Callahan's Tijuana Reviews
Sometimes I go to Plaza Sendero, it is a beautiful place. I usually go to Dairy Queen and I always order a strawberry ice cream, it's small but very delicious. Funny thing is that the spoon is very long
Good and fast service, with lots of sitting. 100% recommend
The quality of their products is good. Whenever my family and I go to Plaza Sendero to hang out, we almost always order ice cream because it's not expensive and it's delicious. They have a good variety of products like ice cream, cakes, banana splits, milkshakes, etc. We recommend the tropical chocolate ice cream.
Everything is delicious. It's fairly clean sometimes, but not very often. There's hardly any seating, but it's a very small place, so that's understandable. They serve you quickly, and everyone is very kind and friendly. That's all, not to mention they have a great variety of flavors, and everything is delicious. That's all. Thank you for reading, and may God bless you. Amen.
Good service
Classic Dairy Queen, not much to say other than, the employees are a little rude, not to take away stars, it was still a bad day for the three employees present, which is possible and they were not rude enough to take away stars, I emphasize, but it is worth mentioning.
The place is very small and the snow is not very hard or frozen, in less than 5 minutes they were already melting although they did do the turning test
They only have 2 employees and they can't cope... but it's much better than the branch at Plaza 2000. The guys there are so messy and disgusting... and if you say something to them, they are very rude and say there is no manager when you ask to speak to him.
The staff was attentive. The ice cream was delicious. The place was small, and only two people were working. We had to wait a little longer than expected for our order. Apparently, they have new flavors; the hazelnut ones are delicious. I highly recommend them. The place looks clean and tidy, and there are a few chairs to wait for your order. Overall, a good experience, good service, and good ice cream. It's great they're here.
Delicious ice cream, too bad about the time we were leaving Cinepolis. We wanted a Blizzard, but they were only selling packaged ice cream because of the hour. But if you manage to get them, they're delicious.
Everything is fine, it's clean and the service is good, except that on several occasions when I've been there the terminal for paying by card doesn't work, and on many other occasions they don't have change, even for small bills.
The place is very dirty, one of the tables is completely broken, and there's no more ice cream cone. It's a shame, since it's in Macroplaza, they should take better care of the service.
They don't have cakes, you need to order them 2 days in advance, a shame for an old business, especially if the 3 people were working at the same time, 2 guys chatting and one girl alone charging and preparing
Very bad service and they never have change when you pay in cash.
The opening hours start at 10 a.m. I arrived at 10:10 a.m. And they tell me it will take a while. Why do they open at 10 a.m. if they can't provide service? Someone explain this to me.
At the Sendero location, their hours are listed as 10 AM to 9 PM, as they no longer offer service 15 minutes before closing time. An employee told me they close at 8:50 PM, so I suggest they change their service policies because it's frustrating as a customer to arrive and be told they're closed before the hours posted in their store and on social media.
