A restaurant with a terrace is located in a historic location near the Isabella Bridge. Do you know who this bridge over the Po River is named after? The bridge is named after Princess Isabella of Savoy. Isabella was born in Turin in 1591. She was the daughter of the King of Savoy, and her mother was from the Spanish Habsburg dynasty. At 15, Isabella married and gave birth to 14 children, dying in childbirth at age 35. Princess Isabella was involved in charity work, helping people on her own. The people loved her dearly. Today, there are descendants of Princess Isabella living in Brazil. This bridge, which we admire in the evenings with its beautiful lighting, is named after Princess Isabella of Savoy. The restaurant's atmosphere is perfect for relaxing. There are beautiful views of the Po River and the evening illumination of the Isabella Bridge! There are several rooms inside, and it's exceptionally clean! This restaurant is well-respected and loved by the locals, so it's recommended to call ahead and reserve a seat. I loved the menu. Our order arrived very quickly, despite our large group. The waiters were polite and friendly. I thank the manager, Nadezhda, and wish them continued prosperity and growth. I wish all visitors a pleasant stay and positive energy.

For me, one of the best places in Turin, not only for the beautiful terrace and the panoramic view of the Isabella Bridge, but also because the music is great, and they make really good cocktails upon request. I recommend it primarily for couples, but also for groups of friends. Go, it's really lovely. You'll gain weight with a €10 drink.

The place is great for a drink, the atmosphere is very nice with DJ set and a great view point on the Po river. Recommend to eat at home and come for a drink because the quality of the food doesn’t match the price. Overall we had good experience, the price for drinks is fair. Don’t forget to reserve a table because during the weekend it’s quite full.

Terrible New Year's Eve dinner. The only redeeming features were the lovely location with a view of the Po River and the DJ after-party. A clear example of disorganization in the kitchen. A €90 menu, accompanied entirely by cold and practically pre-made dishes. It still took over an hour to get the first appetizer, and by midnight we were still on the second course, ending up skipping the cotechino (which never arrived) and eating dessert standing up with the terrace crowded with people dancing. Only one bathroom for the entire place caused inconvenience, and even the terrace area wasn't properly heated. I don't recommend it for large events, as they clearly exceeded their capacity.

The place was very nice at first, but it got to the point quickly. I booked a table two weeks in advance for my birthday. They told me reservations could only be made after 10:30 PM, which was fine. Two days before, I reconfirmed the reservation, as it was for a table for 20 people. They told me I'd arrived too late because the reservation was for 10:00 PM, so they told me they'd prepare another table for me. Meanwhile, they told me the entrance fee per person would be €10 each, but I hadn't been told this over the phone either. They prepared two separate tables for me, and there was a mess organizing the tables because they'd also included other people. I wonder why you organize so poorly just to make money? At the end, I brought the 2kg cake. I told them I'd take the remaining half home... but it was thrown away. I'll leave the comments to you. Since it won't let me write a review, I'm replying here because I want it to stay online and not floating around. In the meantime, I've been reading every review, and you're using a different tone than all the other reviews. I advise you to avoid always writing that you're sorry if you attack the customer after just one more word. I would never have complained online, but I would have come to the restaurant, but seeing that it's not worth it, I preferred to act differently. You're an owner, you should know how to deal with negative comments from customers. Unfortunately, here, 90% are negative... and moreover, you say that I didn't pay the €10... it was paid, and I also bought you two extra bottles of wine, so don't get involved. For my part, everything was reiterated from the beginning, but for you, that wasn't the case. Regarding the €10, nothing was said, especially not on the phone, and it is fair to reiterate that the €10 is mandatory. In all of this, I recommend you take inspiration from these reviews because already a lot of people don't come there... but until proven otherwise, the place is yours. Good luck!

Not a recommended experience. I went to celebrate a birthday, but it's an experience you can avoid. The prices aren't commensurate with the service, the drinks were delivered in plastic cups, and the space upstairs is quite small. To put it simply, I don't want to say more. The staff at this place is few and far between, and truly rude. Would I recommend it to a friend? Zero.

Extremely disorganized. They don't honor reservations and aren't capable of taking correct orders! They don't bring food to the table, and most of the items listed on the menu are missing.

Unfortunately, my experience at this restaurant was extremely negative. For no valid reason or reasonable explanation, we were treated rudely and disrespectfully by the staff. The disappointment was even greater considering it's a renowned restaurant in Turin, from which one would expect professionalism and courtesy. Instead, we found the staff unfriendly, rude, and completely lacking in courtesy and respect for their customers. We were completely unjustifiably told never to return and that any future reservations would not be considered, explicitly asking us not to show up again. This was absurd and unacceptable behavior, especially without having done anything to justify such treatment. In light of what happened, I strongly advise against this restaurant for any type of event, be it a dinner, a party, or an important occasion. It's an experience that doesn't even begin to reflect the restaurant's reputation and leaves only bitterness and disappointment.

A New Year's Eve party bordering on the ridiculous. €100 each, paid in advance, plus another €50 for an aperitif, and they put six of us at a four-person table, completely squashed together, not on the terrace but in the small room at the entrance, always exposed to the constantly open door. The food was almost uneatable: a salmon tartine literally a bite-sized with completely frozen butter placed on top of the salmon, raw meat with cold and completely curdled fondue, 13 cold ravioli with half a spoonful of shrimp tartare on top served on the same plate with spaghetti with duck ragù, no cheese was ever served for the spaghetti, the basket of bread and breadsticks that ended up as appetizers was never refilled, a cuttlefish and pea crostini that was completely limp because it had already been assembled and left to soak for who knows how many hours, veal cheek was the only dish that could be saved but served with cold and curdled polenta, cotechino and lentils never arrived at any table, a dessert that was supposed to be a cheesecake but was a concoction of raw dough covered in jam served well after midnight, without even serving a glass to toast since the main concern was the possibility of firecrackers going off in the middle of the street. The entertainment turned out to be blasting music from the very first minute onwards, to the point that it was so loud that it was impossible to chat at the table.

Let's start with the menu: they don't do pizza or burgers, and the selection is really limited, including dessert. We were forced to order two platters, which we waited over an hour for. So, terrible service and poor food quality. I wouldn't recommend it for a birthday party. The downstairs area where they put us was very cold, and we had to wear a jacket. Finally, when we got to the cash register, they had a broken ATM, so we were forced to pay for the entire meal in cash. The staff was rude; we'll never go back.

I came to two of my friends' birthday party. They had reserved a table for 18 people. When we arrived, they took us to a table with eight chairs. We had to stand. The drinks were terrible; my glass wasn't washed properly (it had lipstick on it). The service was poor and the staff was rude. There were too many people for the space available. I wouldn't recommend it.

Honestly, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone for parties, especially since they hadn't even put me on their agenda. Then, that afternoon, they called me and asked if I wanted to stay inside or on the terrace, and I'd booked the terrace spot at least two months ago. They didn't know where to put the heaters, which isn't the customer's problem. Then, that same evening, they took all our tables while I was opening presents, which I find truly scandalous. If I paid to be there, and a lot of money to open presents, at least leave me alone. Then they told me I could choose between two courses for the first course, but then at the last minute they told me I had to get 25 people to agree on one course for everyone, which was absurd to do during my party there. Honestly, I didn't like it at all because if you charge so much for a service, the service has to be good, and that evening I was more worried about all these things than my party, and it absolutely shouldn't be that way.

We celebrated a friend's birthday last weekend at this restaurant, which is quite popular among Turin's nightlife scene. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. The temperature in the restaurant was extremely low, we had to dine in our coats, and all the dishes on the menu were unavailable, offering completely different options. The service wasn't the best, and the restaurant wasn't particularly well-maintained. We spent about €35 each for a platter shared between six, a plate of ravioli, and a bottle of wine. Last but not least, they don't accept Roman-style bills. There were six of us, and one woman had to pay for everything, something I've honestly never heard of anywhere else. I honestly don't recommend it, and I definitely wouldn't go back.

Halloween dinner: Set menu €40, including one bottle of wine for every five people. It was embarrassing that water wasn't included (I've never seen anything like this on a set menu like this), and even more embarrassing that when you went to order water from the waiter, the staff insisted you pay on the spot, with no option to pay separately (we were at a table of 18).

Party organized by my school. The service is not gentle. They force you to pay for a drink to get in even if we already paid our entrance ticket. Obviously they didn't tell that to the party organizers. It was a surprise. Then the drinks are very small, with a lot of water and very little alcohol and they are very expensive (10 euros). To make things even worse, there's only one toilet, so imagine the queue in a party with more than a hundred people.
