My sister in law lost a diamond ring in the restroom at this location today. After an hour I called to ask if anyone turned it in. We were not even sure that is where it was lost. A young lady answered and then checked the restroom and said she would ask the manager if anyone turned it in. It had been turned in and the manager was very professional in vertfiing it was hers. I have a new respect for the pubic and the manager at this restaurant. It was a vintage ring worth many thousands of dollars. Thank you all and St Jude🙏🏻

It’s been a while I haven’t visited McDonalds one in Tujunga on Foothill Blvd. The food was great as always. The service seems to be polite. Happy meals including toys apple fruit, burger & fries. I don’t order very often once a while. Of course the restroom is pretty clean. Employees doing a nice job. They are selling any sized drinks for $1 each. I will visit McDonald’s in different location order on the app. That’s all.

This is one of my local McDs, which are pretty much equidistant from my house. I have visited both of them with my 2 years old daughter; however, I choose to come to this one for various reasons. this place is clean, kid friendly, and what's most their customer service is outstanding. nowadays I kick it in the playground keeping a Hawkeye on my little toddler. the staff gladly delivers my food to my table after I order it at one of their kiosks (my choice.) One of their best employees is this gentleman who works mornings. He busts his chops working and attending to customers to ensure we have what we need. Today he came by with the pot of coffee and warmed up my cup. Thank you.

The place is very accessible when it comes to either needing the drive-through, walking, wheelchair accessible, and has a convenient parking surrounding the place. The staff is very friendly, very efficient, and very clean kept. If you're in the neighborhood of la crescenta/tujungas,and you're in the mood for some McDonald's make sure that you stopped by this location because you won't be disappointed.

A very nice play area for the children. They don't mind you being around and giving you coffee. Very polite workers. Bathroom didn't need to be cleaned a little bit better. We have been all across America and it was the best play area we have found yet! Hard to turn left out of the parking lot though! The rest of the building was pretty clean. Got what I expected. I ordered on the touch screen and it was easy. It also has a Playland so a plus for my 5 yr old daughter. Only conmplaint was that they delivered your food to your table and it took the about 5 mins to deliverr the food as the cashier was also the delivery person. So i just went and got the food myself as I saw my order sitting at the counter.

I used their drive thru services. They are pretty consistent and polite. What puzzles me is the fact that there has been a flickering light pole for the past month, right next to their drive thru, and no one has bothered to contact whoever they'd supposed to contact, to fix this annoying issue!

They offered reasonable discounted.prices and can take variety and plenty of sandwiches. Their staff were all happy,polite and excited to take your orders. Just tried to understand everyday use Spanish Language...

This mc Donald's Everytime I have gone has been clean, fast, and for the most part accurate on our order. There has been a few times something was not in the bag, but when we call to fix it, thier customer service has allways been nice. So if something was forgotten my #1 opinion is allways be respectful and nice. Hopefully the employees you encounter are the same. My family and I always have a nice experience.

Best way to order is from the electronic kiosk screens, pay by credit card, take a number "paddle" and find a seat.. (Otherwise you will wait an inordinate amount of time for a clerk to take your order: 10-15 minutes at times) Staff is cheerful but pretty much ignore people standing at the counter trying to place orders at the register.

_Way_ overpriced in LA county. I love going once in a while but some combo meals are over $10. Just a McMuffin is pushing $4 and a big Mac is pushing $6. That's before 9.5% sales tax. Take an Uber across state lines, bring back 3 Big Macs and 10 gallons of gas, you're making money :)

Has been a bit crowded lately. Likely because the one in Sunland is under construction. The customer service is average. Anything better than the service I received from Maria at Vons Tujunga gets no complaints from me. At this point I’ve lowered the bar really low. One of my elderly clients loved the coffee and the ambience. She enjoys drinking coffee here while people watching.

They always mess up my order and forget part of it. And their ice cream shake machine never works. I was pretty bummed that the entire time the St. Patrick’s day shamrock shakes were advertised and supposed to be available They weren’t actually available at all. Not even once.

It's McDonald's. Everyone knows it, exactly the same as every other McDonald's, thing that pissed me off the most though is this one is pretty newly renovated and there is not a single outlet. Like some dude said "hey let's make sure customers can't charge their laptops and phones in the store so they don't stick around and clog the place up." Problem there is it's always empty, feels gloomy, not like a Starbucks where there are usually a dozen or so people chilling. not that Starbucks outlet situation is great either, but seriously put some dang outlets, you're not going to run out of space if a few people plug in to charge. Other than that it's top notch McDonald's, service is friendly and fast, very clean, plenty of parking, food is ok, there's a play place if you've got kids

I was there tonight..and I was in drive thru for like 10 minutes then I get to the window and the cashier(lizbeth or lizzet) tells me I need to park because my food wasn't ready I said ok. S L O W!!! GOD AWFULL SLOW!!! Consistently SLOW!!! Ive spent 15 min in line with only 2 cars in front of me. They will not make cars in the drive thru pull up & park so smaller orders can get thru. Nobody thinks. And I cant even recall how many times my order is wrong. It is also the most expensive McDonald's around. Go to Sunland a couple miles down the road. It's a little better.

Well, to start, the service was very slow. How long could it take to fix a sausage biscuit with egg, no cheese,hash browns,coffee? A customer ordered something that was missing the egg, took them 10 min to fix the order. Then she goes back up to the counter because something else was wrong. Another customer comes up to try to help her explain, and she gets upset and tells him to mind his own business. Well while she keeps going on about "Don't Talk To Me", another guy steps up and is wondering why she is talking to this guy that way. He says he's trying to help. This other guy goes off on the man trying to help, and he says let her stand up for herself. Well, I'm still waiting for my breakfast, and shaking my head about this entire situation. I was ready to go after that. Next time I will go to another place to get breakfast ,like Burger King. Everyone was so focused on that situation that the workers couldn't focus on their jobs. I was hoping that I got the decaffeinated coffee that I ordered and not regular.

Came in the drive through, the second machine was out of service. Secondly, might be the only mc Donald’s that stops serving breakfast after 10 am . . . I got there at 12 asking for breakfast and was told they don’t serve it after 10 . Why only one star review? Because you don’t serve breakfast all day . That’s why . Customer service did kinda sucked . No smile , nothing . Just grab your money and go about your day . I’ve had way better experience with mc Donald’s at far worse places .

I was instructed to go wait ib a parking spot for my "drive thru order" waited 10 minutes realized it wasnt coming. Went inside got my food. The lid of the icecream wasnt closed and made a mess, went to look for napkins, there were none. Got home and found out my order was wrong too. This mcdonalds has always sucked

There's always something wrong at this location. They are either out of stuff because the management is clearly too cheap to keep things stocked, or they get your order wrong, or they take forever to get you your food. The girls who work on the weekends in the afternoon are nice but they are the only reason this place deserves even 1 star. The shamrock shake is the only reason I came here this time and although they have it advertised all over the windows and on their kiosk they don't have the syrup to make it. To me that's as clear as a sign you can get of bad management.

This is one of the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. Food taste old and and I don't even know what flavor of drink they gave me but it's horrible. I had my coworkers try it to see what flavor it might be. Someone said it's a mix of diet Coke with black liquorish. I will definitely stay away and go to in-and-out which is across the street

I came to get coffee. They have few people. As if it is my fault and should understand for the dalay, but I don't need to. Hire more friendly people and be swift to get it done. Why wait five minutes? The one who took order did not greet. Some might speak great of this place, but this day I didn't. It is cold also, so they are stingy on that too or slow to fix the heating. Homeless lady that was seating nearby was more friendly. There is no nice background Christmas music either. The McDonald's in sylmar is really friendly. It is the one in front of home Depot.

My entire family each has gotten severe food poisoning from this location at separate times. I’m literally writing this keeled over in my bed after getting food poisoning from a spicy mcchicken meal and smoothie. Literally just take the 5 extra minutes and go to the la cañada location; I REALLY wish I did. It’s not worth playing Russian roulette with the Tujunga location. Also they ALWAYS mess up your order. It’s just not worth it, please take my word and save yourselves. I have a fever over 100 and have been throwing up and sh*tting my life away for 2 days. DO NOT GO HERE

This was one of the worst services I have had. We ordered 3 coffee, 3 hash browns and 2 apple pie. After picking up the coffees and food we drove back home. We had 3 coffees, 2 hash browns and zero apple pie. I checked my order and saw that paid for those items but no apple pie. I called the place to explain this situation and I was told the manager does not speak English, only Spanish. I will never go back to that McDonald no matter what.

I used to come here every few months and it takes 20-40 minutes to get food. Horribly unorganized management. Kiosks don't work, ice is out, play zone hasn't been cleaned. Will no longer come here. Steer clear.

I like McDonald's but this place was bad. Had to take my lunch in this McDonald's because I was delivering stuff. Had to spend most of my lunch waiting for my food. They were taking so long to help take my order that I just use the kiosk.

I have been in there 4 times.It takes forever to get waited on. So, I went there again today. March 12,2024. I waited in line for about a half an hour. It really wasn't that busy. There were 2 guys and the second window. Badmouthing customers. The guy that gave me the food barely looked at me. And no napkins.

Ordered a crispy chicken sandwich and small fries for $9.94. The small fries were about half of what they used to be. The sandwich only had two very thin slices of pickles on it, very dry. This meal did not fill me up. Not worth it.

People go to McDonald's for consistency and convenience. This location is consistently the worst I've experienced for customer service. Even as a regular (it's close) I can't find any other redeeming feature. Problems with orders are a joke to them. I firmly believe they do this intentionly in the drive through just to torment people. In this case, despite bringing in the manager 2 weeks ago for the same problem I was forced to trash my meal because they failed not only to listen, but to ignore NO CHEESE repeatedly. They have even taken to ghost charging for it. Even after summoning the manager I was billed for cheese burgers..minus cheese, just so they could up charge. Once is an accident, twice laziness, the third time a pattern. If I could give negative stars, I would. It's no wonder an International chain,just in this location, has such a poor rating.

Drivethru and only one other car in line. Slow on taking the order. Only Acknowledged my presence by telling me how much my order was. Too busy talking with the other employees cracking jokes at both windows. Looked like the shift manager was even in on the lack of customer service. I had breakfast. Food was cold. McMuffins weren't toasted. And the egg was still wet which made the bread soggy. Oily hash brown. I was so upset. Cashier guy was rude to me because of my nationality. But he was friendly to the person before me...Go figure. I'm never going to that McDonald's again.

Please teach your employees english. Spent 20 mins trying to explain that i just wanted an egg and cheese mcmuffin sandwich. At one point the manager wanted to give me an only cheese sandwich.... its not hard to understand, if he gave me a sandwich with a sausage or ham i could just take it off. But every time we would exchange the damn sandwich it was either missing the egg or cheese. Please hire people who can communicate in english

The staff is almost non existent and the ones that are there might as well not be. Something as simple as asking for napkins can consume a decent amount of time. They just don’t acknowledge you, as if you’re invisible. The cleanliness is also something to question. The tables are almost always dirty.

Since when are they charging for a bag to put a meal inside ???? My parents and I were hungry we stop here to grab some food to go because it was near by and we ordered 4 Big Macs large combos all in separate bags and when i got the ordered it was one bag all the meals were mixed in !!! The manager tried to say we only charged you for one bag I’m like but it’s 4 meals yet she refused to give me the meals separately like I asked and no napkins at all ! When I placed the ordered I clearly asked for separate bags !!! The supervisor has the worse attitude she needs to get train again she doesn’t know how to treat customers !!!!she should be embarrassed charging me for a bag to put the meals inside … and the fries were cold !!!!
