Tip - You can order the au jus with ANY sandwich; not just the French dip & Swiss...The service here is really great compared to most fast food restaurants. There's this tall lady who is there almost every time we go and she is super nice and helpful. Our family loves the market fresh sandwiches and gyros and the farmhouse salad with balsamic vinaigrette (theirs is the best balsamic dressing ever). If you have a young child, it's always fun to let him/her ring the bell on the way out.

Always have my sandwiches done right. Except, for 1 time, an overcooked fish sandwich. Management, quickly replaced sandwich with a side order of curly fries. Great staff

Gyro sandwiches are on point. Meat tasted fresh and well seasoned. The curly fries were ok and the mint chocolate shake was really bomb. Finna come back.

Staff works hard and very aware of time. I hear them stress to each other to get the orders out in 70 seconds. I appreciate the awareness that people are on their lunch hour and time is of the essence. They also serve the best loaded Italian sandwich!

We tried their Country Pork Rib sandwich. Very, very good! It beats the McRib by a mile! The pork is as thick as what is shown on the commercials and is very savory. It's a well constructed sandwich.The fries were also excellent! Will come back.

I love arby's! There I said it. I used to go to arby's when I was a child with my family, and every time I go, it brings back those pleasant memories. As far as the food is concerned, it really hasn't changed in the last 40 years. The quality is good. The service is usually good, but the prices have gotten a little expensive for a piece of bread, some cheddar cheese sauce, and some sliced roast beef. Overall, i love their plaon roast beef and beef and cheddar sandwiches. That's pretty much where I put the brakes on. All the other fancy stuff that they've come up with lately is not my favorite but not bad. The salads are ok, the wraps are ok, the market fresh slided bread sandwiches are ok. As far as this location goes, it is okay not particularly clean, not any dirtier than expected, and the service was fine, nothing out of the ordinary. If you ever ate at an arby's as a child, then definitely go back and try them it will bring back many happy memories, I hope.

We had late lunch in Dine in at Arby's. Since we got there after the the lunch crowd was finished, we ate there comfortably without a rush. The staff was friendly & helpful. We enjoy going there to eat sit talk & relax! It's great!

I enjoyed the Beef Gyro, man they pile on the Beef in a pita bread, lettuce, onions & sauce. The way it is fixed it's just right with the ingredients. Sooo good, they also have Turkey & another one. Not sure of the meat but they are all good. I notice they have a kids menu that includes apple juice, looks healthy!

Great Arby's! The staff is really kind, they move through the orders efficiently and assemble the food very well. Been pretty happy with each visit. Only complaints is they can be skimpy with the sauces in the drive-thru.

I don't frequent Arby's often, but this is a special location. If you're in the area and haven't been to Arby's in a while try this location. The folks that run it truly care about what they do. Restaurant is clean, bathrooms are clean, food comes out and is prepared and packaged as it should be. Honestly it's a refreshing experience.

Great fresh food at a reasonable price. Choose the 2 for $6 Roast Beef Sandwiches plus the Club Wrap. Could not have been more pleased. The Crew was very helpful and friendly as I had not been to Arby's in a couple of years. Will definitely go back again shortly.

This one has a drive through! I always stop for Arby's because they are far and few between. I'm a fan of the sandwiches and beef - n- cheddar (with lots of Arby sauce. Place was clean but parking was a little tough. Super accessible corner location.

I ordered this afternoon, and got the food in 8 minutes. Now this is what I call fast food! Great service, and the food is good enough maybe more than the average fast food place.

Good alternative to cheeseburgers and tacos. Hard to go wrong with classic beef and cheddar but new sandwiches with King's Hawaiian bread are good. Don't forget about gyros served here with fresh choice of beef, traditional, or turkey.

Looking for something different fast food wise? Arby's is a great option. The foods pretty good, a little expensive for fast food but the roast beef is worth it. Nothing like a beef and cheddar to fill you up.

Toasty bread, well seasoned meats, veggies fresh in appearance. Only gripe I can name is the taziki sauce (white sauce for gyros) was overly watery and missing cucumber. Other wise fantastic service and taste.

Food is okay, nothing outstanding, consistently what you would expect from Arby's. What makes them stand out is their service. Management and staff go out of their way to make sure my family and I have an enjoyable experience every time we go.

Food good, staff good but understaffed because drive thru is slow moving. They're doing their best but only a few cars and the line is still slow.

There is lots of meat, but errors in orders seem to happen way too often... double beef'n'cheddar with no cheddar just feels sad and when is corrected by just giving you side cheddar. That said, I'm still a fan and will be back and just have to double-check my food order before leaving, and it's fine.

First time to Arby's. I saw an advertisement about their fish basket. At the time they had sold out. So I bought their roast beef with dipping sauce. I did enjoy with curly fries and strawberry lemonade. I will go back to get the fish.

The food was as good as always. Arby's is pretty consistent in their quality. But, they gave me someone else's order, and I didn't realize it until I was already home.

When you want to get away from the burger joints and the basic sandwich shops, Arby's is a pleasant alternative surprise. They have a good variety on their menu and reasonable prices for the types of sandwiches they make. They really are worth a try. They are not just a roast beef sandwich place anymore.

A good Arby's that is better than most fast food places that I have been to. This one was managed pretty badly several years back but looks like they brought in new people and have made a lot of improvements. Will be back when craving roast beef sandwichs.

But most key at this particular location was the staff. They were super nice, efficient, and friendly. Some other folks were in the store and were clearly regulars - and they and the staff were having a great time.

Tried Arby’s for the first time today. Have heard a lot on adverts but never tried so while visiting the US thought I’d give it a try. Curly fries seem double fried but crispy. Sandwich was good with a good helping of beef and a good taste. There was a jus dip to accompany it but I skipped that. Paired with a chocolate milk shake was a good way to cool down in the mid day heat. Worth a try as a different fast food option

Store was clean kitchen that I can see was clean and proper. Food looked and tasted great. Management and staff were awesome, went in with a group of 12 people. Asked got them answered nicely everyone in my group left happy and pleased. Only thing I don't like is that they got rid of the Pepsi company drinks. But other than that place, food, and dessert was good.

A cut above most fast food establishments. This one did not exceed any other previous Arby's experiences I've had but you don't really go to Arby's for the experience. You go for what they do and that's consistantly good roast beef sammiches.

I got the Hawaiian bbq brisket sandwich. While the sandwich was very tasty, I did not appreciate having to take it apart and pull off the line of thick fat that ran along each slice of meat before i ate it. It was also served to me luke warm. My mother got a regular roast beef sandwich, and according to her, it was cold, as well as the cherry turn over she got for dessert. Otherwise the place was moderately clean and the food didn't taste bad. Basically another mediocre fast food place. *shrug*

The 3 stars is related to service. The food is fine. I don't know if they are understaffed but I've come to this location twice and both times it took a while for my order to be taken in the drive through. I also needed to park in front of the restaurant and wait for my food - both times. This is unfortunate, because the workers seem nice, but this location doesn't seem to be managed well.

Roast beef was so salty we couldn’t eat it. Daughter requested her turkey cheddar only on a roll .We were told they couldn’t do it. Ordered this in the past and it was never an issue. Arby’s going downhill.

Well, they get a star for being one of the only ones around and another for serving food I wanted... But there was no working fountain drink machine and none of the front registers were working... Turns out we had to get a side or two and go back to Wendy's which was the original plan, go figure.

I ordered,they gave me half od what I ordered, lack of communication with the deive thru person. Went in to correct. My order and got major attitude from the person that took order. Dress code for employee not enforced.

I'm not sure what's been going on here, but the quality has been going out the window lately. This was the slider we got today. It came smushed and so sloppily put together. I had to basically reassemble it in order to be able to get something that could pass for a sandwich. They've also had problems with missing items and incorrect items. If we return to Arby's, it'll be at a different location. Not this one.

Don't judge me, yes I ate at Arbys. We have all done things in life we aren't proud of. Check this out. I pull up to the window and the employee props open the window with a washer. I say wow that's pretty high tech, why not report it so it gets fixed? She says it has been and it was already broke when she was hired...over 5 years ago. If something simple the public can see can't get fixed I can only image how the interior, specifically the kitchen is maintained. Think about that for a minute.

Left out 2 ords of potato cakes & Arby's sauce. We ate 5 sandwiches with NO ARBY'S SAUCE!! HOW? We asked for it but they left it out. Their sandwiches are good' but are just OK without the sauce. Ruined our night.

If you like all your food to come from the microwave or deep fryer, then Arby's is your place. If you also like your roast beef to be so processed that it no longer looks or tastes anything like actual roast beef, then also a great place for you. Nothing is actually cooked in this location, it's as bad as McDonald's quality wise. Everything comes from a plastic bag or box, is heated up in the microwave and served to you. It's disgusting.

I normally love you guys food everything's always fresh. Store is always clean. This time I went through the drive-thru an ordered your Reuben sandwich for my daughter and specifically requested no sauerkraut due to an allergy and when I got home of course it had sauerkraut on it I had to throw it away and then go get something else for her to eat.

Today was the first time ever I decided to try Arby’s. I went to go buy their new Chicken pecan sandwich they have been promoting on TV. I was extremely disappointed. Sandwich did not look nothing like the commercial. There was twice the bread than salad. It’s like they only put one scoop of salad in the center of the bread. So you get a sandwich with wings 😂 no salad on the edges, only in the center. I also bought a turkey gyro and the bread was stiff as hell. Old pita bread. Never ever going back again.

Waited in an extra long slow line only to be told they wouldn't accept my coupon. The valid and unexpired coupon that was given out AT THIS RESTAURANT! The cashier would only say I needed to take it up with the Manager who wasn't there. I have been a frequent customer here for years but probably no more after this.

Had it delivered. Meal for 3 people. No sauces, no straws, 1 napkin. Each order of fries was only half full.

Been coming for the meats but they have been giving us nuggets for their Cheddar Ranch Chicken Sandwiches and this is not cool. Look at this mess. The 2 nuggets don't even fill the bun and this is the meats? Arbys...please correct this crew and MANAGER on the proper foods that go on this sandwich. It's strips, not 2 small nuggets and look at all that ranch. Poor job here on Sepulveda...this is not the first time either. When I ordered the chicken wings, they gave me nuggets too. Do better.
