This is one of my favorite spots in Troy. Very good beer and excellent service

A recent outpost of the Mean Max brewery with a good variety of tasty brews right in the heart of central Troy. They do flights but no food . Nice atmosphere with relaxing jazz playing when I stopped in. Friendly staff and a positive vibe. A welcome addition to the area and well worth a visit. Right next to the Capital District Center for the Arts.

Steel tip darts for free, local craft beer, classic, real, old school pinball machines, events like karaoke and trivia, cool merch, highly reccomend. Good beers.

We stopped in after the Farmer's Market and really enjoyed the space. We have been to the original location on previous trips up north, this location seems like a nice addition! Cheers!

The bartender we had was amazing. We had the bar to ourselves. It was only 40 mins after opening though. Reasonable prices. Nice selection of drafts.

Great little spot! Loved the pinball machines and the overall atmosphere of the place. The bartender was the sweetest!

K
Kimball Strong

Great beer selection, great prices, and a bunch of pinball machines.

We went here for a sold out event. It was a great experience! With only two bartenders, they quickly and efficiently made drinks, never making the wait time longer than 5 minutes which was impressive given how packed it was! The two bartenders deserve all the kudos!! I will be back for more disco lemonades

Liz is the best! My dog pulls me here sometimes because he knows he gets all the love and the best water in town 🤣 But also the IPAs are great, darts are cool too. Love you can bring your own food and just chill with folks.

Their beers are top notch. The taproom is very open and easy to hang in, even . The staff is lovely and helpful. On top of that, they serve seltzers, cocktails, and cocktails for the non-beer drinkers. It's perfect for everyone!

This place is a gem. Service was quick, beer was excellent. Every one I tried was a winner and bang on for the descriptions for both style and taste notes. Bartenders were fun to talk to. Plenty of room to move around inside. And there's a real darts set up in the back, like metal tips and bristle boards. Highly recommend.

Place was dead when it first opened at 12 on a Saturday, but I can imagine that it gets quite lively later in the day/night. There was a good variety of beers. Personally, I'm a sour girlie and appreciate any Gose or Sour beer that I can find so I was pleasantly surprised that there were actually 2 on the menu for me to try. Friendly staff, too, and some entertainment on the TV. You can bring your own food. Parking was a bit of a hassle, but maybe there's some spot nearby we didn't know of that would have been better than street parking

Liz was amazing. Honestly, if her energy wasn’t radiating through the windows I wouldn’t have stopped in. So glad I did. Give this woman a freaking raise. The energy is crazy. 10/10 because of her.

Such a fantastic taproom in Troy. Bartenders are great and there’s always new beverages cycling in and out of their taps. Love the vibes here, and really enjoy the weekly trivia night every Wednesday.

We stopped in for a couple beers on a very warm summer day after we went to the Troy Farmers Market. The bartender was very friendly. There was some interesting artwork up, and we had an ok time. We were the oldest folks in there. Of course, we seem to be the oldest wherever we go. That's life.
