A very bad BK, it doesn't even look like a franchise. It took almost 20 minutes for my order to be delivered, the nuggets were burnt, the trash cans were overflowing, the place was filthy.

The Burger King at Gran Plaza is okay. Good service, good food. The burgers are well-labeled and wrapped, and the fries were lukewarm. I like that they provide napkins, and the ketchup comes wrapped in them. They ask how many sauces you want so as not to waste any, which I loved. The place looks clean.

The place is very nice. Modern facilities with a play area for children, friendly staff, and reasonable wait times. Oh, and they have Wi-Fi. The only thing that disappointed me was that we ordered a strawberry sundae, and while it seemed very good, the disappointment was that the center of the sundae was hollow; there was no ice cream at the bottom. 🤔🤔🤔 What happened like that? Otherwise, everything was great.

I'm in line to pay for ketchup, napkins, and barbecue sauce. The employees, for the three of us eating, only gave me two napkins and two ketchup packets, and when I asked for more, they got annoyed. So I'll just go and tell them I'll pay them and see if they'll give it to me then.

There are no dressings, they only offer ketchup packets, the bathrooms, although they looked clean, stank like a stable, the ice creams were in very small portions, the air conditioning was faulty, definitely a branch that leaves much to be desired.

Lamentable service I thought Burger King was an international company that treated all its customers regardless of their origin with respect this is unfortunately totally false the kitchen staff behaved in a discriminatory manner they deliberately filled my fries half full and did not put cheese in my burger and when I went back they were visibly laughing the situation amused them a lot childish and discriminatory behavior because they knew perfectly well what they were doing and it amused them a lot visibly very disappointed I strongly advise against this Burger King and especially if you are a foreigner to avoid 🇫🇷🇫🇷🇫🇷

But since you clarified that you want the water, they want to charge you more, because I have to sell you the medium fries $ 10 pesos more, at the downtown Mérida branch, they wanted $ 20 pesos more ... ⚠️ And another thing, I ordered the King JR.
