Stopped by BWW Tomball today for a cold beer & Chicken Parmigiana sandwich with fries. This is one of the best special sandwiches that BWW offers! Definitely recommend this one!

This place is good. It's known for their chicken wings and watching sports. It's a chain restaurant so expect the corporate mentality. My only negative at Buffalo Wild Wings is that they are over priced a lot of times on their food. The food is delicious but you're gonna pay a lot for it. They do have happy hour and daily specials but I you have to know what those are happening so you can come during those times. My favorite sauce is the Caribbean Jerk. I don't know why, but I love that flavor.

This has become a regular eating place for my family. I have 2 boys and they love the wings and playing trivia at the restaurant. Prices are good, food is good and the atmosphere is great (especially if you are into sports). Most times this locations food is nice and hot although the last time we went it was a little disappointing (food was just warm). The place needs some renovations, for example the last time we went we were placed in a booth that has seats that were ripped (see images). Still a fun place to visit, good food and a good experience!

When we first arrived the atmosphere was good. There was music playing and it was good conversation being had. As time went on they turned off the music and it was taken over my the TV. It was so loud I could hear the conversation I was trying to have with my dinner mate. Service was horrible he took our drink order. Then didn't come back. I had to flag him down 8 minutes later to take out appetizers order. Then he never came back waited 15 minutes then flagged him down to take our order. He took my dinner mates drink and forgot to bring it back. Waited for our food. For 30 minutes if not more. I wouldn't recommend this location.

Overall, our experience at the restaurant was mixed. While the bartender provided exceptional service, the quality of the food did not meet our expectations. The wings were disappointingly dry and overcooked, failing to deliver the juicy and succulent taste we were hoping for. On a positive note, the beers that we ordered were satisfying and served at the perfect temperature. Despite the food falling short, the friendly and polite demeanor of the bartender made the experience more pleasant.

Not sure what happened, used to always go here and it WAS THE SPOT! Something changed a lot of the food is now overdone and dry, small portions, $15 for 10 boneless wings and they give you this. Dining in it is about the same, dry and overcooked. They may have changed vendors/recipe for their chicken, just sad that when you had a local place you enjoyed going to and can’t have the same feeling you did years ago because it’s either a hit or miss.

I hate leaving negative reviews, but this location has been on a decline. The service is great, but the lack of meal items and preparation is astonishing. From food items to drinks, they are always short on something. Today for some odd reason, they were out of ranch. How does that even happen at a wing place?

Food was slow to come out, which is fine but main course came out incomplete(burger was missing potato wedges as a side) and what was delivered wasn't fresh. When wedges were delivered 5 min later, they were also not fresh. Service was mediocre but when asked about the food I let them know the wedges were cold, so he agreed to remove them from the order, which was evidently just a credit for the $1 upcharge for subbing wedges instead of fries. Order online so I wouldn’t have to wait. I arrive at restaurant five minutes after they said it would be ready, Waited 20 more extra minutes in the restaurant was towed twice that they are preparing it but when I received food, it was totally cold boxes said it was ready 30 minutes prior to me arriving. I could only assume waitress was worried about tea was not takeout food.. This place sucks not the first issue I had with them. I wouldn’t have been here if my daughter didn’t order it online. Your time is precious, don’t waste it here. We ordered two BUNDLES, and extra potato wedges. We were given only one of the two full bags - trusting things were somewhat checked on prior - as I should be able to as a paying customer. The chicken dippers were INEDIBLE, the boneless wings we did receive had no sauce on them and weren’t in the bag we received. Upon calling to see what could be done, they wanted US to drive back 30 minutes there and 30 minutes back for their mistake instead of refunding at least for what we missed out on. We were told a manager would call us back but of course never did. All around disastrous and ruined an afternoon - after waiting over 45 minutes past the original promised pickup window of 2:00-2:10.

I ordered wings and cheesecake online through their website. They charged my account, go to pick up food and tell me they no longer have cheesecake. Then they tell me it will refund to my account in 5 days. I get upset about this, no customer service to make their mistakes right. I get things happen but what happened to management taking care of customers when they make their mistakes. They hold my money for five days and I said I work hard for my money and the manger says “we all do”. Totally misses the point of it’s their mistake so make it right. I had to ask how he would make it right and he offers a gift card for the price of the cheesecake, really. Gift card so I can come back in to a place that doesn’t value customer service! What happened to the day when managers would comp something for their mistakes? BW3 will lose my business! And but the time everything was settled the freaking good was cold. Highly disappointed.

This review is not my typical, I try to be positive, but today's dining experience was horrible, if 0 were an option that is what I would choose. Everything was so slow and then my chicken came out off temperature/not even warm! The food was terrible. The experience was terrible. By the time the redo of my order came out we had to leave. (It was now at the 1 and a half hour mark). So basically I ate potato wedges and carrots. This isn't the first time we had an awful experience here. Just thought maybe things had changed. They were not even that busy, maybe at half capacity. Manager never came over, even though the waitress talked to him. For an adult and a child I paid almost $50, ridiculous! We will not be back at this location. Beyond disappointing.

I normally don't leave negative reviews but I feel like the management should read about this. I ordered a chicken ceaser salad and the meat ( which was cut into) was completely uncooked. We did get a discount on our meal however it's very upsetting because I know the food should be checked before being sent out. I'm very thankful for our wonderful server I wish I could remember her name, Kate or Ashley maybe? She was so helpful for the situation and very kind. When we went to check out the woman at the front with a blue cast was extremely rude. She cut me off multiple times, blatantly ignored us and was very short. She got through 3 different groups of people before helping us. When she finally found time for us she said " what do you want" we asked for a bag and she said " hold on" and went to do something else. Before getting the bag for us she proceeded to ask why we left no tip. (I directly handed cash to our server because I wanted to make sure she got it). There was a guy sitting behind us for to go orders and when he was handed his food he let the same woman know it was cold and she also was very rude to him. I also read through some reviews after and I've seen other people complaining about the same woman.

I hate to do this, and I am usually very generous with reviews, but this was not edible. Wings were dry and hard as a rock, more than likely old and re-fried. Fries were hot, but again, hard and stale so probably old and re-fried. Counting my losses on the money wasted but would not recommend.

I purchased one 15 pack of wings and redeemed points for another 15 pack of wings. I tried ordering online, which online I can get four packs of carrots for each 15 pack at no extra charge. However, their system kept clocking and would not process the card. I ended up getting charged extra for carrots. I am heating up the second 14 pack now. Yes, I meant to type in 14. I ordered two 15 packs and got 14 wings in each one. I am not going to get wing from this location again.

Sucks to be pregnant and craving wings just to receive them like this; my first try at this location. I tried to contact the store after four tries the manager didn’t even seem apologetic to the condition of their wings. There’s no way that this is their daily way of making wings as seemingly stated. They are so hard and dried out. I will stick to cypress location. I have never had this problem. My money is now wasted; but figured I’d make a review in case this location needs a “made fresh request”. Hopefully it gets bette.
