The best place to drink a coffee and eat amazing sweets if you are near Santa Rita/Mirafiori.

Caffè pasticceria elegante , locale ampio e accogliente, vasta scelta tra dolce,salato e pasticceria, ottimo il servizio .

Prima volta oggi che eravamo li di passaggio. Buona pasticceria, tanta scelta. Ci tornerei se passiamo di lì per assaggiare brioche o altro. Un buon caffè e personale gentile

Bar Pasticceria con una ampia scelta di paste. Locale grande ma molto rumoroso… un po’ vecchiotto. Buono il caffè

Domenica mattina colazione: capisco molte persone ma... Abbiamo chiesto un trancio scaldato di pizza margherita, due cappuccini di cui uno con cacao e preso un croissant ripieno...tavolino da pulire...pizza quasi fredda molto pesante, cappuccini senza cacao, croissant ottimo non unto non burroso perfetto...evitiamo sempre di fare osservazioni...infine in cassa lo scontrino è scivolato non so dove...era un po' che non venivo e lo ricordavo meglio...i ragazzi cmnq si sono dati da fare molto...bisogna solo aiutarli a fare le cose bene...

I haven't been to this bakery in a while, and I have to point out how it's gotten worse over time. I didn't remember that croissants were supposed to be self-serve... I wonder, "What are the cafe staff paid for?" The tables aren't perfectly clean, and the service, in my opinion, is poor! They really make you want to go to other cafes/pastries... What a shame!

The pastries were very good, but the price written on one of the products for sale was changed when I was about to choose it. I accepted it but did not appreciate.

Colazione in questa pasticceria rinomata e famosa ma mi ha veramente deluso. In due abbiamo preso un caffè e un cappuccino niente di che il caffè per non parlare delle brioches innanzitutto non vengono servite ma te le devi andare a prendere te dove vedi pieno di gente che le tocca tutte e nessuno controlla zero igiene . Inoltre mi aspettavamo una bella brioches fatta bene invece tutto il contrario, sono minuscole e non si sente tutta sta fragranza. I prezzi per i prodotti sono esagerati 1,80euro un croissant direi un mini croissant. Inoltre avendo preso una alla marmellata e una al pistacchio con prezzi diversi in cassa è stato comunicato ma è stato fatto pagare lo stesso prezzo per entrambe ovviamente quello più alto .

Pasticceria e caffè buoni ma non mi sento di dare più di due stelle in quanto la mia esperienza presso questo locale é stata frustrante. Un vero peccato! Il locale é molto confusionario, il personale é davvero scortese e per nulla accogliente, le attese sono lunghe.

Un bar come tanti… con la differenza che qui, insieme al caffè, ti servono anche una dose gratuita di sarcasmo. La commessa sembra divertirsi a prendere in giro i clienti invece di accoglierli: complimenti per l’originalità, ma forse non è proprio ciò che cerchiamo quando ordiniamo un espresso. La chicca? Dopo aver bevuto tranquillamente nel dehor, ci siamo sentiti accusare di averlo lasciato sporco. In realtà sul tavolo c’erano soltanto le nostre consumazioni, nulla di più. Ma evidentemente anche un bicchiere vuoto, per qualcuno, diventa una tragedia. In sintesi: se vi piace essere trattati con spocchia e battutine fuori luogo, è il posto giusto. Se invece cercate un sorriso e un po’ di educazione, meglio cambiare bar: in zona di sicuro c’è di meglio.

Pessima esperienza. Prodotti scadenti e sovrapprezzati, personale insufficiente nel numero e nella gestione della clientela. Il prezzo esposto non viene rispettato in fase di pagamento, con addetti alla cassa incapaci di fare conti elementari, nel tentativo di fare pagare molto più del dovuto aggiungendo anche prodotti mai richiesti. Mai più.

Sono appena uscita da questo locale sono stata trattata in modo maleducata aggredita dalla solita ragazzina di cui tutti si lamentano la quale è la figlia del proprietario molto maleducato anche lui senza parlare della pulizia prodotti scadenti costi alti mai più

I was in this very noisy pastry shop yesterday, with tables very close together, definitely not very clean, and terrible service. The breakfast pastries are good, but people serve themselves, so hygiene is far from guaranteed. The staff is truly rude.

I arrive at closing time at 7:45 PM... I accidentally ask if there's a special price for a tray of fresh pastries (diplomatics), noticing a lot of leftovers. Since (as far as I know, but I could be wrong) next day's products can't be sold in a pastry shop, or at least they're free to do so at the expense of quality and the customer! In a very arrogant and superficial manner, they repeatedly ask me "what do you mean?", almost making me look stupid, and finally telling me...at most, they'll only be left for tomorrow! Without needing to say anything else, I bid the girl goodnight and leave disappointed, doubting the quality and freshness of the products.

I frequent the place occasionally. Well (or rather, very badly) they've never issued the mandatory receipt, especially when the owner is at the cash register, or at least that's what I think: a bald guy. While I was waiting at the register, I noticed that this "bad habit" is systematic. The checks? 🤔

My recent experience at this establishment confirms what another reviewer stated: a clerk who taunts customers. Furthermore, in just a few minutes, I witnessed a series of incredibly dishonest incidents. After ordering a drink at a table that wasn't exactly spotless, I approached the pastry counter. The aforementioned clerk, despite the shop being crowded, lingered to chat with a customer, completely oblivious to my patient wait. Meanwhile, she practically ordered me, as if it were my duty, to open the adjacent door because it was hot. It seemed like a strange and rather rude request, but I ignored it at the time and opened the door. Then, upon the aforementioned woman's report, she insisted a colleague check the bag of a foreign woman who had allegedly stolen something. I found it even stranger that sales staff in a store were unaware that frisking customers is illegal. Even after all this, I would have walked out if I'd already paid for my drink. Except that the friendly clerk lingers even longer at the register, still leaving me waiting. When I politely ask her to sanitize her hands after handling so much money before serving me the pastries, given my personal hygiene needs—otherwise I wouldn't have been able to buy them—she reacts with a mocking laugh and replies, "Good girl, then do it like this." I expect an explanation from the manager or owner of this business, because I can't be treated this way in a store.
