Excellent work from the chef, very tasty food, but the waiters don't do their job.

Great seafood place. The only thing I can say I didn't absolutely love were the fish carnitas, and even those were pretty good. The strawberry-coconut horchata was amazing. Too bad they don't sell beer.

Great place to have some seafood. Everything is huge and has a great taste! Everything in the menu is good. So It will take more than 1 visit to try all of the dishes!

A very nice place to eat. They don't offer alcoholic beverages, but the flavored waters are good, although a bit too sweet for my taste. I've been there several times, and all the dishes are delicious and good-sized. Highly recommended for the south side of the city.

It's a very attractive restaurant offering a wide variety of seafood dishes. The atmosphere is very pleasant and family-friendly, with dishes ranging from very affordable to very exotic.

Very pleasant and highly recommended. The preparation and presentation of the dishes are excellent, far exceeding what one might expect at first glance from the outside. Just a couple of recommendations for the managers: - Change the cutlery. It doesn't do justice to the restaurant, the high quality of the dishes they prepare, and the attentive service they provide. - Accept cards.

Last week I had the opportunity to visit this seafood restaurant, and I'm going to tell you about the good and bad things I found. First, the quality of the service is unmatched, quite good, I'd say; however, the tables are a bit small, as they seated six of us where four could comfortably fit. The variety of dishes is immense, from classic shrimp cocktails to the delicate tuna loin, salmon, or marlin, to more eccentric options like a huge tilapia stuffed with seafood. The menu has such a wide variety of dishes that it's overwhelming to have to read each one, and the titles don't do much to describe them or list the ingredients: for example, "Domingo 7" or "Cuban Rice." The portions are large, as they include sides of rice that's neither mushy nor chewy, and a salad with a very tasty dressing. If you order shrimp, it's a matter of luck, as sometimes you get large shrimp, and other times, smaller ones. The good thing is that when they're small, they give you more. Prices are around $200 per person, including drinks and dessert, plus tip. And be careful with your credit card because they don't have a mobile terminal, and I recommend you accompany the server to pay at the register. The ambiance is nice, and they have good natural lighting. Plus, they're located across from a park, so it's easier to find parking without having to go into the Sanborns parking lot around the corner. The cleanliness is also commendable; both the restaurant and the kitchen (which is open) were very clean. What I didn't like about this restaurant were the restrooms. To begin with, there wasn't even water to wash your hands, and they were dirty. The toilets don't have seats, and they put the toilet paper roll outside so you have to grab enough before going in. They're also very cramped. I think this is a major drawback for a restaurant that costs $200 per person, because you wouldn't expect simpler restaurants to have better restrooms. That said, if you live in the south and are looking for a nice, clean place to eat seafood, you can check out La Palapa del Pacífico and order a Domingo 7.

The food is delicious, the prices are reasonable, the spaces are clean, except they don't sell alcohol and they play Christian music.

I went to lunch with my wife the day before yesterday, and the experience wasn't very pleasant. I asked for ice for my soda, but it didn't arrive. The main dishes arrived before the appetizers, a bit cold, and mine arrived first, then my wife's. Considering the prices, the quality and quantity of the dishes are overpriced. I probably won't return.

The staff is friendly, however, they don't have a baby changing station and they don't sell alcohol (beer). A diner in my group asked for seafood-free options and they lied to him, saying the caldo tlalpeño could be made without seafood, when in reality it was just plain fish soup... I wouldn't go back.

They offer gourmet food with unusual combinations, but the seasoning is average to poor. The service is a pain when the place is barely half full. There was no water in the bathroom sinks. The place is nice. We really liked the flavored water. And they treated us kindly, but there's a lot of room for improvement.

A few months ago, I had a terrible experience at this place. The shrimp stank and tasted awful. I told the waiters discreetly, not wanting to upset them, and what I got from the captain was, "The chef says the shrimp arrived like this, they're from yesterday, but they have a strong flavor." No fresh shrimp smells or tastes like that. I think the last thing we expected was an apology, not just lame excuses as if someone didn't realize the quality of their products is poor, which is why I don't find them "gourmet" at all. I hope they improve their service and this comment helps them improve their customer service and the quality of their products, as the health of their guests is also at risk in situations like this.

The food was terrible. We ordered breaded fish for my daughter, and it arrived in a third course. My wife ordered fish al pastor. The food was terrible. And the bathrooms were filthy. Those in the know say that if you want to know how clean a restaurant is, first check its bathrooms. I don't think I'll return to this awful place.

Poor dishes both in portion and flavor, leaving much to be desired, waters super watered down and/or tasteless, the only good thing is the service and don't trust the specialties, I had high expectations that were not met, very expensive for what they offer
