I’ve always had a pleasant experience at Chicken Masion! The food is fresh, delicious & such a treat! The staff is friendly, helpful & interact with the guests. Not to mention that brownie! Wow! Thank you for making each visit memorable.

Because I was with such great company, maybe that made it even better—but the staff at this restaurant are truly wonderful and very welcoming. The chicken with lemon ginger sauce was delicious, and I also loved the hummus and the yogurt sauce with the bread.

For the 3-people, we ordered whole chicken and the lamb chop special, with the sides and pitas, it was good for two meals! We have been ordering to go, but the store is clean and comfortable for dine in. Plenty of parking in the strip mall.

Comes with pita bread, garlic sauce, and two sides. I choose the dolma, and hummus. It comes with four pieces of lamb chops that are well seasoned and perfectly cooked. The sides are good too. Generous portions and prices are reasonable. Would recommend!

Great portions, fresh ingredients, and friendly service! I got the chicken kabob plate with the steamed veggies and spicy hummus. The hummus isn't actually spicy and the veggies are super fresh and delish! I order extra garlic sauce on the side because it tastes great with the pita bread. I also ordered their baklava which was scrumptious! Buttery and flaky with that mouth watering sweetness of the nutty filling. I love this place!

The chicken was incredibly tender and well-seasoned, with a perfect balance of spices. It was cooked just right. Moist on the inside with a delicious outer texture. Crystal was super sweet, the service was top notch ! Highly recommend this place !

I was first introduced to Chicken Maison on PCH & Ocean by a friend who bought me a Maison Special Salad. It was delicious and a good portion for the price. It is now my go-to salad for meals. Special shout out to Katie for being so friendly and personable when taking my order over the phone or in person.

I walked in feeling a bit apprehensive since I wasn’t sure if I wanted Mediterranean food. But I wanted to try something new. I walked up to the counter and was instantly met with greetings by a young lady ready to take my order. I told her it was my first time and she said to take my time and to let her know when I was ready. One employee complimented my T-shirt. And then a young man offered to give me recommendations as well. I opted for the chicken kebab plate with rice and potato salad. It came with pita bread and some white cream but with a salty and savory flavor to it. I also received some red salsa, which I was happy about because I like spicy food. Anyway, the chicken was excellent. And everything tasted fresh and delicious. And the service was excellent. I will be back.

It is so rare to find a take out option where the salmon is cooked perfectly every time. It is even more rare to find people who are truly dedicated to customer service like Katie. The gyro plate and Chicken Madison salad are also great. We look forward to our dinners from here and have also used them for larger party meals.

Man oh man I tried the spicy garlic lemon chiken combo and I have to say on point with the flavor not to much garlic and not to much lemon ,so juicy and tender chicken falls off the bone. The hummus was good maybe add a tad of oil but over all I give this place a 8.0. Would recommend for sure.

I have enjoyed my first experience at Chicken Maison, the food was tasty, the portions were decent sized and the food came out fast and with a smile. It is not the best Mediterranean food I have had but for the price it is well worth it. My only complaint is the potato salad, it was too moist for my taste, it seemed like they didn’t drain the potatoes long enough after they were boiled. I will definitely return but will try a different side dish.

I am writing to formally express my extreme disappointment regarding an incident that occurred recently at your Chicken Maison establishment located in the Ocean West Plaza on PCH Highway. The experience I endured, primarily due to the deeply unprofessional conduct of the individual identified as the manager, was entirely unacceptable and falls far below the standards I would expect from your brand. My difficulties began even before my arrival. I telephoned the restaurant to place a to-go order. After being placed on hold, the call was abruptly disconnected as I was attempting to confirm my imminent arrival. Upon entering the restaurant, I approached the counter and politely brought up the earlier phone call, explaining that I believed I had been hung up on. The individual at the register, who later identified herself as the manager, immediately adopted a defensive and confrontational stance. She flatly denied my assertion, stating, "No, I didn't," and then offered the dismissive explanation that I "must have disconnected the call" myself. This interaction quickly devolved into an uncomfortable and public argument, as she continued to dispute my account and demonstrate an alarming lack of professionalism in front of other patrons. Throughout this exchange, her demeanor remained consistently rude and unyielding. There was no attempt to acknowledge my inconvenience, offer an apology, or de-escalate the situation. In a further display of discourtesy, while I was still attempting to convey my experience, she abruptly answered an incoming phone call and proceeded to take another order, without even excusing herself or completing our discussion. Given the escalating nature of her behavior, I requested contact information for a manager or owner, hoping to address my concerns with a higher authority. To my surprise, she declared, "I *am* the manager." When I reiterated my request for alternative contact details or an escalation path, she actively avoided providing any further information, instead choosing to walk away towards an adjacent office, effectively stonewalling my attempts to resolve the issue. Later, as my order was presented, she placed a brownie in my order, remarking it was "for the inconvenience." While perhaps a gesture of goodwill, it was particularly disheartening that even at this final point, there was still no genuine apology or any real acknowledgment of her earlier unacceptable conduct. The gesture felt superficial, failing to address the core issue of the extremely poor service I had received. Her conduct was not only highly unpleasant and unprofessional but also, in my opinion, completely unbecoming of someone in a leadership position, especially for a brand like Chicken Maison, which I have always understood to uphold high standards across its many locations. Such behavior severely tarnishes the restaurant's reputation and detracts significantly from the customer experience. I sincerely hope this matter will be thoroughly investigated and addressed to prevent similar incidents from affecting other patrons in the future.
