They don't sell chai tea frappés anymore. The tea they sell is iced, with half the glass filled with ice and the other half filled with the product. They don't even give you broken ice; they give you whole pieces. You finish the tea quickly and are left with half a glass of ice. For $87, I didn't feel it was worth it.

We went to buy two frappes since my husband loves coffee. We usually order the same size (either small or large), but this time my husband ordered a large and I ordered a small, because they always ask. Then the girl told us that for 10 pesos more we could choose a large, which my husband agreed to. She said for 10 pesos more we could add "pana" (a type of coffee), okay, "pana" for both of us. When they brought us the frappes, we realized that there really wasn't a considerable difference between ordering a small and a large one; we're talking about maybe a centimeter difference. Maybe you'll say I'm complaining about my 10 pesos, but it's not about the 10 pesos, it's about the way companies deceive people and squeeze more money out of them. Honestly, I find what they do ridiculous. They practically give you almost the same amount of coffee but charge you 10 more. The manager was super friendly, and the place was clean.

The frappe is delicious, I didn't like the espresso, and the cappuccino is just okay, so I do recommend it, but don't go in with high expectations.

The place is pleasant and the coffee is good. As a suggestion for first-time visitors, go get the coffee yourself. It can be confusing to see whether there's table service or not, and you waste time. Other than that, the service is average.

Terrible service. They treat you rudely and take forever to get your order. Plus, the staff member who served me was incredibly rude when I asked for sugar for my coffee.

They don't make coffee properly anymore. You tell the kids you want lactose-free milk and they pour in whatever they want! They used to make good coffee! They've gone downhill.

They barely give you a bit of whipped cream on their frappe, and the service is actually expensive for the poor quality of the product they serve in any presentation. While the place looks clean when it's not crowded, their machinery isn't in the best condition, with the machines missing their side covers, revealing the filth on the table.

This time I had the misfortune of going to the branch in Tulancingo. The service was poor. They didn't wear uniforms and didn't have any hygiene measures for preparing the food. But the funniest thing is that the products aren't original and don't taste like the ones they taste at the branches. Oreo cookies, a cup, a spoon, and napkins without their logos, and the taste is unbelievable. The worst part is that the panna was whipped cream. And they didn't give us a ticket.

The lady who serves you only tries to sell you the product; she doesn't care about your face. They serve you reluctantly and almost never have whipped cream, which is the best part of the frappes. They should change their staff.

Terrible service regarding billing. I made a purchase and requested an invoice immediately. They seemingly issued one, giving me a receipt and a QR code to download from the app. However, it only sends a verification from the SAT (Mexican Tax Administration Service), which is invalid since what I need is the actual invoice and CFDI (Mexican electronic invoice). I contacted their invoicing provider because there was no invoice number, and they refused to provide any information. Italian Coffee's phone numbers either don't work or no one answers.

Terrible service, there is nothing on the menu and they don't send an invoice and you can't do it online like coffee shops like Starbucks do.
