I find it strange that there are such bad reviews. They've probably changed management or we just got lucky. It took no more than five minutes for our food to be delivered after we ordered. Everything was delicious with sufficient portions. The place is spacious and clean. It's located midway along the river.

They have a good variety of dishes, especially for lunch; they're hearty and delicious. I recommend trying the ones that include enchiladas, as they're quite tasty and large. The daily specials are also worthwhile and very affordable. The drinks are a bit pricey, so I recommend spending more on food than on drinks. The service isn't the fastest, but it is friendly. The food does take a little while to arrive, but it's worth the wait. It's best to arrive early at the river and camping area so you can go eat around 12 or 1 pm.

They have enough variety to eat, and in fact, the food is better that the little stands of quesadillas around. If you want something better, you will have to drive 1 hour back to the nearest city.

The food is good, the prices aren't high, but the wait time, service, and attention from the waiters aren't good; the food takes a while to arrive, and the waiters often treat you in an unfriendly manner.

The food, without a doubt, is excellently seasoned. However, the wait times are excessively long. The restaurant wasn't very busy, and it took 20 minutes to take our order, giving us about an hour to get our food. The tables next to us were left dirty and the previous customer's plates weren't cleared away until someone else sat down (which took a long time), and the floor looked quite dirty.

Fuy de vacaciones con mi familia y no nos quisoeron atender. No era horario de cerrar y tratamos de ser amables como tenian mucha gente. Pero cuando les pedi de favor los menus me isieron mala cara y nos ignoraban. Lo unico que me faltaba que me discriminaran en mi propio pais. Los gringos tenian toda la atencion. Si quieren que los traten mal bayan y si quieren buen siervicio y buena comida bayan a las palomas mas arriva ellos si saben atender.

The waitress has a bad temper, the food is very simple and tasteless, it lacks salt and seasoning, the cheese for the chilaquiles and enchiladas is grated cheese (for fruit), the green chilaquiles taste very sour, the portions of stews for quesadillas, sopes and tlacoyos are too small and tasteless

The food was horrible, the enchiladas were served with super cold tortillas and when the waiter was notified they just heated the sauce and put it on top, the tacos dorados were not at all crispy and the chicken had no flavor, the chilaquiles were served with half raw tortilla chips and the water was only colored and had no flavor other than natural water (it didn't even have sugar)

I was there less than a month ago, and the only redeeming feature of the restaurant is the view. We ate there on a Friday, it was nearly empty, and the service was terrible. Their daily set menu was savory, and the tortillas were the worst I've ever had. They were supposedly "handmade," but they were incredibly thick and seemed like they'd been made the day before; even reheating them didn't make them any easier. Their water pitcher was just painted on; it tasted like nothing. I don't recommend it. It's better to bring your own food.

They never paid attention to us, they served other tables that arrived later, we told them, the waiters ignored us, I don't know if they are paid very poorly, they are angry but it is definitely not an option to eat

Terrible service, over an hour waiting for a plate of three quesadillas, there are no more than 30 people in the place and it takes too long, the waiters are inattentive, and the restroom service leaves much to be desired.
