Best Restaurants in Trecate
Despite being on the second floor of one of the ugliest shopping malls in history, the restaurant is elegant inside and quickly makes you forget where you are. The service is attentive and well-organized, with a waiter always ready to meet every customer's need. The dishes are carefully prepared, beautifully plated, and above all, excellent. A pleasant discovery. I recommend the meat appetizer with cold cuts and fried gnocco and the taleggio cheese risotto with porcini mushrooms.
I booked for Valentine's Day dinner with my family. The service was excellent, with young, attentive staff. The meat and fish menus were excellent. The wines paired well with both menus. At the end of the meal, you can enjoy excellent desserts; I chose the "tartufo di pizzo" and was pleasantly surprised. Average price for a full menu: €30-35.

**Update October 2023** We've been back, and I must say the quality of the dishes has improved significantly. Great ideas and so much choice! Recommended again! Cute place (inside, outside not the best...) and friendly staff. Personally, the dishes I ordered weren't exactly delicious. The appetizer was of average-to-low quality, and the seafood carbonara tasted bland. However, the other dishes at my table were much tastier. I'll definitely be back to try something else and possibly give it a fifth star. Recommended

Such a great place... every plate was delicious. The service was fast even though it was very very busy. I will be coming again and bringing new friends. The only thing that could be better... turn the music down just a little... its so loud and it is hard to talk to your friends over the music... cool music..but just loud. See you next time! 10 euros per person to eat a 3 course meal!
Very nice place. The menu offers a wide selection of excellent quality products. Fresh fish is beautifully served. The dishes are carefully presented and the portions are generous. The staff is friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. They also offer home delivery. The place is located on the first floor. They have ample parking. The perfect place for any time and occasion.

My family and I (party of 5- 3 kids) were driving through the area and needed to stop for food. We opted to stop for pizza at this restaurant. Driving through the quaint town was easy enough but Google led us to an open parking lot of what appeared to be a grocery store. There was no sign for the restaurant on that side of building but we decided to go inside and see what was there. We found a small sign for the restaurant that pointed up a set of stairs. Once upstairs we were welcomed by a group of very kind people. Even though we dont speak Italian and they could not speak beyond very basic English, we were able to effectively communicate. The service was amazing! They were very attentive to our needs and interacted in a very family style manner with our children. Our children (12, 4, and 1) loved the staff. The food came out quickly. We had pizza and it was fresh and tasty. The restaurant itself was more basic in decor but had a very relaxed, family vibe. On our way out they gave us souveniers and a farewell shot on the house for my husband and I. Everyone was cheerful and excited to serve our family. Would definitely return.

I come here often when I can. Yet another positive review. Last night I had a meat-based first course and a seafood main course. Excellent! Friendly service, slightly above-average prices, but the quality is there.
The welcome was excellent. As soon as we arrived, they immediately escorted us to our table. To view the menu, simply scan the QR code and select your dishes. We opted for spaghetti allo scoglio and grilled fish with a side of fries. The portions were generous (the first course was overpriced) and very tasty. Excellent value. We'll be back to try the rest of the menu.

The atmosphere is nice, especially if you're in the smaller room. Some dishes are good, others much less so, and the dessert selection is limited. The staff is absent and very uninterested, almost as if it were your fault for eating there.
