Delicious Birria.
Very tasty, generous portions, only the street where it's located is very narrow and parking is a bit difficult. But the food is well worth the inconvenience. I came on Friday, January 3rd at 11:00 am; I imagine it's much busier on weekends.

Delicious beef and goat birria. Large tortillas and generous portions. The pot coffee is delicious. The quality of the cheese is good, which often makes the difference between a deli dish and a chewy one. The staff is very friendly and the space is very clean. It makes you feel at home :)

The food is delicious, and the portions are large. The only downside was the waitress, who was very careless and made a mistake with the order. Overall, I would return, but they should improve their staff training.
Considering that there are hardly any places in Toluca that offer good food, well... This one is at least clean. As for a typical Jalisco birria, I'd give it a 3 out of 10 because the broth is so thick it's like atole! And the shredded meat looks like it's for tamales. As for the price... I think they're overcharging with the price of a liter of agua fresca at $75.
