Marco's Pizza

Abby was kind and informative. It was my first time trying Marco's Pizza and she guided me through the menu and offered suggestions. I will be back.

Tasty pizza, well that's a certain. In order to create a tasty pizza one cannot simply gather ingredients of a high quality and fresh nature alone, no. It takes a little spirit, a handful of magic, and just a dash of whimsy. Fan favorites like Sausage, Pepperoni, and plain Cheese you got it. Feeling more adventurous then maybe try a Chicken laiden Hawaiian Pizza, the Chicken Bacon Ranch, The Meat Extravaganza, The 5 cheese, I could go on. Marcos is not your cookie cutter chain pizza place, the food is good, the selection of sides and other items is great and there's a nice selection. If you're looking for a new place to try then I'd say go for it. Def worth it.

I really do like this place. Cheese bread was so cheesy! They had a special. 1 large pizza with 1 topping, cheesy bread and a cinnamon bread dessert with icing under $20.00. It was good and more bang for the buck.

I have ordered from her a couple times with no issues, then I ordered a pick up order for myself on the way home during the week last week. I waited a long time for my pizza after I was told it would be ready in 20 min and can see why. There were about 4 young employees that look like they were in training. Boss felt like he had to do it all to get the overflow of calls down so he could train properly. What struck me was the time he did take to apologize for the time it has taken me to wait for pizza. I can relate- It's hard this time of period in this country to even hire someone, we all need to practice our patience...the Pizza was hot and yummy. Will definitely pick up this pizza again!

I love Marco's pizza. This place looks clean. The only thing, and this happens to many pizza franchises, is that when you order through the app for delivery they never bring the right Pizza, 90% of the time I ask for 3 different types of pizza they bring one wrong pizza. So now I just go and pick-up the pizza to make sure everything is as I said.

I love Marco's pizza. This place looks clean. The only thing, and this happens to many pizza franchises, is that when you order through the app for delivery they never bring the right Pizza, 90% of the time I ask for 3 different types of pizza they bring one wrong pizza. So now I just go and pick-up the pizza to make sure everything is as I said.

So far I’ve had a great experience ordering on the app and the delivery people have been very nice! However, I’m not really sure what’s going on when I order “The Works” pizza. I’ve ordered it twice from here, and both times it’s as if they cooked the meat and cheese together but then threw the veggies on top and sent it out. The last time I ordered it, I opened the box and was like, “Did they even cook this??” When we picked up the pieces, the toppings would just fall off and there was nothing to hold it together. Very different from the Spring Cypress location. This location is still new and I know there’s new stuff to work out, so I’m gonna give it a little more time before I order from here again.

Marcos has had a running special $3 off any specialty pizza, but refused to honor it for my mother last week. Not sure what happened but 3 bucks is 3 bucks and while I do enjoy the convenience and product from Marcos, I do make a pretty mean pizza myself.

This is a new location, so I’m sure some kinks are just getting worked out with new employees. Ordered 2 pizzas, one was ok, but the plain cheese pizza had burned cheese and it just tasted old and tough like it had been microwaved from a few days earlier. And the cinnamon squares were also super tough. Marcos is one of my favorite pizza places, so we will probably just go to the location we usually do and come back a later time. Hope it gets better.

When pizza was delivered, the entire pizza was squished to one side of the box and toppings of the garden side of the pizza were tossed off. Some of the pieces were under other pieces. I left a 40% tip through the app when I ordered so I’m very disappointed. Next time I’ll give another pizza company a shot.

When he came to the door, he handed me the 3 pizzas we ordered and then a bag with a salad we ordered. I looked down at the salad and saw there wasn’t any chicken on it, which we paid extra for. I asked the driver, “Oh is the chicken for the salad in another box or something?” He seemed annoyed and said, “I don’t know” as he walked back to his car (knowing I just gave him a $13 tip). When I got inside, I realized that there was no chicken, and 2 of the 3 pizzas we ordered were made incorrectly. I called the store and waited on hold for 10 minutes. I hung up and called again, never made it off the recording. I called the 2 nearest Marco’s and asked if they were owned by the same people so that I could maybe speak to a manager. While they were nice, they couldn’t help me. Next time I’ll just order for pick up from one of those.

They told me to not rely on the tracker even though the website and email instructs your to use the tracker to find out when your order is ready. The tracker in the past has updated when I use delivery, so I’m just confused and disappointed. I think if you go into the restaurant and order then stay there till it’s ready, you’ll be ok. But I will not be ordering with them any time soon. At least until they are able to update there “tracking system”.

Not the store. The stupid website. I have placed all my orders online at the store 500yds away. Marcos website under my log in, picked a store 30 min away . Their website ant handle holding your store like Dominos or Pizza Hut. Pizza is ready. We are 30 min away. Then 30 min back. 1 hour for ready pizza. Guess I am ordering Domino's moving forward. This is a bad mistake for $90 worth of wasted pizza. Fix the website. Seriously...
