The unsweet peach tea is the best! I had gone to the other location on louetta, and the tea was so bad I couldn't even drink it. So I will take the extra time to drive over here because it is always fresh, and taste fantastic!

Loved the price! And the tea tasted amazing. From 2-4 they have happy hour which is when their tea is half off. 10/10 I recommend.

Wow they have so many flavors of great tea. Our favorite is the Georgia Peach Tea. I will definitely return. The tea is not weak either and a great price.

I was not expecting that experience! They have so many delicious teas to sample and then you create your own tea mix! Highly recommend it! I had the sweet coconut with chai and orange slices!

First off I love tea and they won me over and this is my first time coming here so many flavors and types. Sweet zero and texas chi was the best I tried. It's very nice inside and the people are nice as well

Nice place! Friendly staff, fair prices, and dang near every tea flavor imaginable. Wish they had more sugar substitute options but not a must for everybody. Minus one star for the very sticky floor.

A year ago I would have given 5 stars They changed the happy hour from half off to BOGO - that is fine but they are not upfront with this A friend picked up the tea and it was full price and they did NOT offer the “extra” free drink or share the info on the new pricing/offer

Tea is 5 stars; service is 1 star. 75% of the time I get a sweet version when I clearly order an unsweet and that’s what they repeat back. I don’t understand!

I have visiting this location weekly since they opened and the last few months the service has gone down and the gallon teas I have been getting are bad the next day. I pay over $7 for a gallon of tea I might be able to drink a 1/4 of. You guys have to do better. I really liked going there in beginning but not anymore. Overpriced for bad tea.

Took my kids there for the first time (new to the area) tea was great but the customer service was not! Nobody greeted us when we walked in. Since we’ve never been I wasn’t sure how it worked so when I had to ask a employee that had walked right past us not once but twice, he looked at me with disappointment and he didn’t sound thrilled to have to tell me either. Might be awhile before we try again!

I'll start with I LOVE HTEAO. But I have had so many issues at this location. I got a tea gallon last time and it was rancid the next day. I cane again today. The Lil kid with braces employee gave me attitude from the beginning. Cause he gave me a tea that expire on the 18. Today is the 17. I wanted a fresher one. Then my cold coffee was disgusting. Ye didn't want to remake it ir give me a refund. I will drive 30 minutes out of my way to go to Spring from here on out the manager was very nice.

Another quick, AKA fast food place to where you are felt that they are the customer and that we are lucky that they are existing place to get drinks... When you pull up to the drive-thru, can I help you in a tone as in you're disturbing them?..... They just open up the drive-thru glass and look at you as if in you know what to do.... They hand you their drinks after they charge a card and just shut the window. Not even a thank you... You're better served just brewing your own

I’ve been here a handful of times and every other time has been wonderful but this time was absolutely ridiculous. I went through the drive-through & ordered a gallon and two beverages. They didn’t even ring in and make one of them and then they put ice on the other one after I specifically asked for no ice. Knowing that they heard my order simply not wanting to make a drink & laughing about it at the window saying oops was just disappointing then with a complete attitude and the guy at the window was just like “OK whatever” and then proceeded to tell me well she put ice in it anyway, and it was too late , if he would’ve offered to remake it with no ice, I would’ve been fine, but the fact that he just laughed and gave me attitude and made excuses to my face and made me feel ridiculous being a customer. I can spend my money somewhere else as well as my friends we don’t need to order from this place if it’s going to be like that. Customer service is a must. You can keep your tea and we can go somewhere else way better with employee's who actually care about their customers.
