My family and I came in when it was DOWN pouring looking for somewhere to eat and wait for the rain to die down. This is the best place to go! Libby was our server tonight she was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! I wish I can give more stars all her tables and front was packed and she was the only one on floor she made everyone’s night great! Our pizzas were on time and came and checked in on us made sure we were feeling “at home” there was a soccer team too she took care of them 110% percent WOULD DEFINITELY COME BACK AGAIN! thank you Pizza Hut! ❤️🍕

The lady who helped me was very kind to me and gave me the box. I appreciate her empathy and kindness. we need more people like her. I have also bought pizza before and I love the service they provide me every time I go.

We had such a great family night out at Pizza Hut Monday night! The pizzas were a hit with everyone, and those cheese sticks? Gone in minutes! But what really made our evening special was our server, Libby. She was so patient and kind with the kids, making sure we had everything we needed. It felt like she was part of our family for the night. Definitely a place we'll be coming back to, thanks to the yummy food and Libby's amazing service!"

We greatly enjoyed our dining experience in this Pizza Hut in Tomball. Rather than getting the pizza delivered, we chose to go inside and eat. Our pepperoni mushroom pizza was delicious. The gentleman who served us was very polite and attentive. He made sure our order was accurate and the meal was great. Condiments were on the table. The restaurant was very clean and had nice decor. We’ll be going back for sure.

Long over due review. We come here for the authentic dine in Pizza Hut experience. The pizza is always top notch and the service is unbeatable. I recommend Sunday lunch hr! The kids and I really enjoy it every time and you would too. Order on the app or website and they have a large one topping special that's affordable the way pizza used to be before inflation hit.

There are few dine-in Pizza Huts left & this is a good one. We dined in on a Thursday night when it was not crowded. This Pizza Hut Main Street location is a clean, comfortable & spacious place, perfect for big families or groups. Service was a bit slow, but the waittress was nice & attentive & our pizza was yummy.Their take-out & delivery service was very busy. The only downside was that they only offer bottled drinks, not self-serve, the print on the menu was much too small to read, & they don't appear to have a liquor license. But it was a good experience & we will be back.

My son and I went in and picked up our order. McKenzie, the employee working had the food ready. We ate inside, First time ever eating inside Tomball's pizza hut. We didn't plan on eating inside at first but we did. McKenzie brought us some ice in paper cups and also plates to sit and eat with. Totally cool move. She was friendly and helpful. The store its self was spotless. The pizza and cheese sticks were the best we have had in a very long time. We previously have been Dominoes fans. We will be going back to the Pizza Hut in Tomball. I sure hope our order gets prepared by McKenzie, the only employee we saw that day. Top notch give her a raise!

Not friendly at all Didn't have black olives & still tried to charge me for the addition. Order not ready when I got here, nor did they tell me anything so I just waited. Very unprofessional

Tasted great! It's just all 4 pizzas were cut very crookedly! Half of the pizzas were large slices that had to be recut and the other half small thin slices.

Yall sent me a pizza that has been EATEN before it got to me. Disgusting. While also being an HOUR LATE for delivery with no way to contact anyone. I want my money back.

I ordered tavern style pizza, they made me a thin crust pizza. Once I saw the issue, told the cashier that isn't my order. She said or tavern style is basically the thin crust pizza, they just didn't cut the sides off. If I wanted to order thin crust, I would've ordered a thin crust. They didn't want to make me a new pizza. Pure laziness. If I ordered food that on the menu, I am expecting to get what I ordered, not what they felt like making for me. Please train your employees better. This isn't good for business.

One of the employees is stealing doordash orders i wetness it with my own eyes. He's a middle age man heavy build and balding. And when I went to ask about my order he proceeded to talk about politics and how he dosnt want people from California to come over to texas and Bring and bring there political veiws here which made me uncomfortable. Do not go here do not order here if he is comfortable stealing orders imagine what he's comfortable doing to your food

One star, disappointed on how this location hires anyone, weird BIG fellow started getting political while clocked in, if that were me I would’ve been fired in an instant, putting politics to the side it shouldn’t even be a conversation between a worker and a costumer, not only that but it has been brought to my attention that he also LOVES to steal orders from poor door-dashers all the time and that’s pretty messed up, if I were the manager I would’ve fired him immediately due to bringing politic views towards COSTUMERS, I hope he’s either fired or in better behavior because that’s just not right and violates work policies.

Ordered delivery, food came in wrong Spent next 30 minutes trying to get in touch with store and online staff. Who could not look my number up for the order number Will never order Pizza Hut again

Sit down with family at 8pm in the dining room on Friday night. At 8:10pm we were told that the dining room is closed that we would have to leave. The lady said she needs to clean instead of serving us. Dining room closes at 9pm it says it everywhere. Didn't ask us if we want to order and take it to go. Just kicked us out. If you can't handle your job quit and go find something else.
