I was greeted by Kevin at the front counter. I was given a menu with selections of their delicious ales. Mostly Saison and Sours fermented in wine barrels. I had a couple selections while conversing with Kevin and ordered a four pack of 16 oz cans to take home. I shared cans with friends and neighbors. I usually enjoy beverages that challenge my palate. I will return for more flavor.

If you’re a fan of sours, Cellador is a must visit. If you’re not a fan of sours, Cellador will change that. Great beer and variety of sours. They’ve really refined their craft and it’s apparent in their beer. Definitely worth the visit.

Great micro brewery with experimental beers. If you’re interested in beers that explore ingredients, fermentation, and aging, don’t skip this spot! The staff are very friendly and welcoming, and are happy to walk you through the current tap list to find something you’ll enjoy. They offer 4oz taster pours of everything on their menu so you can enjoy a wide variety. They also offer a membership for folks who want to be in the loop on their exclusive small batch experiments!

Probably some of the best beer in the country!! An amazing selection of Saisons, Farmhouse Ales, and sours. Lots of fruit and spice.

Their beers are amazing! Don't know when they're going to open up their tasting room again.

Amazing sour beers, and a top notch slow poor pilsner. Dog and kid friendly.

World class beers and hospitality. A must deep dive into the Valley's craft beer scene.

The way flavors and scents come through will blow your mind— if you are into sours it’s an obligated stop.

Can't really go wrong with any of the sours here. They are all really good some are just better. They make their products in small batches so you really have to get it while it lasts. It can be sad especially if you fall in love with a specific sour. But it's all good because I understand that some ingredients are seasonal. I'm not a member...yet, so I haven't been able to try all the syndicate member bottles. I was able to try some through a friend and they were really good. If it's still there get the Le Con, Anitya and the Firegold. So fire...ha ha. One of the workers, Julio, was really nice and helpful. Made me feel welcomed. Great service! Keep up the good work Cellador. I'm hooked.

Authentic barrel fermented sours galore! The tasting room is still in progress, but if you can get invited to one of their private events, go! I especially like their fruited sours... They use amazing high quality fruit, and it shows in the final product.

If you like sour beers this is your new favorite brewery in the area! They really know their craft and brew everything from standard farmhouse ales to much more experimental blends. The beer is not cheap, but that's always true with quality sour beer. If you're looking for an IPA or a lager, this is not the place for you though. Ask about their membership options for access to many special releases.

Love this place, this is my first time here at Cellador Ales and had an amazing experience. They make tasty amazing saison, wild ales and sours. The quality of their Ales production is high at the top 💯 I didn't expect that I'm gonna find a place makes this style of Ales at this level. Highly recommend and of course I'll be back soon. Thanks Santos for an amazing experience.

A diversity of excellent, excellent sours. Easily some of the best I've had coming out of SoCal , and, I'd say, just as good as anything Cascade or De Garde makes. Their wild fermentations were consistantly good down the menu. And well balanced too. And their prices both on tasters and bottles was very fair. A real winner :)

As an out of towner looking for some sour beers, this place was spectacular. Unlike a lot of Austin breweries, Cellador was pretty hidden near an industrial park and the Van Nuys airport. You could drive past this place every day and not realize it was there. Came in on a Sunday with my cousin, a local, and found a great bartender who was happy to talk up the biz with us and offer us a variety of different sours, including some that were exclusives. I bought a bunch of bottles and took them home, including one I am drinking now, a saison brewed with apricots. This one is VERY sour, like tingly kinda sweaty on your nose sour. Glad I found these guys and if you like sours, be sure to stop by. Excellent hospitality. My cousin has been back a few times since our initial visit.

The beer is great and very unique. My only issue with this place is that when I come to purchase bottles a majority are for “members” only. I fail to see the benefit of doing new and unique flavors if only a small group of members can try it. I’d love to visit the brewery more but what’s the point when I can buy most of those bottles at a bottle shop.

Drove all the way out here to find out it's just a warehouse. No seating, taproom, etc
