options for each taste.
Very great restaurant! Last year, we often visited this place for dinner, this year, they got even better. The spaghetti with truffle and cheese is absolutely mind-blowing delicious, and so are their desserts! Not only do they taste good, but they also present their dishes nicely. I highly recommend this place, it also isn't very expensive. :)
Had dinner four times at this place in the last weeks. Great wine, meat dishes I liked the best. The ‘beef stew’ is best I ever enjoyed!!!
This a very cozy restaurant with two fireplaces and one of them is used to grill the meat. The meat was fantastic as well as all the other food. We liked it all. We can definitely recommend it.
Really enjoyed our experience and food at this welcoming restaurant. Food was good, little choice but quality made up for this. Highly recommended from the UK

Buona accoglienza, personale gentile e puntuale.
Food was really good, got the white truffle menu. The only problem: they were super slow! For a 3 course dinner we spent almost 3 hours! Not acceptable.
I orderd entrecote and get a ribeye steak, The meat was dry and well done on the side and the middle was verry raw (the meat nealy said moo) when i ask they bake it a little more but the server was quite iritanted the pasta was great i paid 110 euros for 3 people not that bad
We dined at Calderone in Tignale this evening and had a mixed experience. We ordered appetizers and main courses, but unfortunately, there was a misunderstanding with our appetizer order. We had requested carpaccio, but instead, we were served a vegetarian dish. Despite the mix-up, we accepted the vegetarian option. However, it was overwhelmingly dominated by a strong cheese flavor, which wasn’t to our liking. For the main courses, we ordered half chickens and the fish of the day. Both were served with rather bland and tasteless potatoes. The fish was breaded and tasted okay, but nothing special. The chickens were also just okay, lacking any standout flavor or seasoning. Additionally, we were only able to get a table indoors, which we accepted as we wanted to try the restaurant. However, our table was placed close to the grill, which emitted a lot of heat, making it a rather warm and uncomfortable dining experience. We had beer and a single drink with our meal. Unfortunately, the overall experience did not justify the 105 EUR we spent. The quality of the food fell short of our expectations, and we were left feeling disappointed.
We order dinner and sparkling water. This place is trying to look exclusive and the prices are also higher. Not tall but just higher. I ordered a 'porchetta'. We got a soda stream water in a sodastream bottle, which isn't exclusive, but a sign that they are just cheap. The water wasn't sparkling which is a typical result in a soda stream if you did give enough of gas. But hey where nice a gave us a new. 2/3 of that bottle and the gas went out of the water - both bottle and glasses. A typical pretty problem for sodastream. Which is 'ok', but this place is trying to pull off being exclusive. We got a bag of different breads as starters. Dry bread - no butter or olive oil. Forgot that toy pay for this complementary, and we normally don't eat bread, but dit taste it- they took the whole thing away when we got the bill. It was our food and the didn't offer it to us. It want just a piece or two.. It was a lot of bread they wanted us to pay for and they just took it away. The 'prochetta' was not a good price of meat. It was plastered with a sause that was strongly herb. It was used to cover the bad meat. Same with the potatoes, which where really boring. No taste in them. The had maybe tried and fried the in butter and added a little spice, but it was only covering a bad potato. I felt I was eating some where it was the sause and herb was put into it and nothing else. It might have been expected for a low level restaurant and many may feel they get good food - that's up to them. I would recommend any other place in Tagnile than this place, sorry to say. I expected a better standard from what they tried to show, but it felt through. I wanted to try their coffee, but after the food I was worried I would get water that was colored brown.
While i Iove the idea of their fire place situated in the middle of the restaurant I have trouble understanding the great reviews this place has gotten. Kids got a burger with meat that was just disgusting. I tried both the T-bone and their 400g steak. Meat is a 3 out of 5 but their side dishes are bad..
