Before moving our here last time I went to this McDonald's was around 2016 and it WAS AWFUL! Since moving out here at the beginning of this year I have never had a problem since. Food is good, staff is nice, and service is just exemplary every time I go in there. Extra kudos to whichever GM went in there and cleaned that place up!

Our little corner of south Toledo doesn't have a ton of fast food options, so this McDonald's is almost always hopping. They recently remodeled and updated their drive through menus. In the past, it's been hit or miss with the freshness of food. But I've been really surprised with my last few visits! Fresh fries. Hot, juicy burgers. I think they've finally got a solid team and it's allowing them to keep the line flowing smoothly. I'm tentatively giving this location 5 stars because of how much they've improved their game in recent months. Fingers crossed they keep up the momentum!

I was here Thursday September 5th at about 3 pm. I ordered two quarter pounders buy one get one for a dollar. The total came out to be 5.84. When I had waited for about ten minutes inside order my food was messed up I had ketchup, mustard,extra onions and no pickles. The first sandwich was right and the other sandwich was wrong. I let them know immediately and my order was fixed immediately with an apology for their mistake. My personal feelings on this Mc Donald's was that it's an extremely nice building for the area it's in. It does seem to stick out quite a lot. The staff worked very hard to work as a team and accomplish the goal of keeping customers happy and their food hot and delicious. Very good 👍

Pretty decent location. I used the drive thru and they offered two lanes to order. The line went pretty fast in my opinion and they have an extra window to hand out orders to keep the line moving. The staff was pretty friendly and from the outside, looked pretty clean.

I went ahead and placed the order on the mobile app went through the drive-through to pick it up got sent to the second window waited until the food came out once I had my food I had took off when realizing that I was missing my fountain drinks had to go back and picked up drinks just to get home and realize that I’m missing food as well 🤦🏻‍♀️

Food came out really fast honestly. Also the lady who gave us the order was the most amazing lady. She had the best smile and she was so customer friendly she needs a raise. She honestly made my day by just the way she smiled. Reminded me of my mom. Food was kinda old

I would post my experience of the food but they never made my order. Placed an online order at 1:43 get there to pick my food up at 2:07 so 24 minutes later I got off work at 2. They didn’t answer the speaker multiple times (I waited a good few minutes between saying hello) so I pulled around to the window the first kid was rude to me like It was my fault they didn’t answer the speaker then got another person to take care of me who said they didn’t make my order and proceeded to tell me the reason was because they switched over to breakfast at 2 ok than why wasn’t my order made when I placed it before you switched over to breakfast again my order was placed at 1:43. Trash didn’t even offer to switch me to breakfast meals just said he couldn’t make it and he cancelled the order

I came through the drive thru for breakfast like I've done dozens of times using the mobile app and was told that they couldn't acknowledge my deal after the deal went through. Was told that the manager couldn't make an adjustment to honor the deal and that I would have to either pay full price or get out of their line so I decided to leave. Both managers simply said that it's a dollar sandwich and the won't do it.

Just went through the drive thru 10 mins ago I get home , I orders 3 5$ bundles I have everything but my nuggets tried calling the store but nobody answered only one of my kids eat nuggets, an she didnt get them I spent 27$ an didnt get my shit! Having people want 30-40 minutes in the drive through is ridiculous. Just say you’re closed or close the drive through. Nothing there should take 45min to cook

This place always wants you to put in a mobile order just to tell you to cancel and reput in your order because they don't see it on there end this has happened to me 5 times now in a row. They need to get there selfs together take orders like your suppose to do if your systems are messed up

I had a DoorDash order I was trying to pick up from your restaurant. I walked into the lobby like I usually do, but the employee very rudely told me the lobby was closed and that I had to use the drive-through. After sitting in the drive-through line for several minutes, I called the store to ask for help. Instead of helping, the employee started arguing with me about why it was taking so long to get to the speaker. I asked her several times to stop arguing with me, but she kept going. After waiting about 10 minutes, I called again, and that’s when she told me she told her employee not to serve me at all and that I wouldn’t be given the order. I’ve never dealt with such a hostile and unprofessional employee before, and it caused a huge issue with completing the customer’s order.

Went through the drive thru and first time they said “online only”. Went and placed my order on the app, went back through the drive thru and no one answered at the speaker, went to the window to see if they didn’t hear us and the woman was rude and barked at us to go back through the drive thru where -you guessed it- no one answered . Horrible service every time if you even get service at all

This is the only restaurant that can not follow online orders. This is the second time. Large Caramel Iced Coffee no ice add 18 extra cream and caramel drizzle.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would!!! I went here today waited at the drive-thru speaker for about 10 minutes and nobody would answer me then a lady pulled up next to me and they took her order right away while still not answering me while I'm trying to say hello, did you get someone's attention.. my boyfriend went in to get our food he was in there about 20 minutes. The lady took forever to make iced coffee which should take about 2 minutes max. My boyfriend said that the employees were too busy taking turns going outside smoking weed and couldn't do anyone's order correct. The picture below is the fish sandwich they gave us with one little drop of tartar sauce on it literally one bite of the sandwich has tartar sauce on it the rest is plain. Whoever is managing this place should be ashamed honestly I couldn't imagine running a place like this as careless as they are!!!
