Great place to enjoy a nice meal and not so expensive get everything at a good price and never had any problems with the staff or quality of food. Overall a very good and clean place to sit down with your family and or self and enjoy a nice meal. I would definitely recommend coming to this location.
A little slow in the drive thru service, may need a couple more staff members for the evening rush. That aside the chicken nuggets were tasty (fantastic promotion deal $1.50!!) My fries fairly fresh and hot! Overall satisfied.
Having missed Burger King for several years, it's nice to have one close. We've eaten there several times in the last week and the selection is pretty good. I love the Breakfast menu! I also love the King Bacon! Everything that I like and can't mess it up!
This store not only is clean as a whistle, but the crew puts out delicious, well made food. The management is supportive of their workers and it shows because things are done the right way. I am never afraid to use their restrooms because they are clean and have hand soap and the trash emptied. I know it's on the East Side, but it's very worth it to go here.
Came here for a chicken sandwich and it was splendid!! Had the right amount of mayo...not too much and not too little. And the breading was pretty crispy to perfection. The employees also didn't have an attitude, as is sometimes expected from fast food restaurants and sometimes add certain. Things like extra fries or a shake if service is taking a while or the drive thru is packed.
Visited this BK yesterday afternoon and encountered some of the best customer service around. The manager and the guy working the register were polite, friendly, and fast. Not sure of their names, but both had long hair. I hope they stick around, it was a vast improvement from previous visits to this same store.
Food was fresh and their was enough staff to handle the customers, finally. It's been a long while since I've seen that at Burger King. Thank you for fixing it.
We go here about once a week to take advantage of their coupons for breakfast items. They are great tasting, lower in cost and they are usually fairly warm once we get them home. The staff are very courteous.
I believe this is the Burger King on troy. Let me tell you something. Apparently there was only 2people working since 2pm that day by themselves. No breaks. ... my food was fresh!!. My service was friendly an courteous!!!. These guys must have been exhausted. But I was served with quality.!. Yall are the only BK I go to. Thank you. So much. your customer service is appreciated!!!❤

I don't go to this locating often, but the few times I have lately, it's been a nice visit. The woman at the drive-thru window is the sweetest, most pleasant person I've encountered at a fast food joint, and I just wanna say I appreciate you. I didn't get her name, unfortunately, but it's so nice to be treated with kindness instead of irritation and indifference.
I only go here for breakfast anymore, and I'm in and out. The morning crew are quick and friendly. Granted, it hasn't always been perfect, but I'm always treated well.

BK has been in decline for sometime and we don't always expect or experience the best there. Went there this evening and was pleasantly surprised. The ladies at the window were friendly and provided great customer service. My order was correct and served fresh. The sandwiches dont look as they have been sat on and it tastes like its fresh! The gentelman at the second window was friendly and served us quickly! The girls did mention new ownership hopefully this will be a great thing. Will be back for sure.
Listen Wendy's is our GoTo! But we got up this Burger King after trying to go to Sonic and realizing they don't do carhop anymore #covid. But wow...this Burger King Sanwhich is huge! I had no idea their burgers were so large! This Texas style comes with loaded jalapenos and cheese and makes a medium fry look like a dwarf fry! Well done. Also...I ask for a lot in terms of "edits' to my food and they always are on the mark!
Went through the drive through and I realized i didn't get my drink. I went inside to grab it and the customer service was great. The only downfall is there is so many flies in this establishment... Be aware.
Staff was pleasant. Tried the impossible burger. It was actually really good. I don't eat beef anyway, so I'll usually eat a Boca burger. This was comparable. From what I remember, this didn't taste exactly like a Whopper, that's a good thing, I never really liked them. Just curious what the impossible burger tasted like.
Food was good, but service was a little slow. You can't blame the people working there. At least they showed up!! The employees seemed to doing the best they could.
It's Burger King; it's pretty much what you expect. But recently I moved to the south side of Pueblo. There's two of everything in Pueblo, a north one and a south one. Okay, there are actually three Burger Kings (There are two on the north side) in Pueblo but I'm making a point here, which is this, everything on the south side sucks. That is a bit of an overstatement, but everything on the north side is better. This is no exception. This Burger King is near where I used to live and work. I like their breakfast stuff. I always get fast, friendly service and fresh food, in so much as any fast food is fresh. It's everything you want out of Burger King. A very good location.
Not a bad place to grab a burger or ice cream. Visited about 7.00 pm Dec 13 2018. Cashier was nice ,order was fast. The cashier lady went the extra mile to bring our ice cream out and it was good although a little skimpy on filling up the cups. Parking lot easy excess from side street and big enough when n ok t real busy to pull a semi or camper in. They do have high chairs and the place was clean in sitting area but the kitchen floor appeared filthy behind the counter..I would go back ,only thing I would have to say is when you have 4 or 5 people on the clock the kitchen floor should be clean no excuses.. I did hear some talking going on about customer complaints on morning shift. I would go back but as a restaurant spy I like visiting new places. Enjoy
I know better than to go here. Sat in the drive thru for over 20 minutes after ordering. Couldn't leave there was a car behind me.
Food was good. The oil was a bit dark for the 10 pc. Nuggets. But they WERE only $1.00 and it looked VERY busy in there. Overall, the cashier was nice and made sure we were taken care of in spite of how many customers there were. :)
Food was pretty tasty however the girl at the window was AWFUL! Why work a job where you must interact with people if you are that miserable?? She acted like we were annoying her at her house or something....ugh...c'mon...do better BK!
I was able to order lunch items for breakfast which they accommodated me. They had to take extra time to do the fries but brought my order right out to me when it was ready. The employees and staff are amazing very hard workers. The only thing I didn't like about the location is it is in a very shady area. I kept my doors locked and kept my head on a swivel. I'll go back because it's in an area I'm working in.

This was the first time I've ate at a Burger King in more than 10 years. The dining room is still closed so drive through was only option. The line went fairly fast and the person taking the order was very professional and efficient at her job. I went there for the new chicken sandwich. I immediately parked in the parking lot to take a photo of the sandwich and give it a taste. The lettuce did not look all that appetizing, but sandwich was put together pretty well. I didn't care much for my first bite and immediately put it in my cooler for a trip home. I'll try it again later to see if I get a better taste..?
10/10 for friendliness and order accuracy. Im.sure you've all been to burgerking and know what to expect as far as food quality, but I'll definitely be returning for the customer experience interaction with late-night staff at this location.
Getting better. Some of the staff members are showing they don't want to be there. Others having conversations they shouldn't, or in a location where guests can hear what rude and vulgar language is being said. But is cleaner than last review.
The food was decent, being that it was kinda just tossed together, and the service was actually better than the food cause they were kind, but honestly, inside, the restaurant needs work because there are flys everywhere and if there's flys then there's maggets somewhere
I'm not a big Burger King fan. The consistency between location varies greatly and I don't like the gamble. I chose BK because of some coupons I had. My burger was barely warm and the slice of cheese was still cold. I'm not sure why you can't get a hot and fresh sandwich from BK. My soda tasted good, which is rare from any store and my biggest gripe of most BK's. The fries were VERY good for BK. They were crispy, hot and salty. It seems like everyone, including MCDonalds, are always in a rush and pull the fries up too early. This results in undercooked, soggy fries.
When I have tried to order cookies, they don't have them. The last time I ordered them through my app, not only did I not get cookies, I was not given a refund. And their customer service was no help. I couldn't talk with a person; I had to talk to the stupid chat.
We don't eat at Burger King very often we stopped here right at closing time to grab a bite to eat for ourselves and our dogs who liked it far more than we did. The bathroom looked fairly clean but had a putrid odor.
I went through the drive thru in the early evening recently and ordered a Wopper Jr. meal: no cheese, onion rings, and a Dr. Pepper. I got a whopper Jr. WITH cheese 🍔, a side of fries 🍟, and a very flat Dr. Pepper. I realize it's not that big of a deal, but it's the principal of the matter and a sign of the times. As a teenager, I used to work for Burger King over 35 years ago, when customer service was a 'thing', and people actually cared about the quality of their work. Especially the managers. Does anyone really care anymore these days? 'Get It Your Way'? I don't think so. Unfortunately, this is what to expect now.
My wife got breakfest, she ordered 2 ham sandwiches, 2 hash browns, and drinks. The hash browns were fresh but the sandwiches were wrong. They always mess something up. Check your food always and don't be stupid.
They have a good burger for sure and if they could just get a decent fry they would probably put a pressure on the competition. This place is kept clean. The staff is friendly and they always give professional customers service. I don’t always need a hug but if you need that they will give you a hug. They do require that you order food and drink. The hugs are free. Thanks guys

Service wasn't as good normally. Ordered thru app and had to wait drive through line for 15 minutes to pick it up. Order had everything from app but was prepared incorrectly. Additionally, the chicken sandwich was inedible due to the two tablespoons of salt added. The other sandwich had everything on it unfortunately it wasn't supposed to,great thing no one had allergies to what they left on it. Overall today's lunchtime experience was not what I am used to when ordering from here. Hopefully, they can overcome whatever challenges they failed to complete today. Thanks for trying! (I think?)
The person taking the order was very confused had to repeat my self. He didn't ask what kind of drink we wanted it's a good thing my kids like Coke cause we weren't even asked. Also no receipt was given.Then they shorted us a sandwich. The Manager she asked does a receipt. She did replace the sandwich. By the time I returned home my food was cold. I really despise the BK but its the closed one to me. To have a job these days is a blessing. That's what this younger generation needs to keep in mind.
I went to this location on 9/2/2018 at 9:02pm. As I'm half way down the highway i notice they have forgotten my medium Coke. I have called and called and called and mo one will pick up or answer. i still have my receipt and would like either my money back or my drink. The fact I live quite a while a way, I can not just turn around. I need to speak to a manger and can not get a hold of one.
I asked for a receipt and didn't get one. No sweet tea available, added sugar and ask attendant to throw away trash, don't think that was appreciated. Trash can in drive-thru has been overflowing every time I pick up food the last three weeks.
Just got a chicken nugget kids meal for our daughter. The fries were hot and fresh, but the chicken nuggets were totally disgusting- worst ones I've ever seen! Too dark and dry and looked like they had been fried hours ago and then tossed back into the oil to warm up for a minute. Felt bad even offering them to my daughter and she took one nibble and refused to eat them, which was very understandable! If we hadn't been in a hurry and already waited for a long line in drive through, would have gone in to ask for new ones!! Definitely not impressed.
My order was wrong, was supposed to get mozzarella sticks and instead they gave us chicken fries, allergic to chicken and then we ordered no royal sauce on our burgers and one was covered in the sauce, pretty gross, then instead of the coca cola and hi c we ordered we got lemonade. Didn't get the extra small drink I ordered which was a lemonade ironically.....but they sent an extra small fries. Upon complaining I was given a $10 credit so ty for that but the food was not tasty at all. Might use the $10 for fries and coffee or pie or maybe shakes. They tried to fix it with the credit but again it just was not a good experience.
Orders 3 meals 3 kids meals and cheese tots. Come to 60 dollars and forgot one soda to a meal,one meal french fry,a kids fry for the kids meal and tots are hard and old very upset for the fact that I live on the other side of town and never really go that way for anything
This Burger King is pretty large with a play area. I voted 2 starts for the fact that there is a lot of flies hanging around in the restaurant. Everything needs to be wiped down because there was flies sitting here and there. The owner needs to address the fly issue in their establishment. The food was good but again the place could use a good cleaning.
They are definitely not the Burger King... more like Clown Burger. They turn you into a clown thinking you will actually get something correct with your order. Have ordered the incredible whopper 4 times. And all 4 times they have given me a regular whopper. Even when I returned it, they still gave me a regular whopper. Food is always burned and smashed. Looks like the burger was prepared in a wind storm because it's just thrown together.
This is the worst place, I mean worst place to get food from. I love Burger King however the ghetto staff that works there is a joke. I went through the drive through and placed an order. The girl who took the order did not ask what I wanted to drink she just assumed. She was rude and rushed me even though no one was behind me. I don't understand Burger King. I go there off Troy once a week to get my son and husband lunch and take out to their work. I order the SAME thing every week. No changes. Nothing B.U.T........................ They charge me different prices every week. How is that? Every week I'm charged a totally different price then the other times I go. Never the same. I have receipts! Nobody believed me I started showing my receipts to the non-believers. They told me to ask BURGER KING . . . . They have no answers or reason why. There one answer is the whoppers are on sale right now. 🧐🤔 Okay . . . . . . So if they are on sale wouldn't it still be the same price? For the same exact order? For me. It's unbelievable 😳 but it's true.
I was just at this location and had to wait 15 min just to place our order. Then it took another 17 minutes to get the food. While I was forced to wait, I saw at least 7 health violations including handling cooked food without gloves by (4 employees 2 that are manager's ) , handling money then cooked food(money to frys without scoop and handling cooked gets by hand) , using a good container to wipe a prep station then used it for an order, among more. After returning home I realized that the order is incomplete and what is here is made wrong. How do you make a whopper wrong. I was told that it was a long wait because he was short handed, they had 12 people working at the time I ordered and nobody went to break or clocked out!
I just went through there the manager said my sauce was in bag I just worked a 12 hour shift so I am tired and believed her got onion rings extra specifically for zesty sauce get all the way home and no sauce my bad for not checking and giving her the benefit of the doubt but now I don't even want my food 16.76 down the drain.
Worst service ever. To my patient over there he wanted to get some food charged him outrageous prices for poison. I try to educate them that it’s not good for him. And then to see the service that they get in the food that they actually try to say that his food that they serve out. I don’t know how those managers and employees even sleep at night. Worst burger king ive ever been to. Not only were they out of the only thing i went there for i got a double whooper instead. They only put 1 slice of cheese on my burger then lied to me about how much cheese the burger is supposed to come with(the manager). I leave, call another burger king to verify that im rite and googled it, then i call this burger king and speak to the manager and now she agrees and asked if i wanna go thru the drive thru again for a slice of cheese. She is the most unprofessional manager ive ever came across. DO NOT GO TO THIS BURGER KING, save yourself the hassle and go to one of the other ones in pueblo to make sure you get what you pay for and aren't lied to and very inconvenienced.

The cashier got rude with us because we wanted to customize our order. We heard the manager YELLING at her over make mistakes with our order. We were never given receipts after we paid and the manager had the cashier tell us we didn't pay for our order after wards. Our order was still wrong.
Extreamly slow! And for some reason there was a car just sitting in the drive through for 5 minutes, not moving forward. The cashier replied "Yeah, that happens ". The food was ok. They put the tacos under all the burgers and crushed them, and then soaked the drink carrier so bad that it broke on the way home. Enough other locations in town to go somewhere else. I won't be returning.
They wouldn't let me order more then 2 meals. They said it was 2 meals per car. And then wouldn't let me use one lousy coupon. And the people working the drive thru don't seem to be trained well at all.

HORRIBLE!!!!! Staff is rude they don't pay attention to your order and when it comes out wrong instead of an apology you get a manager who is worse!! It's absolutely appalling that employees get to treat customers the way I was treated! Your restaurant is dirty your kitchen is worse and I have photos of the "corrected" food wish I could share so you could actually see the food that was sent out. You're unprofessional and immature staff will end up closing your restaurant! If I were an owner I think I'd see what's going on and fix the problem. Meanwhile I'm taking my pictures and my story to any social media that will pay attention because you were rude to someone who cares and now I'm going to be heard! Pure trash....ordered the new sourdough melt...only to end up with 1 jr sized dbl chz,but with the onions from new sandwhich...basically 2 silver dollar patties, 2 slices chz...spoon full of onion....and i got a side of pickles which they charged but none. So bout $6.50 for a total

Don't be fooled by these reviews, this is the worse hole in the wall Pueblo has to offer. The kids that work there are not the problem, management is grossly let free to run things their way. The store is disgusting, lobby and counter, I cant imagine what the restrooms look like. Tea taste old and sour, the coffee like biscuit grease, or sausage grease, or old rag grease.... The food takes longer to get out than going to a real restaurant. People are always hanging out in the trashed parking lot, trashcans pouring over. SO- the reason I stop here is because its on the way to my childrens school.
I ordered a chicken bacon swiss meal medium sprite and a texas whopper large, large coke and a chocolate shake. My reciept has crispy bacon swiss, med fry, med lemonade, dbl texas whopper, sm fry, sm dr pepper and the chocolate shake. We got two double whoppers one with jalapeños only, a sm fry, med fry and a med sprite and a large coke. Not the best service.
No where on door is it posted no change accepted. It's Holliday season and I'm broker than I would like to be. But still wanted to enjoy a burger, so I rolled change to make my purchase but the cashier said she had to ask management who said they couldn't accept it. I then unrolled my change to count out explaining money is money they could not refuse me the Manger then come out from back with an attitude but counted my change only to rudely throw my recipt at me as she walked away. I know this Manger I've seen her in the bar I work at on weekends. There was no need to treat me in such a manner. I will not be going back.
We went to This Burger King tonight on Troy Ave. there was not a single person dining or a single car in drive thru and I was placing my order for my large family of 8 and the manager refused to take my order because she said it was too much food and they are understaffed. It was very unprofessional and rude. Especially because they were standing around.
Placed an online order, sent my wife to get it, but she was unable to pick it up because they let someone else leave with my order. When she was trying to figure out what was going on, she was given nothing but attitude from the staff. I mean it can’t really be that hard to verify information before being so rude and disrespectful.
Stood at the counter for almost 10 minutes being ignored, watching the flies buzz around since the pest strip was completely full of dead bugs. Walked out, went across the street to the Sonic and had a hot fresh meal in less time that I wasted being ignored. Will never come to this Burger King ever again.
Worst place ever. Here at night time they have a long line but they are only taking one order at a time. Once the one order has been paid for and made then they move to next person in line. They either need to hire more people or get people who can do their job. I have been to a burger king that only had 2 people a cashier and a cook and they were getting out orders faster than this place.
Dining room not open, drive up menu no visible until after you pass order speaker. Worst employee's ever. I used to love Burger King, especially this one, grand kids and great grand kids enjoyed many many visits to this location. This was the absolute longest wait in a drive-thru of my life 12/27/2022 @about 4:50 p.m. I was the 5th car in line and it took a solid 35 minutes to get my order. The associate working the window never spoke to me for about 2 minutes to state what the long wait was for or even acknowledge my presence until I spoke up. My recommendation is to not to use the drive-thru between 5 and 6 p.m. In other words rush hour.
Waited 24mins to pick up a mobile order in the drive thru because you couldn't pick up inside as lobby was closed and locked. Got my order and it was incorrect, knocked on the door and worked acknowledged me but refused to come to the door to inquire the problem. Tried calling and clearly their phone was off the hook and no way I was waiting another 24 minutes in line at the drive thru. I wouldn't recommend this BK to anyone, your better off going to the gas station and buying a burger there . I will not go back to a BK ever again after this experience.
Went to get some lunch and went through the drive threw on 10/23/20 around 1:40pm and ONE of the employee that was collecting the money was on her phone didn’t greet me just took the money didn’t ask if I wanted a receipt didn’t even bother to say have a good day. Pulled up to get my food waited another 5 min and the gentleman that handed it out was RUDE asked for some Buffalo sauce and he questioned me if I was dumb handed me one and slammed the window. Very disappointed every time I go there I always have an issue. Mangers need to speak with there crew members.
I ordered at this Burger King a whopper Wednesday on the app which is a whopper for 3.99 and the manager and the others didn’t know of any whopper Wednesday special on the app cause they kept saying they have one with a purple bun and I don’t want the Adems family meal, I wanted a whopper Wednesday for 3.99 so anyways we finally left and went some where else
I went about 9:30pm, ordered 2 original chicken sandwiches & 2 small fries. My dogs biscuits tasted better...the food must have been sitting all evening including fries. Cold hard nasty food. Service was awkwardly strange as well as the guy never said a word to us and looked greasier than the fries!! Sorry folks this visit was bad 🤢
I left without my debit card and they charged fees on my account. I tried to call them no answers. I barely make enough for me and my son yeah I should have paid more attention on if I had my card back. If I was you don’t go to this Burger King if it happen to me I’m sure it’s happen to others
Service is usually good, but after tonight, they really proved they can't read a door dash order to save their lives. Ordered twice from them and the first time they didn't give us any of the three nuggets we ordered, and the second time, they only gave one of them. Save your money and go elsewhere.
I ordered food in the app. I ordered a steakhouse burger combo. I live 2 blocks away. Restaurant doors locked at 7:40 My order was left on the counter while I sat in the drivethru . I asked the woman at the window why the doors were locked. She asked the other guy. Never got an answer, just attitude asking why I wanted to know. I told her I wanted to share that info in a Google review. Then she became irate and hateful, asking me if that's the Christian thing to do. I sat in the drive thru for 20 minutes waiting on an order already paid for after a 15 hour work day. The food was horrible after reheating. Not much resembling lettuce and tomato or bacon. I should have gone to Carl's. Their lobby open til midnight. The food is always quality and staff never act belligerent or hateful to the customer. I guess I call management office Tomorrow
Ok so first things first, the sign for the ghost pepper whopper had a typo, saying it was 99.99. And instead of taking even a marker to it to correct the error they just laugh it off. Secondly the sign is misleading, apparently it is not the ghost pepper and the chicken fries for the price, it is one or the other. The cashier fails to say that and then again just laughs it off. Thirdly and this is on Burger King as a whole. The medium and small fries both the same size!!! Seriously!!! This location was out of ketchup. The trash was overflowing. The bun on both burgers purchased was stale and rock hard. Do better!!! I thought I would give Burger King another try after numerous issues across Colorado and Utah with service as well as cleanliness. But Burger King needs to go the way of Kmart and Sears and disappear!!
The bun was slathered with the sauce which made it wet enough to wring it out. We live 5o miles and we stopped there when we go to the doctor. We would have gone back if we were not already on our way home. I called and the manager said if I come the next day that they would give me another Burger but since we are so far away it wouldn't have been worth it for us to go back. We may not stop there again if the service is going to be the same.
Went in somebody order something in front of me and then when I get it, the guy turned his back and walked away then I stood there like 10 minutes and nobody come over to get my order. That is the worst service I’ve ever seen if there was a negative number, I would give it a -5.
Showed up at 10:24pm knowing they close at 11:00pm someone spoke and said something but could hear exactly what they said, then an audio played saying they are closed. Don’t bother going, they close whenever they feel like it but hey sonic is right next store and they serve food until closed :)
I would suggest don't go to this location especially in the mornings day 4 of having burned biscuits and a soggy croissants with stale hash tots... I even asked the manager if they was burned and they told me a lie... this makes burgerking look horrible being represented like that. I been going to burgerking for years I no longer will return because if they do it at one I'm sure they do it at others with no recourse.
The slowest fast food this side of the Mississippi. I'm talking a half hour plus not matter how slow they are. They never have enough people working and there is a new manager every month. Who ever owns this franchise sucks at what they do.
Had to pay with $100 bill took 5 minutes for a manager to count me back the change. Then he essentially threw the change at me without even looking at me greeting me. Pure disrespect. Chicken nuggets were horrible way past their hold time. As a former manager I've had reputable Burger King franchise this place is disgusting
Ordered two items. A burger and a chicken sandwich. Got home and one was not even In the bag. How do you mess up two items??? Waited forever for food even though they weren’t busy, worker was rude as hell with an attitude working drive thru. Went back to get my burger and it was cold as ice. Disgusting. cheese was frozen. Never eating here again. I’ve had bad experiences every time I have. I rarely visit this place. My son wanted it and thought maybe it would have become better but definitely the worst fast food in Belmont.
Ive gone there a few times but they finally gave me food poisoning ✌️
Went through drive thru ordered 3 meals and one sandwich. Got one meal and a sandwich. Got scolded by the child manager when I asked where the rest of my order was, then told I did not pay for it when I hand my card to pay my bill it is not my responsibility to charge the right amount. If I go back guess I will need to draw a picture and color it for the ones that work there so I can get my full order. Rude people and the food was cold.
I just survived the most chaotic drive-through experience of my life. The kid at the window didn’t hand me my food — he launched it like we were in a fast-food version of dodgeball. Then he tried to hand me three drinks at once (no carrier, no plan, no mercy) while my vanilla milkshake made a questionable looking mess all over the console of my car, of which I did not see the extent of. When I opened my mouth to ask for napkins, he shut the window mid-sentence like, “We’re done here.” The drive-through lighting? Nonexistent. It was darker than a true-crime reenactment, and the parking lot looked like it hadn’t seen maintenance since Blockbuster was still around. Got home to find out I paid extra for the sauces I didn’t get, fries and onion rings were of pitiful value in every way possible, and a cheeseburger without my extra pickles. WITHOUT MY EXTRA PICKLES!!! Honestly, that one hurt the most. 💔
Sat in the drive way for 20 minutes . This is the worst customer service I ever received from any "fast food" restaurant. Went to the 2nd window to tell them that was unprofessional and they laughed and the manger said its not my fault,not my problem. Sir you are a manger!....it is your problem, get it together Gabe! Mind you i was the first car before all the other vehicals in this picture. They helped the second car behind me right away after.
I ordered two of the $7 trios for a total of 3 whopper jr.'s 2 chicken fries, and then redeemed a free fry. Got everything except a 8 pc chicken fry called the store twice and hung up on twice. Contacted support and they tell you your screwed! We cant correct the item because thats not allowed, all we can do after you spent $7 for TWO whopper jr.'s instead of spending $5 for exactly that is give you a lousy $3 credit. Chicken fries are $4.89 + tax what an absolute embarrassment and slap in the customers face. Warning to anyone buying food do not leave that drive thru window til you check EVERYTHING in your bag otherwise you'll get bits and pieces of your meal and half the credit to replace it giving them more money for less product
this store in general is the most gross and nastiest place for a quick fast food burger I have ever went to. I uploaded my receipt for proof of purchase so they don’t try to delete my comment but the so-called general manager as of 10/19 2024 or so, he said is a complete joke the burger that we ordered I took one bite and noticed that there was a hair in it. I immediately called and went into a huge argument over him, needing the receipt, which I totally agree with even though I had the food, I said fine. I’m just gonna go into the store when we went into the store. We still went back-and-forth about the receipt. He stated he couldn’t print one and so we had him grab the trash sure enough right on top it was there and of course it would be. We were just in there within 20 minutes, but regardless he made us dig through the trash for a receipt and once we presented the receipt even after he still came up with some lame excuse why he can’t refund not only am I leaving this comment here in hopes that people don’t go here. Yes it’s fast food and junk food but when I crave junk food I want a quick good burger this place however is not it and their customer service sucks and this guy is a complete joke and I wanna be general manager if that’s what he really is. i will be contacting corporate and already got ahold of the BBB hopes this place gets shut down and if i don’t get my 27.29 back you can expect some legal action
Went to Burger King on Troy Street in Pueblo Colorado and the food is disgusting and cold they didn't make the orders right and half the menu was not available I ordered 2 bacon cheese whopper jr's and 2 whopper jr's with just ketchup and 2 whopper jr's with cheese and they only gave me one Bacon cheeseburger whopper jr and then the FF were cold and some were over cooked WILL NOT RETURN
I ordered through a food app. But my order was completely wrong. Two double cheeseburgers, fries, and a soda. ALL OF IT WAS FREAKING COLD. My burgers were wrong, as you can see in my picture that’s not a double. my fries cold like they have been sitting all day, and my soda was wrong. I understand the order was placed late, but I had just got off work myself and just wanted a good meal before I go to sleep. They were rude to the person delivering my food too. Spilled my soda on him, and he was an elderly man. Have some respect !!!! Would 10000000% give zero stars I’ll be asking for my money back in the morning
