The food is very good but the service leaves a lot to be desired. We have been there twice and ordered to go and they never tell us that our order is ready. They can keep you there waiting for a long time and they never let you know, until you ask. That is really bad. We think that the first time it was unintentional, but today my boyfriend was left there waiting and getting wet from the rain and they didn't even let us know, and they didn't give us any dressings or anything, so they have two points that they have a lot to improve.

The burgers are delicious, and honestly, the prices are great for what you get. But their service leaves a lot to be desired. It's unbelievable that they take 30 minutes or more for a burger when there aren't any other customers! And their delivery service is useless! Almost a two-hour wait! Because of the service, they lose everything!

The flavor is fine, nothing extraordinary, but be sure to go and prune with a lot of patience, 1 hour, because they are sloooow and disorganized like few I have ever seen.
