We loved the reception service, the delicious food and drinks, the rooms and facilities, the pergola show, and the excellent dinner. I highly recommend the Hotel Cis Castilla, the Castilla pool, the great atmosphere, and the excellent pool service. Congratulations to Alfonso Kelly, Paul Salas, and Angelita Nava!

The place is quite quiet and clean, the place is very peaceful and the staff is very attentive. The prices seem fair to me, and the stews are delicious. I recommend ordering the potato stew with meat and green chile! What I would like is more variety in sauces, but everything else is great.

Terrible, this is the second time I've bought there, the first time the food had no flavor, I said well maybe it was me, it lacked salt or sauce, the second time the mince was pure fat or I don't know what it was, but they were tough pieces of meat that wouldn't fall apart, horrible, I won't eat there again.
