Manager was great on assisting me getting a thin crust. Well done barbecue chicken pizza. This guy went above and beyond and got a great price. I have not eaten at Domino's in 15 years. This one is right by my house and it was great. Can't say much more than that. I got it quick. I got it cheap and it was really good. Works for me.

Pizza was done on time, was hot made correctly and the employees seemed friendly. The only negative was my pizza wasn't cut so it had to be ripped apart. ( Since I ordered for my lunch I didn't have a knife lol but was still super GOOD!!)

Pizza itself is good. We go here from time to time as my kids like this pizza. Service is always late. Friday nights are horrible. You need to wait for over an hour to get your pizza. No one at the register almost all the time. You need to wait for 5 minutes or more for someone to attend you. The staff is really busy and I feel they are trained to avoid eye contact even though they pass through the register several times.

I placed my online and went in to pay. My order was not ready yet, so I just stepped outside for 5 minutes. I come back in, and let all the ordering customers go before I approach and ask is my order ready. A lady with clown make-up helps me and gives me my order but then she proceeded to tell me the price. I explained to her I already paid as I was checking my order. She decided to ask ALL STAFF " did anyone help the lady with the purple hair? " REALLY? I'm in a charger that cost more than your life is worth. I'm not going to attempt to steal $13 worth of pizza that doesn't cover me starting my car and going around the corner. Service with other employees was awesome, but that broad need to take a look in the mirror and re-judge reality. Her customer service sucked.

The sandwiches have potential... if they actually put some more stuffing in them, at least a normal amount... And if you provide an option for "Extra cheese" and I pick it, please put the extra provolone I paid for... SAD looking sandwiches... 😟

I ordered online to make a curbside pickup but ended up waiting 20 minutes in my car with the emergency lights on like it said on the instructions for curbside pick up. Nobody came (I parked right outside the store too).So...I went inside to ask if the pizza I ordered 45 minutes ago was done but instead they pretended to not know where my order was...then told me they dont have it. Later, they told me they will find it but then ignored my existence and started to help other customers who were still waiting for their order. They didnt even try to find it! I waited another 10 minutes and finally after asking them again...they magically found my order? They didn't even say sorry. I would of just asked for a refund at that point. Worst Customer service ever. The guy working there was angry and didnt care at all. I told him he was really mean and left. I thought a curbside pickup was supposed to be quick? Why would you tell me the order is ready when it's not? Their customer service is a mess. Who manages this place? 😵

I went to pick up my pizza that the pizza tracker app said was done. Apparently it wasn't when I got there. They were fully staffed but very slow to get to the counter to help customers coming in. After 10 minutes of waiting, I could see a stack that looked like it was waiting to be picked up. I went to the counter, waited for someone to come help. After about 2 minutes someone finally asked if they could help. I give my name and it still took another 2-3 minutes to find my order that had been sitting there for 10+ minutes. I'm not sure what they were all doing. It looked like they were making pizzas etc. but they are not very good at finding the ones already made. Oh and the staff was pretty blase' about everything. What happened to greeting customers and treating people like they mattered? Pretty much done with Dominos.

I don't normally write-up reviews for businesses, unless they really standout or have fantastic-service. This particular-business, definitely stood-out to me; for all the wrong reasons, sadly. Ended up going to pick-up a pizza from this establishment, recently; ended up not being too thrilled by their customer-service. The whole operation is clearly having difficulties with logistics, and/or the idea that customer's value is not of top-priority to them. I will state that it isn't always like this, but this is the third time I've dealt with it. Not too impressed, albeit the pizza is not half-bad. However, after listening to their phones ring, while waiting in a non-existent line for 10 minutes (without any type of greeting, or representative coming up to talk to me, even though they clearly saw me); eventually I got some sort of receptiveness from what looked like the manager - I suppose. Overall, two-stars, after the culmination of these incidents, is being a little-bit generous. I hope that they get their operation squared-away, but I don't think that I will continue going to this business anytime soon, as it stands. Hope this was helpful to those who are considering this, and that they have an idea of what they can expect.

Was a little better this time. Pizza was still a little daughter, The cute employee had some trouble finding both my orders, but it made me smile big!! Forgot to add my Icong, Ranche dressing and soda in bag, so that sucked....I have to go back. I mean, it's better than the last time.

We ordered cheese pizzas for a kids’ birthday party today as a pickup order. We live about 8 minutes away, but by the time we reached home, the pizzas were already very dry and there was hardly any cheese on them. The overall quality did not meet expectations and felt below standard. Since this was for a birthday celebration, it was quite disappointing.

Nobody wears gloves, if you make my food please use gloves, I don’t know what you touched before you prep my pizza. Need the management attention to this matter.

Wow I've never seen a pizza so unappetizing, looks like they made it completely blind-folded, missing cheese and toppings on a couple large areas and wasn't cut all the way through..awful.

Ordered on line, the person who took the order didn't write the order right. Gave us a burnt pizza, the special order was just cheese with out the sauce that was asked for.

They took more than 2 hours to deliver!!! Service is a joke!!! After hour and a half waiting, I called to cancel, they put me on hold for more than 30 minutes!!! and they were not able to cancel because the a driver already took the pizza. They took over 2 hours for delivery a pizza that was done in 20 minutes, so, we did not received a fresh made pizza, but a dry piece of bread! Tracker is a joke too, when I place the order the waiting time was 26 to 33 min, but very conveniently for them, the time was adjusted as the wait got longer. By the time I called the new waiting time was 90 minutes, when in reality took a total of 2 hour and 20 minutes!!!! Do yourself a favor and order your pizza somewhere else!

Horrible. This place had the worst service. The parking lot is a mess and they won't open the front lobby to service all the people picking up. They force you to call a number and they will walk it to when they decide to pick up your call. I tried for 1/2 hour standing outside of the store to get my call through but with 30 people standing outside and calling at the same time makes it impossible. I asked for the manager and she decided to chew me out. I told her my pizza was ready 1/2 hour ago and I've been trying to pick up my online order. She said she won't open the lobby and there is nothing that I can do other that calling in to have them give me my pizza. I asked for a refund and she took care of that real quickly but she didn't reach up on the shelf next to her to give me the order. I have it all on video but I don't want people getting in trouble over pizza. Just get better organized and work on your customer service skills.

outrageous! I waited 1.5 hours for a cold old pizza. When I complained by phone, the woman said that they only have two drivers. then don't bake pizza when you have to wait for your drivers! I'm angry and disappointed! 1 star is still too good! If I were Domino, I would revoke their license. they damage your image!

Ordered 2 pizzas to pick up. 1 ham and pineapple, 1 pepperoni and black olive ,the pepperoni had no olive but they put pineapple it was terrible. So I take it back and they refused to give me a refund because I did not take both pizzas. Worst pizza I have ever haf

I ordered my Grand Daughter two pepperoni pizzas. I always push cheese it up. When I ask for delivery They do ok on the cheese most of the time ithis particular time they put so much cheese on a pizza that it was soggy. When I called to ask them is there anything we can do the manager was very rude Crystal and told me that’s what you ask for I replied I know what I asked for. It’s just over the top with cheese that the pizza is soggy. She proceeded to be rude and then hung up in my face my Granddaughter did not eat the pizza and we ended up ordering. Mountain mikes rude when it’s that much cheese and soggy it’s called cheese soup not pizza

Manager Crystal was unprofessional and rude, I was told through my pizza tracker that my pizza had been delivered but unfortunately I never received my food order so I called back to try and see what was going on and was met with attitude and a “I don’t care” response. I think it’s a bit ridiculous when the customers are the ones paying for the food, not the manager. I was not offered any compensation or any updates or any type of assistance in figuring out where my order went or how to make it right. More than likely never ordering here again.

Ordered my pizza At 7:30 PM and didn’t arrive until nine something p.m. ask them if they could discount it for the inconvenience as I am at work. The lady with piercings was rude turned around and walked away. Needless to say, but no wonder why it’s always dead at this location.

I ordered pizza and barbecue boneless wing and cheesy bread. The order came on the boneless wing no barbecue on the side no barbecue on top and when I called the store, they said oh you did not order it and “many”the manager, he said That we are sorry we cannot refund you for the wings because it’s all One ordered and they told me after 20 minutes getting my order. Oh, can we send you a dip on the side Getting after the food gets cold for I don’t recommend you to go to this place and the manager he doesn’t have also access to refund customer if he sent the wrong order

The reason I am making a bad review is because I ordered my food at 7:00 and it didn’t get here till 8:00 although the said it would take 15 minutes to make it and bring it to my house. I had legit orders to small pizzas just cheese the most simple thing to order and it took a hour to deliver though u live 5 minutes away from this location. Take the L dominos

I order pizza for my kids at 8:53 pm and they say the order is going to be delivered in 1hour the most and the order never showed up I call to the store asking for my order they said the driver is about to leave the store with you order at this point was already 10;10 pm the store is only 5 min away from my house 20 min later I call again and they said my order is the next stop! right now is already 11:45 and still nothing! What kind of service is that! My kids went to sleep with out having dinner just for this stupid people that don’t have respect!

Confusing doors, theres 2 doors, one goes straight to the kitchen and the other to the lobby but instead of leaving a sign or locking the kitchen door they just let ppl walk into the wrong door then get mad and rudely tell you thats the wrong door, then blame it on you saying YOU are confused, long wait, no chairs in lobby, employ glaring at you while you wait, not happy to make $20+ an hour then want a tip too? Dont waste your money go to pizza hut next door. Edit, finally got my food after it sat on their shelf for 15 minutes, they never called my name they Just let me stand there and wait. Got the food home and they barely cut the pizza, the ranch dip tasted sour and the garlic twists were ok but a little bland. Again $20+ an hour plus tips and this is the service you give. I get better service at a self checkout stand smh

I hate to give negative review but this was on my top list. We placed an online order and reached this store once it showed ready for pickup in app. Once we reached the person on counter said to wait for 15 minutes. We waited for sometime and asked him again after 20 mins when we didn’t got our pizza and he said to wait for another 15 minutes. Then this person left the counter and another person came and he said to wait for another 15 Minutes for third time. We waited and and asked for pizza and then new person on counter came and said to wait for another 20 minutes. It was more than 90 minutes since we placed an order and we did not get the pizza. We left the shop without pizza and the dominoes employees least bothered to give us pizza. Not at all happy with the staff/employees of this store. I would have given negative rating to this place.

Well today 3/19/25..i thought id give this establishment another chance and boy what a huge mistake!!!..i ordered the pan pizza and the pizza was not cooked!!..the dough was still dough!!!..Where is the management!!!......This place here on 11th st in tracy needs better management and better employee training..First issue (out of a handful in just this visit) I had received a text that my order was ready for pick up and when I get there, 1 I'm not acknowledged and next everyone is on there phones!!!(cell phones)..once I'm finally acknowledged I'm told that my pizza have yet to be put in the oven ?? I informed the employee that i had received text that my order was ready for pick up but he ignored me and stated it would be about 10 minutes..while I'm waiting the pizza cook has about 5 pizzas sitting out (getting cold) and none of the other employees are helping him..what a poor experience..No wonder this franchise is hurting. Bad bad service..bad bad experience..hello pizza hut.

Order two medium pizzas one pepperoni and the other one which custom made....the pepperoni was made correctly the second medium Pizza was made extremely incorrectly so I called after the delivery driver already left and apparently spoke to who said they were the manager that they would remake the pizza and deliver it to our house and they never showed up. We love Domino's but this location is awful customer service is horrible alot of ignorant employees here. moved out to Tracy six months ago have ordered from this Domino's location three times and had issues every time now we will not order from them anymore.

I am very disappointed with Dominos pizza, I wanted to try something different and I ordered a large pizza called "ExtravaganZZa" at Dominos pizza and the truth is I did not like it, I only tried a little piece and I knew immediately that it had no flavor. Compared to "Pizza hut" which tend to have a rich flavor and also the original Pizza hut bread is very golden which adds an extra flavor to the pizza. That was all my dear earthlanders until next time, one more adventure in a little corner of what you my dear humanoids call earth. 🤓 Oh, another very quick detail: the Domino's pizza box is not sealed, which increases the distrust of the pizza even more, while the Pizza Hut box is sealed, which increases the trust of the product 🤓

Worst customer experience from Michelle and her delivery driver. Edit: I should elaborate. My pizza was two hours late. After canceling the order the delivery driver showed up and gave me the pizza, even after telling him I canceled the order. Some time later the delivery driver calls demanding payment. I refuse to pay for an old, cold pizza. The delivery driver shows up at my door cussing at me and demanding I pay for the pizza. I refuse and tell him to get off my property. Fifteen minutes or so go by and the police are banging on my door. I tell Officer Singh my side of the story and he says if I don't return the pizza I'm going to be sued in court. The next morning I find a parking ticket on my truck. 0 out of 5 will not order agqin.

They remade the pizzas and brought them to us and they were again incorrect and we again have a pizza for a vegetarian with chicken all over it. If this was a food allergy, would they also care this little? Have to pick up a second meal for our family after almost $60 to them for several incorrect and frankly low quality pizza.

I have ordered pacific veg pizza with bites. First they forgot to give bites then they added chicken in the veg pizza. Worst experience.
