El Copo Toluca de Lerdo Reviews
Quiero volver a comentar y calificar a Pan Copo.

Delicious bread, lots of options, excellent prices
Traditional bread in downtown Toluca. They've been making bread for a long time, with a very distinct flavor. The price is in line with the size and quality. Highly recommended rolls—small in size but with great flavor.
Super Pan !!!!
Ok
Excellent quality 👌🏻 In addition, this bakery in the city has been around for many years, which I understand has been passed down from generation to generation, ideal for a delicious coffee and a delicious bread
Excellent bread with a wide variety, delicious flavor, and not to mention the pies! The experience at this traditional bakery in Toluca is evident. The bread tastes artisanal and is delicious. They also have gelatin, milk, pastries, and everything is delicious. It's a must-visit if you're in downtown Toluca. And now they have a branch in downtown Metepec, just a block from the handicrafts street on Avenida Estado de México. Very good bread!
A very good bakery, steeped in tradition, and the pastries they sell are delicious and affordable. Most people know it and go there every day to buy something. The service is excellent, and the people are very friendly, especially because they are fans of the city's team, Club Deportivo Toluca. I recommend shopping there.
I like it because you can order in advance and pay by card. The bread is warm in the morning. What I don't like is that they hardly have any cakes or large gelatin desserts.
Very good bread, recommended by. Flavor and price. It is also in the historic center of Toluca. It is a traditional bakery. Cakes at affordable prices. Try the flaky stuffed chiles, unique in Toluca. The snowy ones and the very delicious meringues.
Only the Telera is delicious, and they're made too small now. The bread is always cold and dry, like it's been a day. It's no longer the same quality as before, neither in terms of product nor service.
I placed an online order for pizza dough and bread pieces, the morning shift and delivery date were set, when I called some young ladies answered and with mocking laughter they canceled my order arguing that it appears in their system with a different date, to which I replied that it was a mistake since I have a screenshot of the evidence and they hung up on me.
I placed an order for 20 large rolls and received pieces of varying sizes, and seven of them were "bofos." I suggest they improve quality control to avoid this and ensure a good product. The only thing I can say is that the bread tasted good, but it's disappointing that they charge the same price for products of different sizes, as only one piece measured 11 cm in diameter, while the others were between 7 and 8 cm.
I feel that sadly since Mr. Felipe is no longer in charge, their service and quality has gone downhill. For example, before their 3 milk cakes were delicious and now they are just okay. I thought of bringing one for a friend's birthday, remembering that delicious flavor, and well, I was disappointed because the cake lacked flavor :(
Super mal servicio, el personal no tiene comunicación. Fui a encargar el pastel con casi dos semanas de anticipación y al final me dijeron que no podían hacerlo :/
IT IS A PITY THAT AT ITS TIME IT WAS A VERY GOOD BUSINESS, THE PRODUCT THEY PRODUCED WAS OF EXCELLENT QUALITY AND FLAVOR, TODAY IT IS BETWEEN BAD AND ALMOST REGULAR, ESPECIALLY THE TELERAS, VERY BOFOS, FLUFFY ROLLS, AND THE SWEET ONE IS THE SAME, AS WELL AS THE SWEET BREAD. IN TERMS OF CUSTOMER SERVICE, THIS BUSINESS IS LATE, DUE TO ITS LOCATION, IT SEEMS TO HAVE MORE POTENTIAL TO COVER AN ENTIRE REGION AND DISTRIBUTION TO GO OUT AND SELL TO STORES AND BUSINESSES, FOR EXAMPLE, IT WOULD HELP WITH THE SALE OF BREAD IN MISCELLARIES LIKE THE ONE ON TEXCOCO STREET, CORNER OF SULTEPEC, IF IT EXPANDS, THE PEOPLE WHO TRADITIONALLY GO TO AND HAVE PRODUCTS SEASONAL SUCH AS PAMBAZO, BOLILLO, PUFF PASTRY, ROSCAS, MARINAS, EMPANADAS, CHURROS BOLOBANES BREAD FOR MINI PIZZA, TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE FACT THAT IT IS A PLACE WITH AN EXCELLENT LOCATION ALONG THE WAY ON AVENIDA S. LERDO DE TEJADA
Today I picked up an order for my cake, which I ordered black forest cake. According to the filling, it is strawberry jam, which the cake would have, and the filling is chantilly that they sent me, which completely changes my order. Besides, the cake bread is super dry and hard. I do not recommend it.
The business has changed management. Before, it was run by the owner's son, who was very friendly, but now a woman works there in the afternoons, and she's very rude. She doesn't know how to give accurate product information and justifies it by saying she's not a pastry chef. It's clear the business isn't the same as before; there are fewer and fewer products, and what they do have isn't as fresh as it used to be. What a shame 😞
The bread is just okay; the white bread goes stale very quickly and doesn't last until the next day. And the service is terrible—there's a woman they call "La Güera" (Lucila) who's always in a bad mood. She's rude to the staff and customers, and if she's in a bad mood, she throws the bread around. They should pay attention to these kinds of details. For now, I won't be going back to that place.
