Exelente para disfrutar de un postre
Los pollos son muy ricos
Very good
Very good, but they take a while.
Good service and flavor.
The chickens are super delicious and economical, they are almost always already prepared.
The chickens are very good, but the people who serve us 😒😒😒😒 plus a shorty are always in a bad mood and don't even say hello.
Deberían tener cambio
No ir cuando hay sol, llevar sombrilla
Buen lugares
The chickens are good, good size, good prices and good taste
Since they know they sell everything... Their manner is very, very curt.
The chicken tastes good, is quite juicy, and it seems they sell out quickly. The service from the staff is not entirely pleasant, but they are not rude either.
The chicken and necks don't taste good. They've lacked seasoning for years and just don't taste the same anymore.
Cumple con el típico lugar para comer pollito a precios promedio
The chicken was very good, but the staff was terrible. They were rude and ignored you. The worst part was when the terminal froze when I tried to make my card payment, and instead of explaining that the system needed to be restarted, he left me standing there waiting and START SINGING. I had to ask him what was going on, and he mumbled that he was restarting the system and kept singing. The kind of people who speak to you in monosyllables, with a sour face, and never say thank you, please, or good afternoon—nothing that reflects politeness. That was a man… and next to him was a woman, equally rude, who wasn't doing anything at all. It was really unpleasant, to be honest.
The chicken and sides are very good, but I really don't like the organization of the place. It happens quite often that they leave the place empty, so there's no one to serve you. But if you go around 3 or 4 PM, they usually don't have any chickens ready and they tell you they'll be ready in half an hour (or even longer), plus the line gets incredibly long and moves slowly under the blazing afternoon sun. It's a gamble to find a good time to buy chicken. Honestly, it was much better when they served customers inside La Esperanza.
Delicious chicken, but I feel like it's getting saltier every time.
The chicken is delicious, but then the service is very slow.
The chicken was delicious and everything, but it's terrible that the company only leaves one worker on the holiday weekend. The man does everything—he cooks, serves, and gets paid—poor guy! Shame on you for not hiring more people!
Yesterday, September 1st, the staff on the evening shift were awful; they refused to serve me, even though the place was full of rotisserie chickens. They were quite sexist and pushy. The parking lot was very narrow.
El señor que atiende es muy déspota!
The service from the man was terrible; a young man from La Esperanza was buying a chicken and he took an awfully long time just to give them an order of cold fries.
The chicken is halfway decent, but the mashed potatoes and gravy are horrible. Seriously, the mashed potatoes are so horrible, and the gravy is disgusting.
Terrible service, I was knocking on the place to get help and they ignored me and I could hear them cutting chicken and another one could be seen in the background and they ignored me, they never helped me.
Yesterday I bought a free-range chicken, it was spoiled, and it had a bad smell and taste. We went back to complain, and they tyrannically refunded my money and gave that same chicken to the next customer behind me, who was unaware of the situation. I find it inconceivable that they don't care whether someone gets sick or not and just give out chicken without meeting quality and health standards. Be careful with what you are sold, because you could very well be given something that someone else has chewed on or that's rotten.
There's no variety! I'm already bored with the same flavor!
