Excellent consistency, flavor, portion, and good price. The menu is classic from all the locations, plus the bagels. Spacious space with a second floor. Clean and charming. They accept credit cards. The food and drinks are generally good. It's what you'd expect from the franchise, but the staff is a bit distracted. I go very often, and every day there are times when the music is so loud it's like a nightclub, to the point that you have to raise your voice to be heard, even on the second floor. If you're trying to work, it's very distracting. The staff controls the volume, and it's anything but moderate. The facilities are actually quite good, as are the food and drinks, but these staff issues definitely make you want to stop going. This isn't meant as a complaint, but rather an observation so that there's more control and the customer experience is more appealing and satisfying.

I come once a week. There used to be another very nice girl. But now this other girl is distracted. Last week I ordered a cold passion fruit tea, and she gave it to me hot, just the way she wanted it, and a sandwich that wasn't what I wanted either, but that was my mistake. I always order my sandwich with jalapeños, and she came with one. But I wanted another one. When I approached to order it, both of them were already serving me. Since it was the other girl who served me, I approached her to ask for the jalapeños. But the girl from last week answered, saying they were out of jalapeños. 🤨 The other girl just looked at her. The way she reacted made me think she was lying. So this is a complaint about their bad attitude, and another about adding more jalapeños to the premises 😁 I clarify that although I immediately like this place, I will not return.

I had a terrible experience at this establishment. The tables were dirty, there were flies, the salad was small and they charge more than the large one—115 pesos for a chicken salad that didn't have tomato and didn't even have half a sliced ​​chicken breast. It was reheated and dry. At their other locations, they always give you a good-sized salad, and sometimes they even add chips as a snack. I absolutely do not recommend this place.
