YAAAAYYY!!! A NEW SALAD PLACE! Great variety of fresh, healthy veggies and proteins. They aren't cheap but they're very generous portions -- one bowl can easily serve 2 people. Service is great; folks there were very friendly and fast.

First time here and man let me tell you what. I asked Lucy who was kind to take care of us and asked for a recommendation on my dressing for my salad and it complimented it so well. Everything so fresh and atmosphere is great.

This place is my go to for a quick, delicious, and healthy meal. You get great quality and large salad or wraps at an excellent price. The staff is very nice and the value for your money is amazing.

This was my first time here. And the service and the music in here was everything. The guy took my order and he was amazing. The lady that builded imy salad made sure everything was right in it. The other girl chopped my salad and it was amazing. Thank you guys for your great customer service. I will be back for sure. I didn't get their names. I came in the morning.

First of all we were warmly greeted by the employees as we walked in which was extra special. They were very professional and helpful since we had told them this was our first time coming to simply salad. The food is incredible and value for the dollar is very good here.

I’ve been trying to eat more salads and the salads here are bomb. I’ve had the seared shogun and steak one and have really liked both. The portion is great and the chocolate chips cookies are SO good I don’t feel like I’m depriving myself of a treat haha the music is always good and the staff is always extra friendly. This is my weekly lunch break meal 🤎

Great customer service from Aaron. He was knowledgeable, friendly and made my experience a memorable one. Lisa hooked up my salad and im all set for the weekend.

It’s simply salad. Delicious and finely chopped salads. They have a bunch of menu options they’ve put together but you can also customize your salads. A perfect day is a couple of hours of pickleball followed by a meal at Simply Salad. The crew here is always great and helpful.

The service here is amazing. The young lady Rae took my order and helped me all the way thru. This was my first time here and I mean it was amazing. She took her time. And the salad she built me is mmmm good to me. I got the hipster and got my husband a downtown. Both salads was delicious I will for sure be back and she made sure I got the app so I get my points in her voice.

I came this past Saturday night. I order a downtown cobb wrap. The wrap was perfect. I mean perfect. I seen the way she did it. It was my first time at this location. The young lady that told me order was very nice. She was amazing. Got my food very fast. I asked for heavy dressing and she made sure it was enough for me. She had great customer service. Thanks for all her hard work.

We each ordered abundant Thai salad: freshly chopped greens, sufficient for two meal servings. Other customer ordered wraps seem fully bursting with salad mix content and just as tasty. Either choices, salad or wrap, hit the spot on hot summer days! We would return to try their other options. Prices are competitive.

It’s a bit disappointing when you order a salad and specifically asked not to “toss it” mix it up. I like to enjoy the toppings separately. Anyways, not to be picky but it sure wasn’t done as I asked for. I would advise to please read the label and get it done right. I know we all make mistakes and it’s all done in a rush to be quick, but is also about getting it done right.

Great Salads that come out quickly, but dysfunction during the order process. Overly detailed, and needs simplification. They are trying hard but the system is convoluted. You placed your order from the restroom area last time we were there. Customer flow was backwards in the building.

This was extremely disappointing and unacceptable, especially when ordering food that’s supposed to be fresh and carefully prepared. Finding hair in my food completely ruined the experience. Proper hygiene standards, including wearing hair nets, need to be taken more seriously. Simply Salad needs to do better.

Asked and paid for extra goat cheese and got soooooo little, like ridiculous. I left a nice tip and the food worth wasn’t matching no even much chicken I swear there were like 6 little bites

I’ve never had an issue with simply salad until today my boyfriend picked up dinner for us he got himself a wrap and a salad for me they messed up my salad order starting with the dressing totally wrong dressing, the avocado portion was ridiculous and so was that one piece of pita bread, not to forget the missing tortilla chips that they didn’t put in there. When I called to let them know about the issue I spoke to Sophia who claimed to be the manager but had horrible customer service she said all she can do was replace the dressing but couldn’t redo the whole salad. I told her I’d write a review about her horrible customer service and she told me to go ahead so here I am. Called Gardena location to see what their policy was in this situation and they apologized on behalf of Torrance location and offered to redo my whole salad simple as that. I will not be going back to Torrance location that’s for sure.

I often go to simply salad for their caesar salad with salmon and I love them for that, but my recent experience with the seared shogun was not great at all. I asked for chopped tuna and I could hardly bite into it at all, and the salad was too strong for me. I couldnt finish this at all. Ill continue coming back here but maybe not for that type of salad. Good service though
